My vist was short and very upseting at this Fairdale office today. The 3 stars given is for one of the participating doctor.(of 3). She lacked bed side mangers, had a know it all mentality, ill compare my pain to yours attitude. She did though explain why she wasnt going to prescribe the meds before she could hear what I was going to suggest or even ask what we could do to see what would happen. I felted like my thoughts and questions were disregarded. Regardless of her already knowing what I was going to say. The other 2 doctors Dr N Kothati and Dr S Mehta in this practice I give them a 5 star rating for they show that the company is well worth going to for they listen and truely take time to care. The staff up front and in the xray department are truely sweet and freindly people. I give them a 5 star rating also.

First visit was rushed. RN passed by me 3x and was NOT wearing a mask. Pens, chairs and common areas were all being shared without cleaning. High health risk. I felt safer at Wal-Mart. Second visit wasn't much better but my meds need approval from insurance company. That was last Thursday, it's Monday afternoon. The insurance co. Is still waiting for contact from DR.

Absolutely the worst dr ever, they don’t listen to you. When they do something wrong they try to blame it on you, and then try to back track and apologize. Honestly dr Agguwal or whatever her name is, is so stuck up and rude, but for what? You’re supposed to make people feel safe in your hands and when I saw you, I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected. I didn’t feel safe none the less, but the nurses are ok people. This place should be shut down it’s absolutely awful. DONT MAKE THIS YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I'm not sure how much I like this doctors office. They aren't much for listening to the patient

Great staff. Love the cultural diversity. Deborah is very kind and attentive. Hispanics can feel comfortable with the attention they will receive here in Spanish. I don't want to change clinics

This place is terrible!!! Pack your lunch when you come and maybe your dinner as well!!! Staff was RUDE

Quite literally the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. They gave my daughter the wrong vaccine today and Dr Aggarwal was very nonchalant about it. Made it appear as if we asked for the wrong vaccine. I said I would get my wife on the phone since she is the one that made the appointment and Dr A very rudely said, "I'll do you one better and pull the recording". I waited for about 30 minutes and she never returned. Later she called my wife and apologized stating that it was their fault, but I'm expected to wait another month to get the proper vaccine my daughter needs for school. Never in my life have I had any kind of issues with a doctor's office, but I would advise anyone looking for a new Dr to stay far away from this place.

I checked in at 9:15 my appt was 9:30 a women went up to the desk and complained about her wait then 45 min later I was put in a room then it took the Dr 40 min to see me I needed blood drawn the nurse said I was next but they took two other patients in before me I waited over 20 min I was livid because I had now been in the office well over two hours

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going here for years I seen Dr kathari he was absolutely amazing. He passed away. Shortly after I had to go in n I seen a new doctor there was also new staff new name. Everyone here is so rude and the doctors are of no help no understanding. I went back a few times just trying to see if maybe it was a one time thing....nope. This place is the absolute worst place to go to for anything it seems like any U of L place has these issues but Aggarwal or whatever her name is is such a horrible rude doctor. I'm switching to a Norton group. As soon as doctor kathari passed it's like they just lost all care. I would not recommend this place to my dog
