Prices are higher here. The workers, super friendly and helpful! Store pretty organized and clean! Found many things I was looking for! They still have fitting rooms here….but everyone wants to use them.

The man at the drive-thru was not nice at all. I dropped off a pair of pants. As I was getting ready to pull through, he yelled PULL UP! Why coudn't he simply say: Will you pull forward, please. He never thanked me for my donation. I've been yelled at by him before. Hikes Point resident.

I never felt a need to leave a review for ignorance. If it’s true that this tall woman working the register was a manager, I can’t understand how. She was loud, and rude. A sad choice. Making comments about the Queen Elizabeth, "Oh Jesus, she was like 193 years old!", "Well she’s in the dirt now!”. Unbelievable, the lack of education and manners. You have bosses, and you have bossy managers. Is the GOODWILL organization that desperate for help? Are there background checks? I hope and pray she gets replaced or leaves to make it a more pleasant visit for GOODWILL shoppers at the TAYLORSVILLE road location. Let it be on record for her bad behavior.

Smaller Goodwill with minimal furniture selection, but well-organized and hardworking staff. Lots of clothing options though!

Was a little crowded. A long line. It was okay.

Slightly messy compared to most but lots to choose from. Handicapped accessible with hc parking an bathrooms.

Prices ridiculously high. Buy 4 items and it's easily $20+

I dropped off some things for my mom and the gentleman in the drive thru was so polite and personable. I was a little anxious because my mom had just gone into a nursing home and he actually cared enough to ask about her even though he doesn't know her. We joked about my car needing a wash and being able to laugh at that put me at ease. We had a great conversation about how he is a veteran and served in Germany. I don't know his name but he works in the drive thru drop off. I appreciate him so much. He made my day so much better. Please thank him for me. Great experience!

Great place to find antiques and hidden treasures, never know why you're going to find each time you walk in.
