Definitely worth the money to stay here. Rooms are nice, has kitchenette, great pool, large gym and gree breakfast. What more could you ask for? Bathrooms were nice with a large, updated shower. Will be back

This is one of the cleanest residence inns I've ever stayed at. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar in the lobby had good drinks and food. The bartender was super friendly, polite and she gave me great recommendations on what to do in Louisville. I'll definitely be back to this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville for two nights this weekend. Whenever I stay at a hotel, I always submit a review. When I search for flaws that are worth reporting, I tend to get extremely petty. This time, I searched for any negatives I could document. I could find none. Our hotel room was flawless in every respect. It was spotlessly clean. Everything worked. The bed was extremely comfortable. Even the pillows were better than average. They were softer than usual. The hotel staff was professional, polite and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Louisville area. I will be back.

Got there really late and left super early but the rooms were very clean and exactly what they advertised. My son took the pullout couch and my daughters took a double bed while my husband and I took the other double bed. Breakfast was set up a bit early which was AWESOME because we were leaving at 615am and thought we'd miss it. Shower had everything we needed and bonus for next time Publix is opening in almost the same parking lot, walking distance for sure, on January 11, 2024!!!

I can’t tell you how happy I was when I opened the door to our room. It was beautiful, as hotel rooms go, more spacious then just about any other hotel room I’ve stayed in over my 70 years. I really should not have been surprised, from the moment I arrived the staff was not extremely accommodating and very pleasant. The entire ambiance was relaxed and pleasant. Back to my room, it had a kitchen (almost full) with a tall stand up refrigerator a two burner electric stove with oven a sink of course an plenty of counter space. This was a room a young or old person could live in. There was a nice little sitting are with a view, a comfortable king size bed and the bathroom was very clean, comfortable and quite large. This was one of the top two hotels I’ve stayed in!

So, service and staff was great. Rooms were mostly clean. The dishwasher was still full and one of the glasses had junk in it. I left it there and hand washed everything myself, except the items in the dishwasher. Other than that, great room. Everything else was good.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our stay was here. We were driving through on our way to Chicago and needed to stay for one night. The room was lovely, the staff was helpful and the check in/out process was flawless. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels, but thus was by far the best.

This place gets a bit of a downgrade in rating due to a reservation error. I had wanted to reserve a two-bedroom suite, available at some Residence Inns. I even rerouted my vacation return trip to be able to stay at this hotel to get the two bedroom suite... but when I arrived and checked in... a single room, two queens and a sofa bed... To add insult to injury, the first room we were given had a non-working toilet and a shower drain cover loose, sitting on the shower floor unattached. The saving grace to this hotel was the lady at the front desk. Adriana was kind and patient, listening to my complaint and then quickly adapting to get me a vacant room next door. Adriana saved this review from a 1-star rating.

Easy to get to right off the highway but far enough away that there’s no bothersome traffic noise. Friendly front desk staff. Beautiful lobby and outdoor areas. Clean and welcoming rooms.

Best Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at. New, clean rooms. Nice lobby area with a small bar with a few beers on tap.

The room i was in was like a really nice studio apartment....full size fridge , microwave, two cooking elements.....coffee maker etc......very modern furnishings. Nestled in the middle of luxury car dealerships and near shops. Convenient gas station at entrance in case your driving.

Hotel is generally nice. Gym is clean and bigger than most. Pool is nice. The rooms are decent but my shower head literally moved inside the wall and you can tell the quality of the rooms are cheap. Bedsheets are made of a scratchy material and the card readers to get inside the hotel glitch. Breakfast is a 3/5. For 140 a night I wouldn’t come back

Smelled like burnt plastic on the entire floor. Overheard housekeeping employees, that were cleaning a room that the previous guests had checked out, talking very poorly about those guests… and then talking bad about all the guests that stay there… they were speaking in Spanish, so I’m guessing they didn’t think about any guest walking past that speaks Spanish and would understand what exactly they were saying..
