We went here for lunch and it was wonderful. The burritos are tightly wrapped and contain the perfect portion size. The super burrito with chicken ingredients were well dispersed and very fresh. If you are looking for a fast and delicious meal, look no further than Nina's Taqueria! 10/10 would recommend.

Looks like a new spot, may have just opened. Food was ok, might come back and get other meats. Got an asada burrito - kinda interesting they let you pick the contents of the burrito - kind of reminded me of chipotle with the options I also got an Al pastor taco to try Might be an interesting place to check out if your in the area and in a hurry.

The food was excellent! We had the Mama salad with steak. The meat was well cooked / seasoned but not over done. My daughter had the cheese quesadilla. She is picky about the quesadillas. Hers had the perfect stretchiness with the cheese, but it was not overloaded with cheese. Service was great! We are definitely coming back!

Not going to lie. I grew up in cities like Richmond and Hayward and the authenticity of Mexican food in those cities are far better than what I found at Nina's in Los Gatos. Not sure if it was what I ordered which was tacos but I feel like any real Mexican restaurant should be able to make tacos well. These were very bland and there was hardly any flavor at all. Not saying that the food quality was bad it just isn't as authentic as I thought it would be. I tried adding salsa thinking that it would enhance the flavor but it really did nothing.

When I came in the lady at the register was dancing.. awesome. I had their borritos and their tacos both of which were delicious and the meat was so flavorful. Two thumbs up.

Great food and amazing churros! Unfortunately, everything else was horrible. The restaurant was unbearably hot (much hotter than outside) and the staff were clearly miserable. Because of this, the lady at the register completely missed two of the dishes we asked for and didn't put them on the order. We were also charged for add-ons that we ordered and never received.

Nina’s blew me away. Incredible mexican food. Nothing was a miss, everything slapped. 10/10 will be back!

Exceptionally good!! Super tasty and fresh. Guacamole and salsa were also fabulous. I got the chicken sope (my favorite anywhere I can order it) and it was extremely good. The dining room is clean but small so I hope they do well enough to expand because they are definitely A LOT better than the other two "Mexican" restaurants in downtown Los Gatos!!

I had a couple of options for dinner last night, and, unfortunately, my decision was not good. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, and tomato rice. It was the blandest food I think I've ever eaten. The chicken was boiled with no seasoning. It looked exactly like the chicken I cook when my pup has an upset tummy. The black beans were straight out of a can. Another opportunity to add flavor missed by not adding diced jalapeños or green chiles (or simply buying a can of black beans w/those added.) The tomato rice was only mildly flavored. I should have known something was up because all I could smell was the pico de gallo when Ipicked up the food. I am not someone who enjoys incredibly spicy food. I just want some kind of flavor. I gave an extra star because at least I didn't have stomach issues this morning.

This place is always the same. Good, fresh food, always decent. They have never once messed up my order and in the last year I've probably dines here about 10 times. Good choice for lunch or dinner!

Went there after dropping off our daughter for an event. Hike around the Los Gatos Trails then swing by this Mexican place. Taco was bland no favors, my son's burrito was soggy all the rice and bean fell apart. It called supreme burrito and there is nothing supreme, less than 10% meat in there. Ended up we just left and didn't finish anything.

This restaurant is undoubtedly my favorite food spot in Los Gatos. The burritos they serve are absolutely delicious, and the ingredients they use always taste incredibly fresh. I sincerely hope they continue to thrive because my partner and I have been loyal customers since they first opened. Writing this review is long overdue, as I wanted to express our deep appreciation. Keep up the fantastic work, guys!

Cute, small, good location, would return. Prices a little higher than expected/serving size, but probably on par for location. Great options for vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free.

Good food! Proteins, salsas, arroz y frijoles all tasty. And they have good gluten free and vegetarian options. Not much atmosphere, but it's affordable, tasty food in Los Gatos. Easy walking access to trails, bike stores, farmers market, breweries.

Check your order if you get it to go. They consistently forget something, guacamole, red or green sause etc. Otherwise the food is good.

The food was pretty good but between two people we got two entrees, an order or chips and guacamole and two diet cokes. We spent $50 and I left still hungry. The restaurant seating area generally was not very clean despite there being zero guests when we arrived and there being very few people coming in the entire time we were there. The restaurant has potential but the portions seemed light for the price and would love to see the place kept more tidy for those dining in the restaurant.

After reading about so many great experiences at Nina’s taqueria I had to try it out for myself. It definitely lived up to the hype! I tried a little bit of everything and loved it all. I got carnitas & Al pastor street tacos, a steak super burrito and mama Nina’s salad with chicken. Everything had loads of flavor and plenty of meat and toppings. I wish they would sell that salad dressing! It’s fantastic. The gentleman working the cash register was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was spotless. This will define be our new go-to Mexican spot !

Fantastic Mexican food. Great range of options (incl vegetarian beans and other fillings). Simple service, great chips and guac, overall really hit the spot.

I would come back if the tacos weren’t so expensive. I can get them for $2.25 at La Cueva and they have really good tacos too. I usually buy 4 when I go there.

The Mama Nina chicken salad is delicious, and an ok portion for the price. We also purchased an appetizer chips and fresh salsa and received a half full paper bag of chips with basically a “side of pico”… the pico de gallo salsa was the same size as the to go salad dressing plastic container we received for our salads. I even went back in to ask if it was correct, and was told yes. Not worth the price!

The food all looks SO fresh and tastes amazing. Clean, hygienic environment with 5 indoor tables, perfect for a quick meal or takeout. Guacamole is to die for. They even have gluten free tortillas (in addition to flour, spinach, whole wheat and corn tortillas). Fresh, healthy salads on addition to the usual fare. The grilled veggies are fresh and perfectly prepared, not soggy or oily. Perfect taqueria! Worth checking out this new hidden gem in Los Gatos!
