    As all Walmart stores, they have almost all you can think of and zone times, they have way moooore. Clothes, food, electronics, beer, beverages and all basic stuff are inside and very difficult to beat the prices. The only opportunity for improvement is the cleanliness of the parking lot, there is always a mess around.

    The Auto Center here is horrible. I was officially checked in with a text at 3:30 after waiting about 10 minutes. It's 6:40 and I'm still waiting. Shop closes at 7:00. This is for an oil change. Nothing special. No additional requests. Just an oil change. It was really obvious that the guy who showed up after me got priority (his car was gone by the time I was still waiting). Honestly, I have no problem with that either but if you keep me waiting longer because now you're backing me up.... No way I'm recommending anyone to come here. I will say everyone was "nice" but of course that's everyone just playing the game. Edit: I finally got out the door at 6:50. I thought about this on the way home. No reason to be mad or annoyed with any one person. It's just a really really badly run shop. Who knows what's going on in the background. Maybe upper management pushing for tire sales. Either way, it's just better to avoid the place and never go back. You should do the same. If they're this mismanaged with a really simple oil change, I can't even imagine what a mess it would be for everything else.

    I came to this Walmart to pick up one item. It literally took over 40 minutes for them to bring that one item. The workers at any given point were sitting and talking. Don’t come here, definitely won’t be coming back. They’re trash

    I had a curbside pick up order. Upon arriving, I called the number on parking spot number 4 that was available. There was no answer, I left a message and waited. I saw a worker visit the cars at the other parking spaces but no one ever greeted me. After 10 min I called again and again after another few min as I haven't seen another worker come out for several minutes. After waiting in my car a total of 30 min and 3 phone calls to the number listed I decided to go inside to find out where to pick up my package. Inside all of the workers that greeted me were so very friendly, polite and helpful. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars because I this point I was heated!! 😠

    Walmart stores around the cities with good prices! That’s store is a big one , variety in fruit , veggies , clothes , school supplies ( great deals in most of departments) Personal I don’t like service in buying tires , there are not enough personal to attend you) (prices are high) . Walmart in Torrance Ca . My comments are based in my personal experiences.

    Always crowded staff is rude at times it always seems like there are too many floor staff over cashier's they don't have the best grocery inventory milk cooler always smells like rotten milk no meat section produce or bakery sections seem like alot theft because there's always 4 or 5 loss prevention checking receipts at exit door one time I seen a 🪳 climb around in the grocery area too

    The pickup department for groceries doesn’t listen. Make sure you check your bags before you pull off, they literally give you whatever they feel like giving you & your spending your money for the specific products that you like. They take forever to come out & still have to call you to ask you what space are you in even when it’s marked on the app. Ghetto & worse Walmart standing

    Great Christmas shopping. There were so many employees that was very helpful. One lady's name was Christina, the other lady I didn't get her name. But both were very friendly & helpful. Even when I was in the checkout process, the ladies were very nice & helpful 👍🏾 also. Thanks, Walmart, for employees who went the extra mile to help us, Great job 😍✨️💯❤️

    It is one of the best shopping places where you can get anything and everything. I went to a Walmart in LA during my recent trip to the US, and that one place was enough to shop for almost everything I needed. They have fantastic collections across categories. I loved their apparel collection the most.

    This location sees alot of foot traffic so organization is hard to keep up with but besides that the employees are always helpful and kind and respond in a timely manner given how packed it is usually. As long as you are understanding and not in a rush you will be helped ASAP. 9 out of 10 because i wish they had more of a fresh not all frozen meat section and fresh veggie and fruit options. It is more so a super center then a grocery store but they still have shelf stable food options and freezer section.

    I was disappointed with Walmart, I went to buy a cell phone, arrived at 8pm and was informed by an employee that he could not sell the device because the person who takes care of the sector works only until 7pm, the store is open until 11pm, which is unacceptable.

    Great place to shop. Great prices and mostly friendly staff. But today I went with my mother and encountered a rude cashier. When asked to bag our stuff, she snapped at us. She said " bag it yourself " with a condescending and arrogant attitude. Me and my mother stared at eachother in disbelief. I still remember her face and voice. Lady you are lucky we didn't report you and you still have a job.

    Isabel at customer service was very rude and starting arguing and cursed at us over an exchange, she lied and said they don’t do exchanges like what!!!! Theirs a sign right behind her in this picture. Walmart needs to do better I will call corporate and let them know because. Don’t shop here !! Go to target better

    Always find what I need at this store. I took off 2 stars because for the last month, there has been a horrid smell that is coming from the fridge section. I'm not sure what it is. it almost smells like an adult soiled diaper. Other than that and the super long lines at check out. It's a great store.

    I came to return an item. The Best part was - There was NO One in line at the Customer Service counter. The friendly associate had a positive Vibe and Spirit. I went and purchased some more items. The store wasn't crowded and my checkout experience went smoothly.

    I always enjoy shopping at Walmart. The quality of the products I buy are worthwhile and for the most part , I have been treated with respect. Sometimes the wait for items locked in the cabinet is long, but besides that, it’s all good.

    Too crowded. Lines too long. I feel like there are 8 employees taking up all the space in every aisle, yet none of those employees ever have a key or are ever able to help me. Frustrating. Other then that... the store is great. No attitudes from employees or anything like that. 😊

    It was OK. It wasn't very busy or crowded. Being a native of Texas, I always joke of how large our stores are compared to Cali, but any area I've visited they take pride in how the store looks!

    Great prices, but the disconnect is that what made Wal-mart a great place was the customer services. That does not exist at this place. I don't need a hood new update coming from employees that should be focused on doing their jobs.

    I do not recommend this Walmart. We where there looking for plastic bins. They had very few and many where broken. Then we headed out to checkout huge long lines and we where in line for over 20 minutes. The cashier on register 7 a black guy comes up to the customer in front of me and tells her your my last customer I'm not taking any of those people and pointed towards me. There was 3 others in line behind me. Then he walked back to his register like nothing.

    Interesting place. For those of us that are from nz, it's kind of like a mix of countdown & the warehouse, all under one roof. Very interesting experience. Checkout staff were very pleasant & helpful. Some of the processes I wasn't familiar with meant a lot of times the staff must have noticed & came to assist. So kudos to them.👍

    Although I love shopping at Walmart, every time I go, there's never a motor shopping cart available for me to move around the store. And if there is one, it's usually not working. Appreciate the prices, but due to mobility issues, I end up leaving right away.

    Love this Walmart due to the the fact that It's big and always stocked. It's a spacious location but it gets very crowded lines can be long but checkout process usually is pretty fast. Parking is always available due to the fact that the parking lot is considerably large despite they're being other stores around.

    I bought couple months ago air mattress, it has been losing air for a few weeks, I brought to Normandie Ave. Walmart, I wanted to chnage item, "Katelynn" from customer service incredibly interested to me even though I don't have any invoice I changed the product without any problem I really thanks to her.

    I had a long list of items to purchase on this particular trip. Unfortunately, it was cut short because this store is always way to warm inside. I wear a mask in this store just because of the warm atmosphere. By the time I left, I was completely drenched in sweat. Made for a very unpleasant experience. Is this done on purpose 🤔?

    The employees lie about delivering curbside, and say there is no one at the vehicle...when cameras are in the lot. Cant call because no one will answer. When asked why the service is so poor and why my curbside said it was picked up when I had still been waiting in the lot... I was told to shop at Target.

    They need more efficient employees. And they need employees that are willing to help customers instead of harassing customers. Every time I come here I get treated badly. Yet every time I am here I am not able to get any help when I need it. But they are willing to kick you out when they are ready to close. When the store is about to close they are so rude it's ridiculous. They need to fire everyone working there and hire a whole new set of staff. Because honestly I don't believe any of them are qualified to do their job by the way they act. They act as if they aren't aware that as an employee that they aren't supposed to treat customers any kind of way.

    This Walmart is horrible!!!!! I have never in my life experienced customer service so bad. I bought a laptop that does not work. I brought it back with the receipt and they gave me all kind of reasons that were not listed in their return policy as to why they did not want to accept it, even though I was in the return window, with a valid receipt and it was to no fault of my own that it stopped working. ONLY because ONE of the Managers was a total sweetheart, did I end up being helped and able to get a new laptop. She was the ONLY person who treated me like a human being and understood the importance of customer service and following store policy. My suggestion is that this store reprimands the two Latina females in customer service, because it's not the customers fault they don't like their job. If they don't like their job, they can go on welfare to match their bad nasty ghetto attitudes, especially when I'm spending my hard earned money. It doesn't take much to smile and be polite. ALWAYS put yourselves in the customer's shoes.
