On our first day here we went to this place and had wonderful paellas. We wanted therefore to come back, but that was a mistake. The waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for almost an hour to get what we ordered. We were also charged full price, but got a free bottle of water and another of Coca Cola as a compensation! I would have expected no charge or an invitation to another meal. Sad.

Quite disappointed in our experience of this establishment. My son had spyed on our first night here that this place did Bubble Waffles. So a couple of nights later we ordered one, so I asked the lady if it would be OK to sit down at a table to wait for it and she nodded. So we put our order in and sat at a table near the back of the restaurant which I'd guess was about 75% full. So plenty of space for others coming in. A man approached us and shoved a menu at us asking if it was drinks or food. I politely said we would be sitting for a bubble waffle and was about to order a drink when he abruptly said 'Not for bubble waffle, you stand and wait for that. Not sit down'. Now if he had been less abrasive I would have apologised and carried on with the order...surely €6.99 & a beer is better than an empty table? As he had been so rude (in my opinion) I said cancel the order and we left. What really annoyed me was that he was rude to the lady who was serving the ice-cream counter too, like she had done something wrong. Rude rude rude. It's a no from me!

Stopped for a quick drink while passing, 5 euro for a pint of local beer, small coke bottle also overpriced......avoid

The adult male server was very rude, looked like he didn’t have any interest in his job or clients whatsoever. It was comical how inattentive and short mannered the service was.

When fresh warm bread is put on your table without you asking for it don't be fooled into thinking it's free. What a shock to find we'd been charged 6.40€ for 4 small rolls. First time this holiday I've felt ripped off!

If you want to order something, you have to expect to receive your order in more than 20 minutes. We ordered food and came in 30 minutes for my husband and 45 minutes for me. Never come back again.

Staff easily forgets you, waited 25 minutes before I could order my food. I ordered medium steak, I get rare, I wanted some mayo with my fries, forget it once again. I didn’t feel like a guest, more like a dollar sign because it is already quite expensive. I don’t want to return here. :(

Do yourself a favour and skip this place. We waited at least half an hour just to order drinks, then another 15 minutes to get them. We also ordered pizzas that reminded me of frozen pizzas from lidl. This is the worst restaurant on Tenerife that i was in, places like this shouldn’t exist.

Went here a few times, staff not good at serving, we left after waiting ages without being served, second time we visited we left after 20 minutes of being seated and not served. Pizza was perfect though

Cool bar! Davide was a great waiter. Kind, professonal and always cleared our doubts on the menu.

Nice little restaurant just by the street. Ordered the Don Emilio pizza, which had salmon, prawns, mushrooms and cured ham. I ordered it without the ham, though. First of all, the waiters were very professional. Elegant serving. I’ve had many pizzas in my life, but this had to be one of the best ones. The crust was extraordinary. Perfect thickness, airy, crispy and soft on the inside. I couldn’t believe it, it was so good, even though I was already full, I had to eat the rest of it. Marvelous.

Food was just unreal, the steak paella me and my partner had was the best thing we had all holiday.

We paid a lot for just some gelly too salty vegetables. The information and knowledge about allergies were very poor. The staff was not interested in helping. For example, our table was not stable, and we asked them to help with it. My husband was paying extra for sauce without telling him, but they just adding it to the order.

🌄We went with low expectations because everything in the area seems to be a tourist trap with mediocre quality food. WOW! ⚠️We were delighted⚠️ The four cheese pizza with a pesto is delicious. The Calamari cone is the best we have had in a long time. The Lobster rice is pricey, but worth it. Deep flavor. The lobster was cooked the right way. 👍Service delivered was outstanding!!! Called in out of the rain bought drinks waited a while but not really bothered because of the rain,then after a while staff brought out bills for customers,nobody asked for trouble was all bills given were mixed up nobogy given correct bill stall all looked bemused.

Have been eating several times in this restaurant, bolognese pasta is very good and also the iberico meat. Two stars off because of the really long waiting time for our check at the end of the meal. After 20 mins we asked it again and still it took another 30 mins before we got it. The waiter blamed busy night but they still had time to just stand around and gossip together while we were waiting. My husband finally stood up from the table and then one of the waitreses looked shocked, rushed inside and ”run” out with our check, obviously had forgotten us, twice!

Still struggling, as so many venues are here in Tenerife, to find experienced staff and enough of them post pandemic. Service can be slow but is always curtious and unlike many other restaurants these days, they are not pushy forcing you onto the premises or attempting to get you to order food when you only want drinks. Food excellent and along with drinks very reasonably priced. Fab location to watch the world go by until late at night.

Very average. Low quality food and pretty pricey considering that. I would be impressed if you could find a worse Espresso Martini than this anywhere in the North Atlantic.

Disclaimer: I'm not reviewing this restaurant on its entirety. I was just looking for a pizza and it was advertised here, but... This is NOT a place to eat pizza, they should actually take it out of the menu, as I'm pretty sure it was a frozen base. Considering the price I paid, it was not worth.

Delicious. We came back for a 2nd time. Friendly staff. Definitely go again when we go back to tenerife.

I only had coffee and juice, so 4 drinks in total. Price wise is fine, but super slow service. A group sat next to me, and they got zero attention. After we left, I saw them get up and leave. The restaurant had about 20% of it's capacity, so not sure why it's so slow.

Worst service I’ve experienced. Staff are clueless. We placed our order, then 15 minutes later, got handed menus again to order. Took close to 30 minutes to get served drinks. Waitress didn’t put our order through, so we waited almost an hour to get two terrible pizzas. Staff standing around doing absolutely nothing, yet we had to wait so long for our food or drinks. When we asked for the bill the waitress threw it on the table and walked away. Never an apology for the ridiculous delay. Avoid this place at all costs.

We came here for a quick dinner and it was anything but that! Over 40 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas, a coke and a water. We were left with no explanation for the wait and no apology for any of the delays. It took the staff over 30 minutes to notice we were sitting without even a drink on the table despite us trying to get their attention multiple times. Once they realised they had completely forgotten our order, our waitress tried everything to avoid coming near our table including asking a different member of staff to bring us our bill. When she did bring the bill it was dropped on the corner of the table without a word and she was out of sight again. Once again we had to ask a staff member to pay as our waitress continued to ignore our table. Definitely will not be back, avoid at all costs!!

Nice typical touristy tenerifian restaurant. Service was good. Staff were friendly and attentive, but not overly. Good position to sit and watch the world, well Europe, walk past. To start we had prawns to share which we're really nice then we had pizza. Now the pizza probably isn't an Italian pizza, however for a hungry tourist looking for something to hit the spot, it does the job just fine. Good crispy base nice and cheesy but toppings could have done with a little more refinement. We paid cc50€ including a beer and water. A bit pricy but what we have come to expect if you eat out as a tourist.
