Wow! What a breakfast, so good and so tasty. I had the biscuit bennie I think it was. Just amazing. The staff are great too and the place is clean. Definitely worth a visit. We did have to queue but it did not take long for us to be seated. Don't let the queue put you off it's worth the wait.

I was in town for work, meeting ran late and we were looking for something to eat, we walked into this location. Let me tell you it was awesome. Staff were very nice and helpful. The biscuit was light and flaky. The sausage grave was perfect. The eggs was cooked just as ordered. It’s a must stop. @food_from_the_usa

I'm a fan!! This is a place I would frequent often if I lived in town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our breakfast came out super fast, and I was impressed. The food was absolutely delicious! 💯 The prices are really great for this area. The coffee was also very enjoyable. There are plenty of vegetarian options available.

We've been in Louisville a few times and the first time we came here it was a line out the door and our party was way too hungry to wait. So the second time we came we made sure we stopped when there was less traffic as it had a really good Google reviews. Really cool atmosphere, good location, and pretty good food as well. I think it's a great place for breakfast, brunch or even lunch!

Breakfast tots are amazing..! I never had anything like them! the biscuits are super tasty and soft and I highly recommend getting the free bonuts through the app when signing up! the brisket was extremely tender and flavorful. A great brunch/breakfast place for sure!

If you are lucky enough to visit Louisville, you must have breakfast here. The food is wonderful. The service is fast, courteous, and efficient. The fried green tomatoes are the best I've ever had. My only regret is not being able to visit more than once.

Biscuit Belly is a phenomenal breakfast restaurant! The Rockwell Supreme, which is a biscuit sandwich with chicken, cheese, egg, bacon, and gravy, was the best thing I had here. It is probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and I 100% recommend! I also recommend the Smokeshow omelette, which is part of the Party Hearty section of the menu. Another thing I’d come back here for is the hot chocolate. The amazing taste of the cocoa along with the whipped cream forced me to get seconds! 🤣 The service was quick and friendly and the interior of the restaurant is bright and simple. Overall, 5 stars across the board and I can’t wait to come back!

Great food. Busy, but staff were 125% customer service based. Willing to help and satisfy every customer's needs. This was our first time, and hopefully not our last. Well worth the the price and visiting while in Louisville, KY. 👍👍

Any place that let's you day drink is kinda my favorite. The food was excellent. You order at the counter when you walk in, so give yourself some extra time especially if it's your first time. Those potatoes were cooked to perfect! Omelet was excellent. But in my opinion the drinks were the best part.

Visiting downtown Louisville for a conference and randomly went here as a Plan B for breakfast after the other place I wanted wasn't open. Greatest happenstance ever! One of the best breakfast experiences I've ever had. Absolutely delicious food, great service, and a fun modern southern atmosphere. The whole menu is based around these big amazing biscuits- just the right amount of soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I got the Frenchy (yes, french toast made out of biscuits). I was a little sceptical at first, but it blew my mind with the very first bite. I went to this place by accident, but now I'm trying to figure out how to go back again. It might just be worth the 6hr plane flight just for this breakfast.

5 🌟 breakfast! Ordered the iced coffee with oat milk and sugar free vanilla syrup (excellent options and superb taste- thank you for the nontraditional options on the coffee!), loaded tots, the gravy train (SAY YES TO THE CHOCOLATE GRAVY), and two breakfast sandwiches. The G.O.A.T. sandwich had sweet pepper jelly and goat cheese, it was to die for! Definitely will be back! Loved the vibe and the workers were helpful and friendly. Go early to avoid the crowd! Pictures speak for themselves.

Delicious biscuits and large breakfasts. This place is definitely a staple in the NuLu area as the line started outside of the building. However, after making it quickly through, our food was served shortly thereafter. The biscuit board and belly buster were delicious. The belly buster, of course, was a massive amount of food but was amazing to see served. Highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch... especially if trying to soak up booze from the night before.

This place was recommended to me by a hotel worker. We stayed at the Marriott downtown Louisville. Best breakfast I have ever eaten. (Besides when I make breakfast). Lol I highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't regret it.

Just a great little breakfast in a trendy part of town. Felt a bit franchise-y but so stinking great! The hostess helped newbies pick out winning selections. Breakfast happy hour prices too!

We were so excited to try Biscuit Belly after hearing all the wonderful reviews from friends and family. However, our experience wasn't a good one that will be our first and last time eating here. We ordered with DoorDash, and we had The Rockwell Supreme and Chick 'n Ditch. The chicken was overcooked and dry on both. As if they made a lot of chicken early and when we ordered, they just refried it. Egg was overcooked as well. The biscuits were hard. Missing an order of tots, they were the worst part. Overcooked and mushy in the middle had an awful taste. Pretty much none of it had any flavor. Maybe the experience is different when you dine in.

All members of our party absolutely loved their breakfast here. Everyone got something different, and all were very happy with their choices. Love the logo and wallpaper. It was easy to order and find seating together with the long tables in the middle. Two people ordered biscuit breakfast sandwiches that looked amazing. My son ordered the pancakes. He couldn't finish them. I ordered the biscuit French toast, and I'm definitely going to try to recreate that at home. My husband got an egg and biscuit platter. There was so much food. My mom ordered the bonuts with the cinnamon sugar all over them. I don't think the kids left any behind.

Simply delicious. Service was fine, nothing special but that's okay. The space was cute and clean, but not really out of the world. The food though.. we had the bonuts (free with joining their rewards program), grits, vegetarian biscuits and gravy and my daughter had something with meat. We really really enjoyed all of the food. Oh and the special coffees we had were really good too.

Excellent breakfast-brunch spot. With their own biscuit recipe, it’s not “just” biscuits. With a variety of combinations to pick from and drink selection as well, you’ll have options. Never been anywhere where you could get a shot of bourbon with your biscuit, but here you can! This place is popular and there was a line out the door after we got here so I suggest arriving at slower times. Good stuff!

Wonderful staff, they are very friendly. Loved this place so much we came back again the next day. I really enjoyed their organic coffee. My mom loved the biscuit breakfasts. Lots of great options. Highly recommend!

Amazing brunch spot. Waited in a brief line to order food on a Saturday and the staff was accommodating for a 6-person group. Everything we ordered was delicious. If you sign up for their loyalty program, you will be able to score a free bonuts appetizer (which I recommend doing). Stop by for brunch next time in Louisville.

Delightful breakfast locale. Some items half off for morning ‘happy hour ‘. Coffee is strong but not bitter. We tried the goat biscuit, BLT with fried green tomatoes, and a chicken and waffle dish. All very tasty and good sized portions. Only disappointment were the cheesy grits which came to table almost room temperature and very mushy.

Waited in line for an hour, you order at the counter, then get seated. You have to tip before even being served, which I strange. After ordering, food took over 30 minutes to come out, and 25 minutes to get a hot latte. Our meals were not hot, barely warm. Fried green tomatoes were hot. Found a few haris in the food, one under my biscuit, another in the cream cheese dip for the boughnuts. Servers are VERY slow to clean off tables. We were initially told to sit in the nook area by the entrance where there were loads of dirty dishes and trash. After an actual table opened up we're were able to move. 20 minutes later the trash and dirty dishes were still sitting there. All that being said, aside from the food not being hot. The food tasted amazing. The belly burst was very good, mushroom gravy phenomenal. Crisp bacon, tangy sausage and lovely biscuit. Quite overpriced, for everything on their menu for what you get.

Staff was really nice. Appears to be in an up and coming neighborhood. Biscuits were yummy and bonuts didn’t even need dipping sauce. I even got an iced mocha and it was yummy. It’s never yummy from a place other than a coffee shop. I was very pleased. Glad we decided to give this place a chance while in town.

Oh my, what a fantastic breakfast for a slow and relaxing weekend day. This was a wonderful surprise in downtown Louisville, my friends and I visited before we walked to Rabbit Hole Distillery. The Fire in your Belly sandwich and biscuit holes with bourbon cream sauce hit the spot. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who needs a good breakfast meal.

The biscuit belly is in a quiet part of town. They have ample seating inside only. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My husband ordered the Rockwell supreme. It looked delicious and the presentation was appealing. It’s a sandwich served on a flaky buttermilk biscuit. The sandwich consisted of bacon, egg, cheese and fried chicken with a gravy. My husband was all smiles as he ate his sandwich. He also ordered a chocolate mocha which was beautifully presented. Are you on the other hand very limited to what I could order because of my food allergies. I am gluten intolerant and allergic to any type of pepper. So I ordered eggs and a fruit parfait.

Haley was very friendly and helpful at the front counter. Wide variety of biscuit sandwiches, from basic to gourmet. Quick and friendly service. Ordered Brisket Biscuit and Mama's Boy with a side of Hot Brown Gravy. Dark and spicy bloody Mary! Local atmosphere, very laid back. Food was great!!

Was our first time visiting here and it was amazing. The biscuits were everything we hoped for and more. Great atmosphere inside and very friendly staff. Our food was perfect. Definitely recommend coming very early as this place can get very busy on the weekend mornings.

Excellent place, great food. I got the brisket biscuit, and the brisket was some of the best I've ever had. Although it sounds odd, the combo of biscuit and brisket was delicious! Their boozy coffee wasn't bad, but I wouldn't write home about it. So good, I had to go two days in a row for breakfast. Friendly staff as well

Great breakfast place! Friendly staff, great food, great coffee. Loved the Love Shack biscuits and the naked hash browns and the fried green tomatoes. So good! 😍

Every place that has a food or beverage item in their name needs to do that item justice. Well Biscuit Belly didn't disappoint. They were absolutely delicious and all of the flavors of their biscuit sandwiches were very well balanced. The biscuits had the right amount of crisp and fluff. The chicken was flavorful and complimentary of all of the other ingredients.

Pretty nice restaurant. When you enter you grab a menu and actually purchase your food before sitting. Once you pick your food they'll give you a number marker to place on your table. They are pretty quick to bring the food out. They do serve alcoholic beverages but the regular soft drinks are more vegan based. The brisket biscuit was full of flavor yet light at the same time. Only thing I would change would be the cabbage it was a bit too crunchy yet didn't have any flavor so I had to pull all the flavor from the meat. Yet I still would Oder it again Because the flavor of the brisket was lovely. I also received a free order of bonuts for signing up for their email list. The bonuts were lightly also topped with a sugar/cinnamon and the bourbon cream cheese to dip them was a hit to me. It's was the right amount of sweet yet not overly sweet. Overall it was a nice little experience. This place is pretty busy yet small so be prepared to wait around for a table if they are busy. I actually came back a second time and tried even more food because the biscuits are bomb. So for the second round I had the hot brown and the frenchie both were great choices. I actually tried the fried green tomatoes and they were great. This place has mastered being seasoned but not over seasoned.

I shouldn't even have to leave a review. Just look at the pictures of their food items! It's as delicious as it looks. The lineup was a concern, so make sure you have plenty of time if you're looking to eat here, especially at peak breakfast or lunch time. But otherwise, it was a great experience!
