Pat the owner loves to coach her employees in front of customers. Sometimes in a condescending manner. Unfortunately its seems to be a different waitress or bartender every time. Maybe if you would listen to your employees concerns you would learn from them. It takes two make a thing to right. I would love to coach Pat that you are a owner not a parent. Overall food is good and the staff or Pat keeps it very clean.

The staff is great. The drinks fairly priced. Do you like spicy food? The Cheese stuffed Bacon wrapped Jalapenos here are fresh, no breading, and amazing! I get a double order every time. I travel all over the country, hands down the best Jalapeno app around.

The waitress was really friendly and welcoming. I felt like it was just like home. The food was amazing the salads so filling that it's only considered a meal no side salads bummer but made up for it with the chicken hot wings. It wasn't to busy that you have people bumping into the back of your chair. I liked the the high tables and chairs, the dim lighting and that every table and chair was exactly the same as the other. The room temperature is always perfect.

It's kinda weird to go to a bar in a mall. But this is a unique local joint. If I lived in the area, this would be my regular watering hole. So if you're traveling, and want a local place with a normal bar experience go here. Not really a craft brewpub with shocking prices... just kind of your local bar away from home. And if you live in ABQ, it's a great place to grab a beer before or after a movie or any time after work!!!

Been my little watering hole for 6 years. Have had great luck with the bartenders. Management is always questionable. After today that owner will never ever get another dollar. Went in to have lunch with my 15 and 20 yr old kids to watch the USA vs England. That owner obviously had yet another bartender and wait staff quit. Because she was serving. Her attitude immediately towards my daughter was crap. I ordered a Dr Pepper her a water. Asked for a sprite to have for when my son showed up. That nag said she wouldn’t serve it unless he was there. WTH??? Her look of “I just ate a turd” followed by her attitude. Throwing around that she’s the owner. And lack of any type of customer service from her explains the high turnover rate of employees. That dive will never receive another dollar and I hope this review will detour you from supporting this type of business.

Very rude staff!!! If you want to be treated badly and pay money for it, then this is the place for you. The bartender at the bar was absolutely rude to both me and my wife. And we were very nice to her. She made even made a point to tell us she didn't care how she was coming off. Very bad service as well. The rest of the staff seemed very stressed. This place has a bad management problem. I'm telling all friends and family to stay away from this place. We're not paying money to be treated unkindly for no reason whatsoever.

We tried again and it was still bad. One out of three stalls operating. Thirty minutes to get a drink and to top it off the waiter came over to tell half our group to tell us we only gave him a 10% tip. His bar and kitchen staff needs to step it up if the servers expect a good tip...30 minutes for a drink and another 30 minutes for wings. The westside needs a classy place to go.

I look at Sidelines as a good neighborhood bar! I'm not a heavy drinker and I don't go often for that reason. But every time I have I have always had a good experience! The staff is attentive and friendly. The times I have been here the music has been good! When I have been there there has been no trouble and for that reason I continue to go there! I would definitely recommend this place.

We recently went to have a beer and got so sick my boyfriend and i both you could tell their hoses for the beer tap hadn't been cleaned and the water they were cleaning with smelt like mold. Not to mention the rude service provided by the manager Victor. I dont EVER reccomend anyone drinking here or eating the food you'll definitely get sick place should be investigated by health officials.

The owner helped serve our meal. She gets on great with my mother and that made the meal more fun. Ask for their special hot green chili if that's what you seek. Friendly crowd. A good place to meet up with friends because is it easy to find
