I wanted to like this place, but there were major problems. The minor one was the breakfast. The first day it was great, but after that it dwindled, and the area was not kept clean. The two major problems was the bathroom sink was clogged with hair. The second was bed bugs. After a couple of mornings, I woke up with tiny bites that were grouped together. I thought they were from being out and about, but another morning I woke up with more in a different area. They also hitched a ride home with us. Now, several hundreds of dollars later, we're still having to deal with getting rid of them. We will never stay in a Rodeway Inn or Hotel again.

I recommend not staying here the room was poorly cleaned and maintained. The carpet had stains all over. The pull out couch bed had a very disgusting looking mattress on it which we did not end up using. We didn't even sleep under the blankets on the actually bed. Our room had a weird funky smell to it and turning on ac didn't help it any and the staff at the front were rude and not any help on fixing the problem they refused to let us switch rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were okay. It did Not look anything like the pictures that they have on there website must be old pics or of the only nice rooms they have. We will never stay there again

We stayed here last night. Got in late, but they had rooms available. The front desk lady was straight forward and helpful. Was able to accommodate 3 king rooms (1 disabled) close together on the first floor. The area of town didn’t seem terrible. The rooms were clean. It had hot water, and pretty decent pressure. It looked like they’d done some renovating, but maybe hadn’t got too far because one of our rooms had extremely stained carpet (111) and the shower rod was dangling. Our bed was fine (107) but 101 and 111 said they were hard. It was $42.99 place tax per room, so it wasn’t bad for that rate.

This place was under renovation, the rooms appearance was standard. The cleanliness was very questionable, our rooms didn't appear to be vacuumed. We had two rooms with double beds and two of the beds hadn't been changed(I was an rm inspector). We managed to enjoy our weekend stay , the beds were comfortable and they're swimming pool was really nice.

Honestly surprised by how this place has even two stars. The pool is still closed for "maintenance" despite it being several months now since it was first reported. There were works materials including wooden boards standing in the hallways. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The skirting boards were cracked with huge chunks missing in places. We found clothing and pieces of cereal underneath our bed. The bed was incredibly creaky and noisy whenever we moved. The windows were hopeless at keeping any sound out - and being next to the freeway meant we got very little sleep because of the traffic noise. And we had no hot water...when we raised the issue, the snappy women on reception (whom I presume is the same one other reviews mention) shot back "We haven't had any complaints". Which apparently closed the matter. Oh...and we noticed that somebody had broken the window of one of the rooms near us (prior to our arrival) and nobody seemed in a rush to fix it as it was still broken when we left two days later. BF wanted to give them 2/5 but I guess I'm not as forgiving. Given there's no shortage of good hotels in the area, why settle for a place that clearly just can't be bothered?

Room was clean but the bathroom wall needed to be repaired. The hot tub was disgusting looking because there were about 10 people in it all with their clothes on ,and one of them was a baby in a dirty diaper. The maintenance man took care of it in a timely fashion. It was nice and quiet over night and it was safe. I would have given them 5 stars if We would have received our deposit back in our account as discussed. I am not sure why we did not receive it because we did not do anything but sleep in the room over night, And take the kids swimming in the morning for an hour or so.

We rented two rooms and they were both decent. Not great, but decent. The hotel staff was professional and polite. Checking in and out went smoothly. The breakfast was a disappointment -- cereal, oatmeal, bread/toast, and waffles. No fruit. No yogurt. No eggs. If you require gluten free options, there is nothing here for you to eat.

The only nice things about this stay was the price of two rooms next to each other and the kids being able to swim. Both rooms had issues with the door knobs to the bathroom, kids getting locked in the bathroom. The air conditioner in one room hardly worked. The window didn't lock and no screens on it. I liked that the mattresses were new but hate how the plastic was still on it as it made so much noise when you moved. The vending machine ate my money and they wouldn't refund it. The ice machine was completely gone. The lady at check in was so nice but the rest of the people were not.
