Very
disappointing
tour.
We
booked
with
them
because
they
advertised
the
visit
to
Garajonay
National
Park
as
a
highlight
of
the
tour.
However,
they
just
took
us
to
the
visitors'
center
so
people
could
use
the
restroom
and
buy
snacks
and
then
they
took
us
back
to
the
bus.
We
were
disheartened
and
appalled.
We
talked
to
the
guide
about
it,
but
he
just
shrugged
his
shoulders
and
brushed
us
off.
The
bus
was
20
min
late
for
our
pick
up
and
the
guide
never
apologized,
he
was
condescending
and
patronizing
as
he
attempted
to
describe
the
sites
to
the
passengers.
His
foreign
language
skills
were
not
very
good
either
(he
spoke
'Spanglish'
and
'itañolo').
When
we
returned
to
Tenerife,
our
stop
was
the
closest
to
the
harbour;
however,
they
decided
to
drop
off
all
the
other
passengers
before
us
and
were
forced
to
stay
in
the
bus
for
an
extra
45
min.
It
would
have
been
easier
and
faster
for
us
to
walk
the
few
blocks
from
the
port
if
they
had
just
warned
us
before
we
got
on
the
bus
after
the
ferry
ride.
we
spent
most
of
the
day
on
the
bus.
The
only
good
thing
was
the
meal
and
the
location
of
the
restaurant
in
Santiago.
