Customer service is the best, I have had nothing but great experiences since our organization has worked with GSS. Our fourth year here; the place is spotless and prices are competitive. The manager takes care to make sure it is a secured facility and that people are staying safe, operating within rules.

Mark is an absolute treasure! He called me as I was renting online to be certain that the unit would fit my needs. When I got there, he showed me my unit, verified it would work for me, and finalized the paperwork. He was a joy to work with. Made the entire experience pleasant and easy.

Excellent outdoor storage facility. Not only was it incredibly easy to get started with them, but it was also easy to change units when I needed a smaller size. Security is great, location is great and easy to access, and I always felt my items were safe and protected. Would have kept using them if I didn't have to move.

I’ve had a small storage unit for a few months and had to switch to a larger one. I had the option of moving to another storage company but I love the convenience of Golden State Northridge. Super close to my house, I was able to switch with no problem and was still honored the discount being offered at the time. Both Alex and Mark answered all my questions and made the process so easy. The facility is always clean and safe.

I rented there my unit got flooded and damage crutial items of my household goods, they called act of God Please avoid to rent there because it will be at your own risk. I believe i had already submitted my claimed and someone called me and told me we dont cover Acts of God so i said ok no problem, so whats to discuss is the insurance I paid for this unit, going to cover me YES OR NO simple as that if yes send me a check I left an address on the claim form if not then just inform people Acts of God are not cover and that renting in this location is better not to take the insurance, because is worse than LIFE INSURANCE, and if something similar would happen it won't be no coverage, Thank you.

The manager, one of the best custumer service that I have seen any place. For me, the manager keep the perfect personal touching without loose his job duties.

I visited the Northridge location and it is secure and clean. The Manager was helpful and showed me the storage units. I liked it because its only one story to store your stuff versus a two story. The application online was easy and got a call back to get my pin access to get in. From walking into the location to filling the application online was easy. I recommend it.

Everything, including convenience, the courteous service of Alexander Rome, location and business hours were ideal. As a returning customer from years ago I will say today's fees are double what I expected.

I am impressed by the Northridge location and the business in general. I researched storage last night, and used the text message option I got a reply quickly. I was able to find out what units were likely to be available or not last night then was given the number of the specific location. The Covid Pandemic complicated matters some, but I feel the business has adjusted well giving the option to do many things over the phone. The staff listened to my needs, and let me know my options. The Northridge location seems kept up well and secure. The staff were nice and truly helpful, which I appreciate because it is my first time renting a storage unit.

During the pandemic, I was able to select my unit, pay online, sign the lease online and sent them a copy of my renter's insurance via email. They even followed up with me and left me a voicemail to see when I was moving in so that they could remove the temporary lock. When I got there, it was on a Sunday morning and the nice gentleman verified my valid rental of the space and removed the temporary lock for me. Easy and I love how all units are pretty much ground level. Friendly and accommodating.

Best storage Place. Always clean and the employees are wonderful. Very understanding if you are a day late. Darryl and Mike are great and cheerful people. I love the little gifts in the basket!!! I was with them since 2012. Highly recommended!
