Stayed here on a Tuesday night passing through town. It was an affordable, clean, comfortable stay. The pillows were fluffy, the air conditioning worked great, and the staff were nice. The breakfast had hard boiled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, bacon, sausages, pastries, and the usual morning beverages. It was pet friendly which worked out great for our dog. Would definitely stay again for the price!

Could have used a little better cleaning. The rooms were ok. The beds were comfortable. Had a decent breakfast but no forks in stock that morning. Good location .

Sadly I'm laying in one of their beds rn, I'm absolutely unsatisfied with this place. Smells like it flooded and feels wet and nasty. Only good thing is my flight is at 7am so I'll be out of here very soon. I will not be staying here again. If I could give negative stars I would.

Our room was great, but when I checked out, after only staying one night, they charged me for two. I’ve called numerous times, finally talked to the manager “Sunny” and he was so rude and unhelpful. Literally said I was not getting my money back!!! Such a rip off!!! Would not recommend staying here!

Where to start. First off front desk was kind, but that's where it ended. Bed had stains on it Cops outside Loud noise from interstate Shady place....the. It got worse Overheard front desk managing price with a walk in and took cash from him outside for a two hour stay. I don't know or want to know what that meant but the cops outside even told me to go somewhere else. Not a place to take family!!!!!

The water wasn't warm and I take it was like that because the weather was humid. The management team really took care of business. The shower looked like it needed some repairs and Harjinder Singh said he would look at it. But if I come back to stay in that room so I could see some of Louisville, KY sights then I shall see. The room number was #103 just in case someone else gets that room.

From the outside, this hotel is iffy looking but don't let that fool you. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful & comfy. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating with us having a pet. Those two things alone made our stay worth it. Food and gas station close by as well as the expo center/airport and fairgrounds. It is slightly noisy due to the location being next to the freeway and airport but that didn't bother us much. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to the convention center. Will definitely stay again. There is a loud beeping noise outside and it is near the airport. The rooms are quiet with the occasional plane passing over head.

This is a very nice Sleep Inn. Room was clean, modern and stylish. The location is convenient off the interstate. Restaurants nearby and a gas station right next door. My room faced Preston hwy and was quiet.

Really comfy bed. The breakfast was better than the average continental because there was bacon, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs. There were also the standards, yogurt, cereal, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, hot coco, toast. Get to breakfast early though. Served 6-9, I got there just before 8 and it looked like there might have been sausage and other toast options I missed. Coffee machine in breakfast area pumps out decent coffee. As for the room, the bed is big and pillows are especially comfy. Bathroom is clean. Shower stall is big. There is a mini fridge and microwave. Nice office chair at the desk. Only stayed one night, but if I were here for longer, I wouldn't mind making it my home base.

Nice and clean. I had a wonderful breakfast when i eoke and the beds were amazing.

Room was clean, bed was comforable,service nice and welcoming. Shower was was very relaxing and gets really hot as well as cold. Great selection of cable channels. Nice and quiet. Right next door to gas station. And around the corner from Kentucky kingdom. 5 ***** on my top four hotels to stay in and Louisville Kentucky.

This should be named "Can't Sleep Inn". From 10pm till 2am (when I somehow drifted off) I tossed and turned as huge jets lumbered in overhead for a landing every 5 minutes. They were so low I could see in the windows of these massive behemoths. The next morning I mentioned this to the clerk and she said I should have asked for some earplugs. This is on the UPS flight path. It's also near a huge elevated highway with lots of ambulance and road noise. The room itself was nice, but was facing West, looking right at the planes.

Clean, good a/c unit. The fridge worked fine. Nice view of the pool. Good breakfast selection. Good place to stay. McDonalds right next door.

Very clean! Very quiet! Nice staff! Comfortable bed and good shower. There was a complication with my reservation, but the manager, Sing, took the time to resolve the issue on the phone with the corporate office. He was extremely patient and kind.
