Walmart
is
horrible!!!!!
I
have
never
in
my
life
experienced
customer
service
so
bad.
I
bought
a
laptop
that
does
not
work.
I
brought
it
back
with
the
receipt
and
they
gave
me
all
kind
of
reasons
that
were
not
listed
in
their
return
policy
as
to
why
they
did
not
want
to
accept
it,
even
though
I
was
in
the
return
window,
with
a
valid
receipt
and
it
was
to
no
fault
of
my
own
that
it
stopped
working.
ONLY
because
ONE
of
the
Managers
was
a
total
sweetheart,
did
I
end
up
being
helped
and
able
to
get
a
new
laptop.
She
was
the
ONLY
person
who
treated
me
like
a
human
being
and
understood
the
importance
of
customer
service
and
following
store
policy.
My
suggestion
is
that
this
store
reprimands
the
two
Latina
females
in
customer
service,
because
it's
not
the
customers
fault
they
don't
like
their
job.
If
they
don't
like
their
job,
they
can
go
on
welfare
to
match
their
bad
nasty
ghetto
attitudes,
especially
when
I'm
spending
my
hard
earned
money.
It
doesn't
take
much
to
smile
and
be
polite.
ALWAYS
put
yourselves
in
the
customer's
shoes.
