Beautiful park with great trails! Lots to do for the entire family. A kayak, put-in by the river, a splash pad for kids, a playground, multiple paved and not paved trails.

Love this park. Run the trails regularly. Amazing water park and river play. EZ trails for beginners, too, along the river. Dock area for kayaking and canoes. Concert area and incredibly exquisite picnic areas, secluded with great views. Gotta take a walk to find them.

Huge park, great for kids, and those wanting to bike. Lots of nice views. I enjoy more of a challenge and also being deep into nature and away from the city. This park seems designed for the casual and relaxed. For young and old. I'm sure there are trails here that are more intense, but it's too close to the city for me. Not my favourite park but a great mix of a park as it can be.

Clean, beautiful and kid friendly. One of the best spray parks in the area. Parking accessible, the bathrooms were super clean and everyone just enjoyed a perfect summer day.

Woodkands Pavillion is the perfect place for any large outdoor event. Near a beautiful walking trail that's not a difficult walk for anyone. Many sitting areas along the trail with great vistas. Great for bird watchers and plant geeks. Next to a Splash Park for the kids.

Very clean, well kept and nice park. New playground and splash park. Alot of seating, shaded area with picnic tables. Has a small park for younger children and one for older children. Has been packed each time we have been here. My son loves coming to this park and splash park. Has nice trails as well.

Been here several times in all seasons. The walking trails are great and the amount of open space is excellent. In the hot season there are water features that give that much needed cool off. Great place to take the dogs but keep them on their lead or leash please. There are lots of places to get that great photo op too.

This park is so awesome we absolutely love it, the splash park and play area are right next to each other but they're also fenced in. Well there's a wooden fence on one side and a very beautiful Stonewall on the other and in between both are these little Gates that an adult at about 5 ft or more could lift a leg and get right over but the the latch is a little more complicated for the little ones so you can just let them play and play and not be worried about them running out into the parking lot or over to the field. There are public restrooms that for being public we're pretty clean. The start of the Louisville Loop is right behind the playground, and then there are so many different trails to choose from in that area for hiking and biking. The crowd that shows up tends to be pretty respectful everyone seems to have a very good time it's just such a beautiful park!

Always clean, well kept. I actually saw someone with a duster cleaning the corners of the shelters. Splash pad is a lot of fun and there’s equipment for kids of all ages. Gorgeous walking paths and comfortable seating for adults. One of our favorite parks!

This park is very well maintained. Even the bathrooms are some of the best I've ever seen for a park. Very safe with multiple trails to walk, hike, run, and bike. Paved as well as dirt trails.

Very nice park. The playground and splash park are perfect for the kids. It would be nice if more parks within the city were like this

I love coming here just to walk on all the various trails that they have some are paved and some arnt my favorite are the unpaved ones the dirt paths you can follow. It's a great place to get exercise or to just walk with your dogs and kids. They have a playground for the kids as well and if you wanna ride you bike you can and if you have a problem that can be fixed fairly easily they have some tools such as screwdrivers around the park.

This is my absolute favorite park. I go here sometimes daily. A lot of great trails, pretty clean although people litter, the park rangers tend to keep up and I try helping them.

Really enjoyed our morning stroll here! The trail was nice and shaded for the most part. I don’t think Google Maps seems to know there is an entrance just south of the Glenmary area on Bardstown. We just moved here and noticed it was 2 minutes down the road, but Google seemed to want us to go north on Bardstown and take 20 minutes to get there? Well anywho it’s a beautiful park and we will be there weekly now!
