One of the best institute I have ever seen with the beautiful scenery all around, and with the best minds surrounding you... 😉 The canteen there is also one of the best, with a lot of cuisines and options to let you have a sumptuous experience.

The International Rice Research Institute being founded since 1960 has called Los Baños in the province of Laguna its home. This institution has been largely created thru the auspices of the Rockefeller and Ford foundations and has conducted scientific research towards the cultivation of rice as one of the world's major food crops.
