No toilet paper was provided. The entry key pad is broken. Their customer service and booking process was the worst I have ever experienced. The pullout couch was full of food crumbs. The TV doesn’t have any streaming service or cable provided. The location is about 1 to 3 miles from most points of interest. I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

We had a great stay in this downtown Louisville apartment. It's perfectly located to everything. It's just a 7 min walk to 4th Street Live, a 15 min walk to Louisville Comedy Club, or just grab an Uber. Check in was easy. Plenty of room for 4 of us and 2 dogs. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but Kasa was on it. We never had to wait very long to get it resolved. Maintenance was quick and courteous.

Kasa Louisville was a well appointed, clean and comfortable apartment. I appreciated the communication emails and texts as well. The cost was comparable as well. You’ll I’ve it!

Apartment was very nice and clean. A little outdated but that didn’t bother me. Easy walk to the convention center and around town. Check in and checkout was easy and detailed. Only problem we had was trying to find the dumpster to put trash in before we left.

Lots of space, clean, quiet and comfortable. Very convenient for the convention center and downtown (10min walk). Parking garage was definitely a benefit.

Great location, able to walk to downtown. Private parking lot and building security made us feel safe. Beds were super comfortable and unit was nicely decorated.

Great location- felt very secure-very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit I had needed a bit of TLC- closet doors were off, blinds on the sliding doors fell apart when touched, the front door was a little loose. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen area was nice. I felt it was a great value for the money. Beds were comfy. Secure parking was free which is a big plus as the hotels charge daily to park.
