The hotel is located very good next to the beach , all shopping areas and restaurants just there , bus for Siam Park very close as well. The rooms are clean and every single day it was cleaned, towels changed also beds done . The garden and pools are gorgeous. The only small inconvenience is that the hotel is quite big and no staff member to guide you to your room when you arrive otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you for a nice holiday !

Expected a studio apartment as shown on website, what we got was a room that I would not have gone to this hotel for it was tiny very old dark and dingy. Mould in the bathroom all grout from floor and bathroom tiles missing the balcony floor was stained and crumbling and small with no sun or light as it was covered over with an arch. I asked to be moved this wasn’t the room I had paid a lot of money for. 4/5 other people also waiting for room transfers plus a couple complaining at the same time as us. Told very few rooms as shown on the website. We are hopefully being moved tomorrow 2 days later to something with a better balcony. The studio apartments on the website look lovely with a nice big balcony the room we got was a hovel. Will never be back here again. Paid far less for other holidays in the past and always had good accommodation. I was very upset and feel totally ripped off by the hotel, Jet2 holidays and Hays travel agency I booked it through. Seeing the rep in the morning, and phoning hays to make official complaints to them all. This is appalling accommodation.

Very dated hotel. Pictures are deceiving and all rooms are single beds when asked at reception this is hotel wide apparently. The resort in itself is expensive you would be better taken a ten walk . This pool ares is good for kids but for some reason if you use a lilo or float toys with the children you are only allowed in a smaller part of the pool seems crazy as this is the end were all the kids are playing when rest of pool is empty . One thing we did notice is when a father and daughter are in pool life guards are very quick to pull them up or get security but females a blind eye seemed to be turned good location but not a hotel I would visit again

Good view, really close to all the amenities, restaurants, beach, one of the best place to stay in Tenerife, you have kitchen, terrace and all stuff you need.

The good: Very nice saltwater pool. great location, nearby shops/groceries, lots of excursions. Adultonly sections.Sections in pools for wilder games or just relaxed swimming. Loads of restaurants around the corner. The bad: Can't talk on our balcony between 21 and 0.30 because of loud music on streets. Kids can't sleep. :( Second bed is a not so comfortable sleepingcouch. Ok for kids, unusable for adults. Get yourself a good room! The ugly: There is no sunbed management. People occupie beds all day with a towel, holding it hostage all day. Only showing up a couple of times. Very strict pool rules for ages. Kids <12 can't use hot tubs. Kids <4 can't use slides. Not even when accompanied by mum/dad. Kids pool closes at six, but they stop and move everyone out at 5.45 already.

Great location and clean rooms. We rented a villa and it was situated by the pool which was handy as sunbeds were “reserved” en masse every day. The restaurant Atlantico served great breakfast. We were a bit concerned about the lack of aircon but every room had ceiling fans which were sufficient for a comfortable nights sleep.

Literally an unbelievable hotel. I don’t understand how this hotel is only 3 stars? 10/10 service. Pool was absolutely lush. Such amazing decorative / aesthetic throughout the hotel pool areas, lounge area, bar/cafe area. We stayed in the apartments and I was really impressed with how clean and new and shiny all of the appliances were. Beds were great, shower was literally unreal! Big massive room and a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. I genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel and to make it better it was right on the beach front. Will be coming back next year! I’d also recommend coming end of March - the weather was perfect so lovely and warm, before the British school holidays. I’m now back to reality back in Ireland but this hotel definitely deserves more than 3 stars

The hotel is nice and the family room we stayed in was big and comfortable. The hotel is very well located. The garden is huge and very well kept. The staff is nice and the on site restauran and bar are good. The service could be improved at the restaurant, my kids (teenagers) never got service when they were there to order food I always had to get up and order from them. The pool is big and very nice but I would prefer if the water in it would not be so super salty. The water in the children's pool is not salted so that pool is the nicest one there.

This resort did not disappoint. We had one of the refurbished studios overlooking the pool area. Immaculately clean and modern studio with ample facilities for cooking, room service available everyday if required. Facilities on resort were very good for adults and kids alike as well as nearby supermarkets if you felt like eating in. Hotel is surrounded by many fantastic restaurants so whatever takes your fancy is all close at hand. Overall cleanliness of the entire resort was was second to none.

Parque Santiago III is the perfect family holiday location. It's located very close to loads of restaurant, has an excellent kids pool and a huge salt water pool too. The staff are extremely friendly and at night it's very quiet, which is perfect of you have younger kids.

Pool area is absolutley fantastic. Apartments are very dated. Beds are rock hard. Staff on reception are friendly until you ask to have the room longer on your last day. Not a chance! Just told to get out at 12

Gorgeous apartment and spotless. Excellent location but one big snag. The deafening noise from the horrendous entertainment playing outside of the building. This went on every evening till after 11pm then the dance music would start. Doors closed and TV on, it was still really loud. Such a shame as it could totally ruin someone else’s holiday. As much as I loved everything else about the apartment I would not recommend it.😞

Only the pools are nice. Is overpricedParque Santiago III The favorite place of the little ones because of its water park. It is made up of several pools and slides that will end in a pleasant nap. Meanwhile, adults will be able to disconnect by resting or playing sports, or perhaps simply stroll around its green gardens. Parque Santiago IV Open to the sea, it exudes peace and calm in an environment of vegetation and crystalline pools. The ideal resort to immerse yourself in the most absolute disconnection. How are our accommodations? In both, you will find accommodation of different types. Studios and apartments that have a living room, sofa bed, bedrooms with single beds, full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, terrace or balcony, safe (for rent), free Wi-Fi, telephone, free satellite TV, ceiling fan and, upon request, free cots and high chairs. In addition, in Parque Santiago III, you have at your disposal our Villas carefully designed with the Canarian style that characterizes the traditional constructions of the island and with different typologies. Cleaning is carried out daily following the necessary measures against COVID-19 and the change of clothes and towels is done 2 times a week. Looking for more than accommodation? To the variety of accommodation we must add all the services at hand in the same complex: different kind of restaurants, supermarkets, water park, miniature golf … Everything for an experience that you will talk about for years.

The most beautiful complex in the whole Tenerifes. My wife and I were here on honeymoon, absolutely loved it. Recommend

Fab family complex.. although the visitors uphold the old tradition, of leaving towels on sunbeds.. if you can't beat them join them. Look out for the adult and heated outdoor pools.. Buy drinks from the supermarket across the road...

We've stopped here approx 10 times over 20yrs it's a great place, it suits us 👍our holidays are generally relax, sunbath, book read and food and drink. We've done the site seeing bit etc yrs ago. Here you have within 100m any type of food you like either eat at the restaurant or as we do have take aways and eat on our room balcony. We also cook several nights during our holiday in the apartment and there's plenty of kitchen utensils available to cook anything you want. I love cooking in different circumstances and see what developes. I've seen some reviews about not being able to smoke or vape on the balcony as staff tell folk off etc. Never had an issue Ever 👌👍2 pools of your choice , a good gym and a small outdoor exercise area so no excuse for the more active gym type of person. This place I believe covers everything for the family I can see why it's always busy 👍

Rooms are a bit dated but have everything you could possibly need when staying self catering. Few minor issues with our room which when reported to reception were fixed immediately. There is no air conditioning which is a big downside to this hotel given how hot it is here but I understand you can rent an AC unit. The biggest issue for us is that we are not 7am sunbed chasers and it is so frustrating when you go to the pool and there are hundreds of empty loungers which you cannot use because people have reserved them with their towels and gone off for the day meaning people who are at the pool can't use them! Have been to lots of hotels where this is not allowed and staff regularly remove towels from unused loungers and we have found this is definitely the best way! All that said, hotel is in a perfect location with the beach right behind the complex and everything else pretty much on your doorstep!

Stayed here for a week, apartments abit dated inside but apart from that I could not recommend it enough… had a brilliant stay. Prime location for a family holiday with shops bars and restaurants as soon as you walk outside the door. 2 massive pools with kids pool and play area kept tidy and clean throughout the day. Highly recommend

It's a really great location but some of the rooms are extremely loud. We had to move rooms as the noise from the street was too loud. One swimming pool is heated. One is not. There is also a small children's pool and play area. Lifeguard is on duty. People do put towels on the sunbeds but it's manageable.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Apartment dated but done the job no air conditioning but it was livable for the week we stayed. Great place for families its got a kids waterpark in the grounds which is fresh water. The 2 big main pools are salt water pools. The whole area is kept spotless clean and Apartments are cleaned every day with fresh towels every second day.. all in all a good experience check in was easy and room location for me was excellent.

Nice apartments but many are getting a bit dated. During busy periods (school holidays) the pool area is packed and the sun beds get taken (reserved with towels) early in the morning. Right on the beach though, so we went there.

had a beach view from our hotel, absolutely beautiful, very close to the beach and restaurants the pool is amazing apart from the fact there salt water which hurts your eyes and tastes disgusting if you get it in your mouth ,cleaners are lovely and the receptionist helped us a lot with booking our trips . Would stay again

We had a beautifully newly decorated 2 bedroom apartment compared to the old ones they are much lighter and brighter. The complex is in the perfect location, close to everything and we had service every day if we wanted for the rooms, the lady was lovely and nothing was a bother. The only complaint i had was that we had purposely booked santiago 3 for the kids area and on arriving it was closed for maintenance for 2weeks. That's fair enough, that has to be done, but we were not informed at any stage when booking or after and that was so unfair for the kids,

Lovely hotel, kid friendly, amazing pools and views. Close to loads of bars, nightclubs and really nice restaurants just across the road in the Safari center. Beach not even 500m away, mini golf and other activities for the kids, clothes and food shops

Direct booking Cancelled! After visiting for many years always using jet2 I decided to book direct whilst on holiday in August, after lots of enquires at reception and making sure the accommodation I was booking for my family holiday Easter March 24 was suitable we booked direct… now 4 days before Christmas received an email advising that my accommodation is being cancelled due to renovations due to take place and no alternative offered! We had a 3 bed booked for 7 people the task to find another in peak time 3 months prior is proving difficult and more expensive! You think booking direct is safest way to guarantee no problems turns out it is not! I will still visit the resort but in future will probably stick to a package holiday after being so let down by the actual company m!

Great location for the nicer end of las Américas. Great idea as there are studio apartments up to villas. Also great as hard to find apartments self catering with slides in the pool. Only downside was my child hated that it was salt water in the main pool, it hurt his legs.

Wow! What can I say about this place, it’s just fab. It’s definitely my favourite place to stay in Playa de Las Americas. I’ve always wanted to stay here and we finally did so earlier this year and I can’t recommend it enough. From checking in and the friendly gentleman who so kindly allocated us the most amazing duplex apartment to the efforts of the housekeeping and maintenance/gardening departments who work tirelessly every day to provide such a clean and welcoming environment. The swimming pools areas are absolutely amazing and I don’t think I’ve ever been in a bigger swimming pool! The on-site snack bars and specifically Atlantico restaurant are brilliant, great food and fab service! Our apartment was just fantastic - spacious, airy, bright and clean with modern touches. We can’t wait to return and will definitely book direct with the resort next time. Outstanding in every way!

We stayed here for 10 days beginning of may best holiday we have ever had prime location the hotel I literally couldn’t fault it our room was a two bedroom apartment even though was a little outdated the room was immaculate had huge tv with Netflix Wi-Fi bed super comfy cleaners in everyday and left my kids little surprises on the beds clothes into animals ect they loved it clean towels everyday. Swimming pools fantastic loads of sunbeds all staff super friendly best hotel I’ve ever stayed in I had a 4,9&12 year old they loved it Smallest thing is I just wish they had some kid’s entertainment as we couldn’t find any during our evening but still had the best time will be going back to this hotel 100%

Absolutely love this place. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and you can't beat the location. We've been staying here over 15 years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Our apartment was recently refurbished and was first rate. The holiday park is well set out with plenty of amenities. Had breakfast in one of the restaurants and the beach bar. Better value in the beach bar at 7.5 euro. Costs 12 euro in the restaurant. Water slides are great for the kids. Also we'll placed for bars and restaurants. Short walk to the beach.

  • 3/5 Philipp H. 1 year ago on Google
During our stay there were construction workers next to our building. Looks like they renovated ~10 rooms. So it was noisy during the day, that we couldnt sit on the balcony or kept the doors open to get fresh air in. The complex is not barrier free, if you have a baby you cant get out alone with a trolley, because someone needs to help with the stairs to get up to your room. Also down to the pool its impossible with a trolley. But pool area is very nice with the tree’s and clean. Good location. Next to beach and supermarkets/restaurants.

Parque Santiago III offers something for everyone, and as a returning visitor it still holds true. -Lovely hotel to stay in, peaceful nights and a wide selection of on-site restaurants and pools. -Cleaners come daily and you can request specific extras such as towels, toilet rolls etc. -The 1 bedroom apartment rooms are modern, spotless, spacious and is chilled when the upstairs fan is turned on. -TV is generous and includes smart features like screen cast, Netflix, YouTube etc. -Free WiFi throughout the complex, often patchy and slow but it does the job. -Working elevators if need, you can fit prams and/or wheelchairs. -The pathways and pools are lit up nicely at night making it all look extra pretty from a balcony. There isn't many negatives from our experience but it wasn't perfect; -The beds were hard and uncomfortable. -The receptionists occasionally give out conflicting information. -The cleaners sometimes ignored us or was ignorant but that could have been down to the weather or workload so we didn't mind. We easily recommend staying here, or just passing through during the day to check out what it has to offer.

Amazing!! Location is perfect with lots of amazing restaurants nearby. The pool is great for both adults and kids, there were always plenty of loungers. The rooms were very well kept by the maids throughout our stay. Can't wait to return next year.

Love this place. Fantastic family holiday. Yes some of the rooms, are dated. However the hotel, is unbelievably clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Great location, there is somthing for everyone. Plenty of sunbeds. However if you want to be by the front of the pool. You do have to be down early. If that location isn't required, there are always some available. The pools are also saltwater pools. (Just a heads up). Would definitely recommend.

  • 4/5 Mark D. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean hotel and easy access to the nearby beach, shops and restaurants etc. Pool are very well maintained and rooms cleaned daily. Food was a little pricy and not to the highest standard but ok. The fans in our room weren't working and despite several attempts to have someone sent to fix them, they never did. Overall a good experience.

Last day of a great 11 night stay. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is cleaned and polished to an inch of its life. Great grounds and well maintained. The WiFi is hit and miss and no air con in the rooms isn't ideal given the beautiful weather but does not deserve a drop in rating. Location is ideal for beach goers and plenty around like shops/restaurants. Pool is salt water which is strange but actually works very well. Very clean with constant cleaning/lifeguards. Plenty of beds to go round. A stay here won't be regretted. Will book agaín.

Complex is really well looked after!!! Pool areas not too deep, good for little one's and parents helping little swimmers, kids that can swim unaided will be fine. Staff helpful. Beach just outside. Decent food. Location good for beach front walks either way along .
