Jonny was great with helping design my engagement ring, wedding band, and a 3rd ring. He also helped my husband pick out his wedding band. He spent lots of time making sure he understood exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy and never tried to persuade me into something more expensive. Once I received my rings I was beyond thrilled. He totally made them exactly how I wanted and I love them! He also did a fast turn around so I wasn't without my rings for very long. I highly recommend Jonny for any of your jewelry needs.

As customers, we hate stepping into those jewelry stores where you get mauled and pressured by sales piranhas but upon immediate first impression I could tell this place did not have this setting. Johnny's father Edmund and another young gentleman Christian were just some awesome personable folks whom we had a lot of fun just laughing and conversating. I came in searching for a cuban link gold bracelet. Low pressure, informative, and a keen intuition based on your budget, they gave me an overly generous price on the best cuban link they had in stock, 14k 7mm, plus a free same-day expedited custom sizing service just so that I could walk out the store that day wearing it. After a few days, I decided I wanted to upgrade to 18k and thicker (10mm)... however, since I live in the bay area and this upgrade had to be a special custom order, I thought this process would have me jump thru hoops. I could not believe how Johnny (the owner, and Edmund's son) made this complex process such a smooth customer experience through extremely fast response times, complete transparency on processes and frequent status updates via email. When the custom piece was done, he even face-timed the finished product to confirm if I was happy with the result. On top of that, he cut me an outrageously good price offer for this piece (my family owns a jewelry store in Florida and they confirmed his generosity). Johnny went even further to throw me in a free appraisal, a beautifully exclusive blue finished wood bracelet box, and even threw in free 2-day insured shipping to my address. These people do exist :) In the end, I came out with phenomenal piece of jewelry and quality piece to last a lifetime. Gold Empire Jewelry earned every bit of this long winded review, if you're a customer like me who researches reviews before going in... do give these guys a visit and I hope you find as pleasant an experience as I did. So I met Johnny on the train while commuting to work and when I mentioned that I might be looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time he was quick to give me suggestions and educate me on the differences in diamond and gold. Our experience at Gold Empire was nothing short of amazing. We worked directly with Johnny to create a custom engagement ring. Best place to get jewelry in LA 💍. My GF had a birthday and I wanted to get her something very special. I have been to the LA Jewelry mart over the years and had great success. We ended up with a list of the top stores and Gold Empire was one of them. I love the building they are in and it doesn't have that swap meet feel, it feels more high end and customer focused. The minute we came into GE Johnny came from behind the counter and greeted us. Instantly we liked the store and vibe. We were there for quite some time as my GF looked at rings, earrings, you name it. Her eye got bright when she saw the beautiful selection of tennis bracelets there. Johnny took his time as she tried on many and in fact helped her select the best value and size and look. He explained why some that looked more expensive were not due to stone quality and shape and various things. Long story short, she choose an amazing one and he gave us a really great value on the price. We could not be more happy. He had to keep it, size it and send it fedX, but she has it now, we loved our experience. This is an amazing store to come to, he has an awesome selection, and we will be back to buy more.
