Still an iconic part of the UPLB campus. As it sits right at the UPLB gate, it welcomes all it's visitor with a very airy vibe, so to speak. It's still very inviting to take a seat under the Kalachuchi trees and just watch everyone go by. Did you know that the carabao with the farmer sculpture was originally posted at the spot where the name UP LOS BAÑOS now stand? That was in the 50's. It was only transferred at its present place in the 60's after the World Jamboree.

If you are a current student of UPLB and have no plans of graduating (or does not believe the Carabao Park myth) I challenge you to ride one of the carabaos in your spare time. Goodluck! ;)

It is a landmark inside the University of the Philippines Los Baños. There are only carabao monuments and benches within the area. Good spot when meeting someone before going somewhere.

The place is not that big but since you'll see here the iconic carabao monuments? Statues? The pillars with the carabao stuff on them, makes them great. You'll never see anything like it in the PH and is an icon of UPLB.

The place is calm and situated right at the front of the gate. It is a known landmark and fun fact, there is only one carabao because the other are just heads lol. Just kidding, the other are actually tamaraws. Another good thing is the place has good UPLB WiFi signal. It is therefore a good tambayan. You could probably do people watching here since so many people pass by. Maybe just try to avoid getting close to the palm trees since one of their leaves can come cascading down on you.

Amazing place. Usually the meetup place for meetings and stuff. It is the entrance to more of UPLB's other beautiful places

If you are looking for a nice stroll then this is the place. Could be a perfect 5 if they provided water for the pond.
