You get what you pay for. The property was littered throughout with cigarette butts and trash. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes, stains on the carpet and the pillows smelled like old sweat. Loud noises. Sketchy people. I should have known considering the front desk had plexiglass around it. The girl working there was very nice but I guess it was bring your boyfriend to work day. He kept trying to talk to his girlfriend while she was attending to customers. At least I got my money back so we could go to a more comfortable environment. (Attempted to stay 03/23/19)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I get that it’s a cheap hotel and “you get what you pay for” but I’ve stayed in way nicer places than this for cheaper. The pictures are DEFINITELY more than deceiving. The rooms smell horrible, like smoke, and just nasty. There’s cigarette burns in the sheets, I’m nervous to even sleep on the beds because who knows who’s been there or what’s even on them. The bathtub is disgusting and I will not be taking a shower in there the entire time I am here. I asked them to refund me my money, but because I was sitting in the office for 15 minutes waiting to tell them that while this guy rambled in front of me, she couldn’t . Staff was horrible, room horrible, every things horrible and would not recommend this hotel on my worst enemy. Scary environment to stay in as well, people are very sketchy.

Please don’t stay here. I have never felt so unsafe anywhere, I lasted about 10 minutes at this place. My door didn’t shut all the way which I could only rely on the lock latch to keep the tweaking people out of my room, stains all over the shower, toilet, and bed sheets. Stains all over the walls and all the furniture in poor condition. There were people knocking and messing with my door. Right then and there I grabbed all my belongings and left to a different hotel. This place should not be open for business. This place costed me $120 when it should’ve been $10

If you want to live like Breaking Bad, stay here. Otherwise, this property should be removed from any booking site. Room was so bad that I left early. I pre-paid through a popular portal so I put up with the conditions for 1 night but then I feared for my health and safety so I left. The manager was not on site so the worker managing the desk said my refund would be processed later by the manager. That was 6 weeks ago. 1. Room reeked of smoke. I booked a non-smoking room. When I checked out and went to another hotel, my clothes in my suitcase reeked of smoke. That's how strong it was. I have asthma and it was not good for me to breathe all of that. 2. Stains, torn up carpet, dirty towels & broken furniture. Possibly dried blood on the walls from drug users. 3. Plastic bag over the smoke detector was scary. 4. After 1 night, I was debating my sanity in staying there and read a lot of reviews and was horrified. Just then, someone was screaming outside my room, got in a fight, and was shoved against my room. I waited for some time to pass and got out of there for my own safety. 5. Front office was closed and locked because staff were in a neighboring room messing around. Unprofessional. 6. People staying (living?) there seemed very questionable. Loitering around and stare at you so I tried to park my car away from them. 7. Was worried cleaning staff would steal my electronics so I would lock them in my suitcase and take it with me but no worries there as there were never any cleaning staff.

Place was just bad. It's cheap but I'd advice against it. It's definitely better paying a bit more and getting a place where you can actually comfortably sleep. The office chair was ripped. The bulbs didn't have their enclosing on. There was gum all over the floor. Sheets were probably the only ok thing. Despite all of this, the staff is real nice though. Hope the admin could clean up this place a little.

Horrible. Couldn't get a face towel. The first room didn't have a microwave nor a fridge. Not to mention we went extended stay because most have a kitchenette. Half the folks I met, although friendly, thought it bragging rights they just got out of jail. Although everyone wanted to bum a cigarette, NONE of the first were my problem. The staff! Oh dear gawd, the staff. Anything you asked for seemed to be a problem. I asked for face towels and explained that I didn't have any to stay with and the reply was to bring mine in to exchange because they were out. How do I exchange something I don't have! Three days... Yes three days later, when I finally got one, it was stained. My work has me staying in a hotel night after night. So some things I have come to learn. Like keep my cell phone and room keys separate. One morning I come to exchange my room keys, because they both don't work, and I'm told that it's my fault they are demagnitized and to keep them away from my phone. Well I failed to mention to the clerk that both keys were held by two different individuals. So for them to BOTH become inop on the same day the time limit on them was set to shorter than my stay. This happened twice in the course of a one week stay. If you don't have many options, I bet this it's a win as I saw a lot of folks living on-site. But if you're paying through, avoid this place!

Hello all, Please do your best to avoid staying at this hotel. Christina is a very friendly person and the only hospitable part of this establishment. The photos on Google are very misleading. The hotel layout is the same but colour scheme and cleanliness is not the same. We planned a trip for three nights at the hotel, however we checked out of the hotel two hours after we checked in. You can read why below. While checking out the lady working at the counter said, "We have another early check out." We were told we wouldn't get our deposit back and that we had to pay for the one night. The lady, who is very friendly, said we'd get our refund and receipt of the refund by the next day. However we have not yet received our refund for the two nights. We had two rooms and both rooms were dirty, the sheets were stained, and there was cigarette burn holes in the sheets On top of that there was litter all around the property. Our group had to walk around glass to get to our rooms. We also encountered transients outside of the hotel.

I've been staying here going 18 days. I have been waiting for them to fix my shower going on 13. I have to use my personal TV because there's doesn't work and at the time of check in no one could help me. They still haven't brought me a phone either. So I rate this place -1. I have to at least put 1 so it register's. I work 6 days a week. Price is way too expensive for this

Management and front desk staff were awesome. The room was clean. The room has a full size fridge which was nice. We had a peaceful 2 night stay. Adrianna was efficient and nice when we checked out. Customer service is excellent at this facility. We will definitely be staying here again.

The manager, Leonard, and front desk clerk, Christina, have been wonderful to me! The rooms are good size, and are very clean! Before I checked in, l went over to check out the property. Christina showed me three rooms and her customer service was impeccable! She answered every question to the very best of her knowledge, and if she didn't know the answer, she assured me that she would find out and let me know! That kindness, honesty, and her professionalism impressed me greatly! There was a minor issue with the heater/air conditioner in my room, on the day that I checked in. The manager, Leonard, along with two other gentlemen who aren't the actual maintenance me, IMMEDIATELY got on it to make sure that it was working properly and to my standards! Leonard and the two gentlemen treated it as if it were a major problem, which totally impressed me! They showed me with this action, the pride they take in this hotel, and just how important their customers are to them!

Every place has its quirks and issues but as long as they are willing to step up and do something that makes them an exceptional place. The staff I have dealt with have been so amazing and friendly. They have been renovating this place since it is under new ownership and the staff have been doing a great job. The GM, Leonard is really easy to talk to and willing to help you in tough situations. Other front desk staff members that I have dealt with include Wayne, Monique and Christina and are so personable with the guests. Housekeeping that includes Susan, Lala and Jess are down right fantastic. There are several others including maintenance that I don't know names but are also great! They offer daily, weekly and monthly rates and will be handling motel vouchers sometime in the future, which is spot on! I've been a recipient of these before and they help and mean a lot. In my eyes, based on personal levels of caring and friendliness , this is a 5 star place!

Don't even think about reserving a room here! I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I arrived with my children and the desk attendant (who sits behind a plexi-glass safety wall) told me that there were only two rooms left, and she said they were both in such poor condition (implied smoke and other bad smells, etc), that I wouldn't want them. I had reserved a smoke-free room, so asked for a refund, for which I was told I'd have to talk to the manager tomorrow. When the manager was contacted, I was told there would be no refund. To top off the whole experience, we got to see a drug deal happening right outside on the sidewalk!
