I always have trouble picking frames that work for me. I had to get new sunglasses to replace the ones my puppy chewed up. The staff was very patient, courteous and helpful giving input as I picked out my new Oakleys. Highly recommended. Thanks very much!

My glasses have been bothering me for days, and so while I was in Macy's I stopped by the LensCrafter area and got them adjusted. The gentleman that performed my adjustment was thorough, and now I can see clearly. I believe the gentleman's last name is Butler. I also spoke to the manager at this location and she was just as pleasant as Mr. Butler.

A great a friendly place to get your eyes tested out or if you are trying to find a pair of glasses. The staff there are very friendly and the optometrists there are very professional and patient and will answer all your questions. One of the best place for eye glasses I have ever had the pleasure to go to.

Be careful with sales associate Susan, I was picking up glasses I ordered.She told me I can get a LensCrafters zero fog for free since I had an Aarp card.. So I also purchased some Lenscrafters eye glass wipes. She charged me for both items. Didn't notice till I got home, since she hid the sales receipt for the zero fog under the receipt for the glass wipes. Not sure I would go back to this location.

I went to the store on Tampa across the street were so rude took forever and then weren’t able to process my order. Okay this place needs to be made standard for all new locations. Oliver had helped me and my girlfriend get some lenses for our frames. My frame was about 5 years old, beat up and crooked as can be. They had told me they could have my glasses as soon as tomorrow since my prescription was in stock. And it was true! Got clear new lenses as well as spot on fitment for how messed up they were. I grew up with a 2-3 week turn around, They had it back to me in 24 hours, and because of him and his team I can go to work Monday with clear vision! Thanks again you guys were amazing!

I don’t normally post reviews, but the staff at this location are amazing! Everyone was very kind and helpful, but Hasiya went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience possible. I’ve never enjoyed the process of picking out new glasses, but Hasiya made it easy! She was quick to understand my personal preferences and help me narrow it down from there! Ultimately, I ended up with two new pairs of glasses and sunglasses that I am very excited about!
