I injured my back to the point where physical therapy was needed. I did a lot of research for PT places on the Westside and found VERT. Wow what a find! From the moment I arrived until my last day (yesterday!) I was very impressed with this company. Mike was in charge of my back rehab and he was a pro. He was extremely knowledgeable in what I needed to do to heal my back. And he made the PT process quite enjoyable, as did everyone else at VERT. Best of all, my back is better!! 5 stars all around. Thanks VERT!!

I'd been dealing with annoying neck pain for years after a car crash and I finally sucked it up and went to PT. I'm the skeptical type and I don't like doctors telling me that I need 8 weeks at $499 per session for me to get better. Dr. Brooke was AWESOME! She was honest, up front and very relaxed. The sessions were half her adjusting and working on my neck and half strength training, stretching and workouts. She has such an easy going personality and I felt very safe in her hands. I went for about 6-10 sessions I can't remember and started feeling A LOT better. I didn't get any pressure at all for me to try and book 100 more appointments. She was worried about my neck, my neck got better and she said that's awesome come back if it gets worse haha. I loved that! Dr. Brooke is the best and I highly recommend her.

This place is the greatest. Thank god they were considered essential during the pandemic. I walked in a few months ago with my back out and walking like a hunchback. Andy the physical therapist immediately diagnosed my problem as a misaligned pelvis. Within a week I was walking upright (but still in pain). After about 3 months I was completely better and was discharged by Andy. Everybody there is extremely friendly and very, very knowledgeable. The physical therapy assistants worked with me very patiently to go over the exercises I had to do at home to make sure I was doing them correctly. Amber at the front desk is great also. This was the third time I have seen Andy over the past 15 or so years. The other 2 times were for bad knees (First time for my left knee and a few years later for my right knee). I first went to an orthopedic doctor that diagnosed my knee problem as a severe meniscus tear and wanted to do surgery immediately. My regular doctor who is also great (Dr Robert Ashley in Santa Monica) suggested I try physical therapy first and that is how I first got to meet Andy. I never had surgery and here I am 15 years later with no knee problems and jogging and playing basketball. I like to be active and Andy worked with me each time I came in to get back to my normal activity slowly in a measured way till I could go back to my regular activity level.

Best team of physical therapists. Great company run by great people. Very thorough evaluations and treatment plans. They really take the time to work through treatments, run you through exercises, with take home exercise plans, and then recovery. Come prepared to do the work to get fixed up. If you're an athlete or someone who lives an active lifestyle, this is where you want to invest your treatment time. I've been going here for years for different injuries over time, I've always been happy with my therapists.

I was looking for a physical rehab place close to work and could not have been more fortunate than to find Vert. Having undergone shoulder surgery from a snowboarding accident, one of my concerns was finding a facility that would get me back to my active lifestyle, and Vert PT did not disappoint one bit. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, from Chelsea at the front desk to Patrick (my Physical Therapist) and to the assistants created a safe, fun atmosphere for myself and all of the other patients. Thanks to them, within months after surgery, I was able to get back on the mountain as if the surgery never happened. Thank you all for giving me the best physical rehab experience I could have asked for and I hope anyone reading this feels compelled choose Vert as their next favorite PT facility. 😄💪

Great workout classes here! The instructors are friendly, informative, and really push you to get stronger (safely). Clean gym too.

I wanted to incorporate more strength training into my workouts. The weight room seemed intimidating at gyms, so I tried Vert Fitness. I love the small class size, and Sara can cater to any level and different levels within the same class. She is friendly and makes a challenging work out fun.

I've been to VERT over the years for physical therapy and personal training, and it's incredible how much it's improved my quality of life. From sports-related injuries, I've tried other PTs and nothing has been nearly as good as VERT. Thanks to them, I've recovered from various injuries, have far less pain, and can do the sports that I love better than ever.

They have a wonderful team. I have done 2 ACL recoveries there (each 9 months) and worked with Patrick and Cassandra. Both were great! I am rating 3 star only because of their rude front desk girl. She needs to re-visit her customer service skills!

I haven’t much experience with physical therapy before I broke my foot a few months ago. But therapists here have been excellent, helping and pushing me through my recovery. Thankful.

Persistent lower back pain brought me to Vert over a year ago.Their therapists treated me with a series of stretches and other maneuvers that have resulted in maintaining flexibility and a greater range of movement and stability.Vert has morphed into a continuing lifestyle routine for me.

I was referred to VERT and to Dr. Israel by a family member, I guess I was complaining enough about back pain that they decided I needed some big guns therapy. After only 2 days of therapy my back felt rejuvenated! The combination of deep tissue stimulation, suction cups and many stretching exercises, many of them pretty novel, resulted in amazing results. Easy to recommend!

I came in after finding out I had a herniated disc in my lower back. I was so nervous that I wouldn't be able to get back to my normal fitness routine, but Kerry and the aides had me active again in a shorter period of time than I anticipated. It's been almost a year since the injury, and I am feeling great. I even got to try surfing for the first time, which I wasn't sure I'd be confident enough to attempt to learn after I got hurt. Would highly recommend VERT for PT - they'll take good care of you!
