I had a great experience at Sonic, I parked at the slot instead of going through the drive thru and was able to comfortably order my food with my own menu, easy to see, and my order brought out to the car. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They also have picnic tables to eat at. The staff was courteous and hustling to get orders out as fast as possible. They offer a wide variety of food options and many unique items. I'll be returning soon.

This is my review. Nine days ago myself and Kathy (Posted reviewer) came up there and she ordered a pretzel. The drive thr person said " Sorry, we are only serving drinks". To make matters worst. Nothing was offered or explained. I'm a top ten Google map reviewer. I won't be going back to this Sonic.

I grew up working at a Sonic when I was a teenager, and I have a soft spot in my stomach for the brand. The foot long coney is my absolute favorite item, and I would eat it almost everyday if I could. However, I can't. The Sonic near my home is the absolutely worst Sonic that I have ever been to. I have give it multiple opportunities to improve, but it keeps getting worse. 1. The pull in and order is never supported. They only, I guess, support drive through. There is no sign saying this, it is that when you push the red button for service, no one EVER answers. 2. Everything they do is SLOW. Even ordering via the drive through is slow. They don't answer for a while, and then the food at the window is slow. 3. I don't know if they don't do maintenance or not, but the last time I was there, not only did they not answer in the stall, but when I went to the drive through, there was a sign to order at the window. Then, when I went to the window, no one was in site. I don't know how they can stay in business. I love Sonic, and love the chili cheese coney, but I do without because this Sonic is soooooo bad!!!

Food has gone down hill big time. Hamburger tasted funny. Meat was off. Couldn't even eat it. Tater tots were not even crispy. The workers were not very friendly. They acted like they didn't want to be there. And it's pricey to. Will not be going back. Have given this place several chances.

We came at a time when they weren't too busy, got a bunch of feel good food. Pickle spears, mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken. All were delicious. Really enjoyed the speedy service and all of our food and extras were included without having to ask.

Stall # 20 needs maintenance. Would not take my card for payment. No notice that the card reader is broken. The shake sign is unreadable. The server asked for payment when she brought food out. Informed me “several of our readers don’t work.” Horrible for employees working when it is 90 degrees out, having to do double the time outside running back and forth for payments. Many spots not being used so why block off the broken ones. She did bring out our food very quickly, it was the right items. Nothing was hot, almost cold and had clearly been sitting cooled off for some time. I have ate at several Sonic over the years. First time with a substandard experience. Hopefully the only one. Feel free to forward this to the franchise manager. I don’t plan on coming back to this one. Posting the same on the company feedback website.

Fastest, best Sonic I’ve been to in a decade. And it was moderately busy. Thank you for the good cherry limeade as well; the last few I’ve had from other locations left a lot to be desired.

Every time I come here I wait 20 minutes for somebody to take my order then 40 more minutes for my order to be delivered. They claim to be under new ownership now, but nothing has changed.

Had one too many bad experiences with this restaurant and this is the last straw!!! Place my order it took over an hour and a half to bring me my food when I finally get it. There’s a tag wrapped up with my burger ewww on so many levels!!!! They never make the strawberry limeade the right way either it’s too watery or too strong! Won’t be eating at this location ever again! It needs a zero star rating.

The food is good but the service is awful. Long waits (30+ minutes, which you can get locked into because of the curbs) are frequent at night and there are no apologies or even standard quality service that comes with that. The workers never look you in the eye, never have a friendly appearance, and genuinely seem like they couldn't care less if you ever came back. This feels like the state of restaurant service in the area around this location and it makes me not want to bother dealing with people that work in the food industry.

Food was hot and fresh. The price was also Hot!! Very expensive for what you get. It was good, but can't afford to eat there very often if you taking a family.

It's was great food at a great timely matter by a great hostess. What other reason you need to go eat here?... Leave already

Well, if I could give a 0.. I would but… unfortunately I can not! #1.. we pay for their lack of listening skills, lack of knowledge of their happy hour menu time frames and also, lack of their nasty over cooked food! And by paid, I’m talking $40 plus dollars! Yea! That’s right! Disgusting. To top it all off, I asked for the restrooms to be cleaned and the manager VERY RUDLY replied that, THEY are!!!! Well, I went on a sent my oldest to take my youngest son and they immediately returned to say it was NOT in fact cleaned. You betcha I went and took a look for myself! Of no surprise, it was disgusting, not to mention when I opened the outside door and entered the “lobby portion” to enter the bathroom, the staff was talking about the “bitch out front”🤪 Oh, that’s me! 🙋‍♀️🤷‍♀️.. I’m filling a former complaint. We waited FOREVER for our food, Nasty food at that. Then waited for the food they “didn’t hear ordered, but is our fault because their screens are broke even though we repeated it back 3 times” and our full price drinks, because the worker is misinformed!👀🗣 go somewhere else is you want respect, and kindness! I mean, a little bit goes a long way! Attitude was certainly not needed!
