    I got my hair done at Salon Muse in Norton Commons today and it looks terrible. It was one of those experiences where I was trying not to cry in the salon because it looked so bad. Nicole did my hair, and in an attempt to give curtain bangs, she gave me something that looks like it was done by a child. She was nice and tried to fix it, but it just was not getting better. Now I have “curtain bangs” that look choppy and incredibly unflattering. Also, if you look at the pictures, it is so uneven on the two sides that I don’t even understand how she possibly could’ve messed it up that badly. Now I have to find another salon that will fix this mess and pay more money. Also, when Nicole was blow drying and styling my hair, she was pulling my hair so hard that it genuinely hurt— to the point where my eyes were watering and I couldn’t help but wince. Super unpleasant experience, only to be really disappointed about my results.

    I had such a great experience at Salon Muse. I impulsively made the decision to get my haircut and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The staff were incredibly kind. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable not only in their area but also of who their clients were. They really made an effort to remember their regulars and get to know new clients. Mercedes did an amazing job on my hair and I will definitely be back.

    I went in for a haircut on Tuesday, and Nicole did my initial cut and she was so friendly. After I was able to mess with it at home, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for, and there were a few spots where there was some unevenness so I called and they fit me in for a touch up today (Saturday) with Mack. Mack did a great job smoothing out the bluntness and doing way more work than what we both thought it would be! My hair is extremely thick and it wasn't cooperating very well, but Mack added some layers, and Amy even stepped in to help thin it out for me. I felt so bad it took way more time and work than what we thought it would, but everyone was super helpful and so nice, and eventually got it to a much better place. Thank you, Nicole, Mack, and Amy!

    First time getting a haircut at this salon, and my first haircut in a little over a year, so my hair was in rough shape. I had a great experience with Mercedes. She took time to listen to what I wanted and still managed to work quickly. Another employee recommended some products for my dry scalp and while I did purchase them, they weren't pushy about it at all like some places can be. I love my hair and am very satisfied with my visit, and I'll be back in six weeks!

    Amy gave me her usual fabulous service! Katie did a great scalp massage when she shampooed me! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my haircuts!

    I had a wonderful experience! Kenzie was so sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted! She was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

    This is how my hair was left after a “color correction”. I had asked for a deep copper brown not a red/orange. It was very patchy and had all different tones in it. I had to fix it myself because I couldn’t go another day with my hair like that. The salon will not give a refund because I decided to dye it myself afterwards so beware of this policy as well as the waiver they have you sign that states “you may not be satisfied with your results”. The stylists won’t tell you about that part. I was charged $100 an hour for this.

    Update: The salon reached out first thing this morning. They were able to get me in with one their higher level stylist. Tears of joy today as she was able to do an excellent job fixing my cut. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Happy with my color and highlights. The cut was horrific. Do new stylists get taught how to do layers. After spending four hours in a chair my hair is just so choppy. Worst cut of my life, Upon exiting the salon, I went to my car and cried I was so upset with the cut. I am sorry but I expect better for the amount of money I paid.

    I visited Salon Muse Norton Commons today for my second appointment for cut:style. My stylist, Amy, was friendly and made me feel very comfortable for my visit. She was very knowledgeable and included my input on my service today. We reviewed how I liked the first cut and style and if I needed to change anything. The guest services counter staff were very helpful and friendly. I have already booked my next three appointments with Amy.

    New client haircut with Kenzieann. I was recommended by a coworker to go here. I was very nervous, I have not had my haircut in 6 years. I just got lazy and kept putting it off. Kenzieann was very understanding, made me feel comfortable and gave me a beautiful trim with layers. My hair feels so healthy now. I already booked another appointment. This place is worth every penny.

    I have been a client for over 4 years. This is why: The salon is spotless! The staff is very good and always polite. Scheduling an appointment is easy and flexible. My stylist, Jamie, is all one could hope for. She listens to what I "need" and offers her opinion, which I appreciate. Over the years, Jamie "knows me" better than I do!! Lois

    This was my first visit to Salon Muse, but my wife and granddaughter have each had one visit and their experience was very good, so I decided to visit. Kristina (stylist) and I hit it off right away and she did a very good job on my hair for a first visit. The front desk experience was very good. Salon Muse and Kristina are my hair care providers now.
