I've been offered a Leroy 50€ gift cheque by my family. I then went to buy a few goods. The total was 28€. To my surprise the cashier told me that I was unable to use my gift card because I had to spend at least the 50€!! What is the point of a gift card then? Leroy could very well give a cheque with the remaining balance like it has been done at Leroy in other situations. I would strongly recommend consumers not to buy gift cards as they are clearly a rip off. Leroy very well knows that a fraction of those cards will be lost and never used. Another cut will like me be unable to use their checks because they do not want to be forced to buy goods for an amount they do not need. I will rather receive a 50€ note than being tight to a shop and to spend a minimum amount. This should be reported to consumer affairs.

We had several quotes for a new kitchen to be fitted and Leroy Merlín was by far cheaper than the others. We were guided and advised by Raphael who was very patient and speaks English. Thanks Rafa. UPDATE After having the kitchen units fitted we found that our fridge freezer would not fit back in the gap despite the fitter measuring it. Also there were missing doors and hinges and damage to one of the doors. After the fitter came back to adjust the unit to accommodate the fridge it took 8 visits to the store to request our missing items! Don’t bother emailing the staff at installation because they don’t read them, they were really unhelpful and inept. Rafa did his best to help us but it was out of his hands. No stars for the installation dept.

I must say that the service given to me by Rafael in the kitchen section of Leroy Merlin los barrios was absolutely superb, even with a bit of a language barrier he was patient, polite and extremely proffesional. He made the whole process of buying a new kitchen ,simple and not the stressful time that some friends have had, obviously they didn't buy their kitchens from Leroy Merlin. I would recommend Mr Rafael Sanchez Asesor de Proyectos Cocinas to all and sundry without question. Also to the lovely Alba who made the process of paying not as painful as it should have been when seeing your account go to zero in a moment. thanks once again

Lots of things you need for your home but still gaps. Good solar stuff. I'd like to see some things stocked eg hand held fans, proper pool matting. Prices are just okay: more offers and discounts could be given. Nice cafe on site.

It was an excellent experience, compared with store Home Depot in Miami! I am visiting some relatives in La Línea de la Concepcion for a few days. The store is large and has all kind of articles and good distribution of departments. I had some questions and I was attended by a young cashier, Gala, in perfect English. Thank you for giving this area a good image of quality and service.

A massive home depot, has a construction part that carries building material. The other part is for decore and home improvement. I bought a keyed gate lock made in Spain for 21 euros. I thought it's an amazing price
