My partner and I started talking engagement rings, and we knew we probably would want to design our own ring. We started our search online, but holy cow how overwhelming. Plus, we weren't really sure who we were working with or how they sourced their jewelry (things that were important to us). I’m also part of the LGBTQ+ community, and wanted to make sure that we would feel comfortable with a jeweler. My partner did some research and found Padani. From the moment we first stepped into their store, we knew this was it. Dalia was an absolute joy to work with. She helped us find the perfect sapphire and the most beautiful baguette diamonds. She and Simone were absolutely wonderful with designing, answering our questions, and more. An absolute dream. We love our ring, and are still in awe that it exceeded all of our expectations. I absolutely recommend to anyone who is jewelry shopping!

Recently took some jewelry here for repairs and customization, and I couldn't be happier! Except getting a ticket for being 2 minutes late on the Ventura meter there is nothing to complain about :) Seriously, the customer service is outstanding - everyone is smiling and very polite, I felt like a really valued customer! The job was done perfectly!!! I cannot recommend Padani enough! I will only take my jewelry here from now on.

Went to Padani for both my wedding band and engagement ring. I love that it's family owned and I think we worked with every single family member at some point during the process :) They were so great to work with, especially for a couple like my husband and I with our first big jewelry purchase. I was very selective on who to go to for my jewelry because I was using a diamond passed down to me from 2 generations, and as soon as we met with them I knew I could trust them to deliver the ring of my dreams, and they did!

Not only did they clean every single piece and my jewelry box, but Dalia also caught a prong had fallen off my wedding ring!! They are so kind, polite, and do true quality work. Padani Jewelers is incredible. Dalia and Simone are literally the best. I had bought a pretty expensive necklace offline but it turned out to be way bigger than i expected- so i had the thought to cut it and turn it into a choker/bracelet set..and it being so pricey i didn’t want to take it just anywhere. also it was kind of a weird request which other jewelers were hesitant to do, but i was lucky enough to fine Padani on google and read their wonderful reviews about great customer service and taking incredible care of family heirlooms, so i figured a random necklace being chopped in half would be nothing for them. and i was right! they patiently listened to my idea, cut it, turned it into a choker that night, and two days later i got a text that my bracelet was ready😍now i have a custom LV choker/necklace set😛thank you so much Padani! i’m so obsessed with it. i will def be back to buy those layered necklaces :)

Came to Simone at Padani Jewelers for my engagement ring and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time trying on rings and he was so patient, showing me different styles and stone sizes to figure out what I liked. He was easy to communicate with and stayed in contact during the process. I look forward to coming back for my wedding ring!

Justin at Padani was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave me expert advice about a bracelet that needed repairing, and he was able to fix it skillfully and quickly. I was out of there in literal minutes. If I could give Padani a 6 out of 5 rating I would. Wonderful experience today.

Was recommended by a friend to come here to have my engagement ring resized, which had diamonds all the way around so I was nervous for how they were going to do this. They were so kind, so fast, and did amazing work!!! Would highly recommend and will be going back.

I love Padani Jewelers! Simone and Dalia have plenty of years of experience in jewelry and watches. They exhibit a very high level of professionalism but are also very personable. They provide services like watch battery replacement and jewelry repair but their forte is custom jewelry work. They can make the ring, earring, necklace or bracelet of your dreams!

I am beyond happy with Padani Jewelers. Simone and Dalia are so kind and offer true and honest service. I needed a silver ring with onyx repaired, the side arms on the band broke. A week later and it's like new! I was so happy with their work I even had a watch band re-sized, which only took 5 minutes.

The owner is a great guy, and was willing/able to help me with a difficult request, ( that two other watch stores could not figure out ).

We're so grateful to find such a wonderful jeweler and family to work with to create our custom ring. Not only is this place LGBT friendly but they're so patient and talented and passionate about their work. Me and my fiance wanted to find a place where we could replicate her ring for my engagement ring and they were happy and willing to make this custom order for us. We needed special kite diamonds for the side stones and they ordered them and were so easy to work with we are beyond thrilled with the results. Me and my fiance went out last night to celebrate finally getting my ring and said we'd refer all our friends to go here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I mean, just look at it 🥰🤩💗🌈 we're so grateful ❤️ and they're very reasonable with pricing and just really help you feel taken care of. Thank you so so much for making our dream ring 💍 ahhh !
