    Staff was great, Breakfast was solid. Room was terrible. Had a wet, damp mildew like odor. The whole room was just humid as can be and everything felt damp. Shower was filthy, shower head was broken and the tub was clogged so after about 5 min of showering you had water up to the tops of your feet. When you turned the light/fan on in the bathroom it somehow made the room smell worse. The door had to be pushed close forcefully in order to get it to actually latch and shut all the way. Really bad experiance other than the breakfast and staff.

    Not sure why this place doesn’t have a perfect score. When you stay here you’ve made it in life. Growing up poor I appreciate all they do to make your stay memorable. It looks beautiful and updated. They always have the nicest people as well working at the desk. Some of my favorite things are they have snacks available, hot breakfast in the mornings, super clean suites, clean and fresh smelling towels, and their rooms are very spacious. They also supply, body wash (not those miniature bars of soap), hand soap, lotion, shaving cream, and hair conditioner in the room, toothpaste, and a toothbrush at the front desk if you forget anything. The location is also one of the best as well. I was also impressed that they had a place on the wall to hang your coat and nice closet to hang your clothes. It’s a little over $200 a night stay after taxes but If you’re looking for a stress free stay that feels like home this is your place!

    What a way to start the year off with great customer service from the General manager was amazing!!!! All the way down to the front desk agent. Staff members are friendly and very helpful The housekeeping was so extraordinary how clean the building is outside as well as inside. The food for breakfast was like going to a restaurant was so comfortable and they made sure that I was taking care of. I will forever book here. Thank you to all the team members that help make our experience and trip worth the while. Very reasonable pricing, and as soon as I arrived at the hotel, everything was ready to go.

    I got a queen room for out of town family visiting my dad. The exterior was nice and clean. The interior looked new and was modern. The room was extremely clean and a decent size. The staff upon checking in and checking out were super friendly. I didn't actually sleep in the room, do I can't comment personally, but my family said the beds were comfortable.

    I had a wonderful stay and definitely will be returning and recommending this hotel. The front desk staff was super nice, friendly and patience especially Tamara. Everything was clean, breakfast was actually pretty good and the pool was really nice as well.

    Great hotel The front desk staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made my visit a comfortable one. The room was very clean and up to date. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus as well. The food area was exceptionally clean and the food was fresh, hot and well stocked at all times. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for business or leisure stay.

    My family and I love to swim on Christmas, so we stay at one of the local hotels with a heated pool. This year would be year 8 for our Christmas family swim, we wear props and take traditional photo. Unfortunately not this year. The pools heater was broken. I wish they told us that 4 days prior to our reservation, like they told us about the fitness center being under construction. My grandchildren were disappointed. No family Christmas pool photo. Management totally at a loss, only offered for us to leave upon check in basically, after we were settled in our room and dressed for pool, a freezing cold pool. That displayed heated pool on website. Otherwise great hotel, just a missed opportunity to serve customers.

    My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and presentable. The breakfast was as expected. The customer service was kinda suspect when I checked in, but I think it was just the person's personality. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and quiet. The temperature control worked very well. Breakfast was good except all the bread, bagles and English muffins were very hard and stale. Other than that, it was perfect.

    Great little hotel! Rooms were updated and clean and all the staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning. Pool was closed for repairs but that wasn’t a problem for us. We come here often to visit our son and will definitely stay again!

    The staff was very welcoming upon our arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and fit all of our needs! After traveling all night, it felt like we slept at home. Beyond that, the management and staff went above and beyond when our daughter’s cell phone fell down the elevator shaft! Within 20 minutes, the manager had contacted and secured a company (I believe DC Elevator) to come to the hotel and retrieve the phone! The manager was so calm and collected as I was trying to keep my daughter calm. What could have been a complete disaster for our vacation was just a little bump in the road. We cannot thank this team for all of their help and hospitality.

    Don't waste your money. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude, the rooms are not clean, you need a key to get everywhere, and we were charged twice for a one-night stay. Getting in touch with someone to get this corrected has been a nightmare.

    Probably won’t ever go back. Typically, stay at this location because it’s convenient when coming to town to visit family. This stay was terrible due to extremely poor customer service. I don’t think you should have to be inconvenienced due to hotel error. They totally, overcharged my credit card, and then turned around and charged my husband’s cc. I had to call three different people just to try to get it sorted out and still need to speak with a manager that the property seems in short supply. I was told I would need to jump through hoops to get my money back, by someone at the front desk….due to the location being privately owned. Called IHG to complain and was advised a”manager” would get back to me within 48 hours. What a joke!!!

    freshener. of luggage carts, but stored inside and off to the side almost out of sight. Bath towel was soft, but a bit worn. Bathroom faucet mounted too far back from sink causing water to run onto counter or hands rubbing against the back of the sink. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. Room could use some air freshner.

    Rooms were decent, and customer service could have been better. You are close to a lot of stores and fast food restaurants but not close to any entertainment districts or bars if that is your pleasant. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Room service was on top of things daily, and they have a very good free breakfast (pancakes, different omelets, turkey sausage, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, bagels, cereal, yougurt and others.

    This a great place to stay. I am here weekly for business and I am happy I have found this place. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. I will not stay anywhere else, but here when in town.

    It has been an excellent stay for our Hockey players & families who traveled to KY for a tournament! The GM & Staff have been incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even went the extra mile to ensure families were roomed next door to one another, if an adjoining room wasn't available. Additionally, they allowed the boys to use some of the available open area to play and run off their pent up 12 year-old energy. I would highly recommend staying @ this location. It has been wonderful.

    Great people and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. But the building was built shotty. Both of toilets were not working or loose(rocked back and forth). There was mold build up between our two room doors. They gave us a early check in time which was great but by the end of the day and finding all the problems we had to move rooms which was a huge inconvenience with a 7 year old and 5 month old. Then to top it off the pool heater was broken and so it was too cold to swim. Just not what I paid for.

    Very nice clean hotel. Great shower. But they don’t listen I told time I’d be in still hit the no show I added on my reservation an called. Plus got charged twice still no $ back. They took my fast they can return it fast. Without 2 whoopsys id went 4 stars.

    Im fall 2021 I brought my two 7 year old daughters here for a fun weekend stay cation while their mother was out of town. I specifically chose this location because of the indoor pool. We got checked in and headed to the pool, except my key card wouldn't open the door. I went and told the front desk clerk who came and opened the door and let us in. The water looked a little murky, but I thought maybe it was just warm. We got in and started swimming when I felt the walls - and they were slimy. I started to inspect the water and found that there was brown algea infesting the pool. I rang the front desk to inform the clerk while my kids took showers and got clothes on. The clerk told me that they had been trying to clean it and there was someone coming the next day. Which means he knew it was like that when he let me and my kids swim in it! We slept there that night, but left the next day to go to another hotel. I called IHG to complain about the lack of concern shown about the issue. The corporate office gave me some points and said they were sorry. Fast forward to last night. Our house power went out and I need power for a CPAP to sleep. I booked a night at this hotel and proceeded to check in. When we arrived we were told we were on a "do not rent" list do the pool incident from before. So because I filed a complaint, I was black listed. Fantastic customer service. The hotel is under different management than before, so I explained to the clerk there, but fhe manager refused to let me check in. Be warry of hotel managers who refuse to listen to the account and do the right thing. I did call IHG. All they could do was issue me a refund and offer to get me room in another hotel.

    Everything one would expect from the IHG brand. Clean comfortable rooms, nice landscape, & a great pool (no jacuzzi 😒) Nice place well maintained, no problems😀👍🏻. Across the street is an amazing 👏🏻 hibachi/ sushi 🍣 😋 restaurant called JUNO JAPANESE RESTAURANT. I really enjoyed this place & I believe you will also 😊.     Lovely hotel HORRIBLE staff. Receptionist refused to deal with an incident when my clothes got bleach on at the dining area. I asked to find out where the bleach came from and they refused to comply. Things escalated and the cops were called when the one receptionist decided to lie about the events saying I assaulted the receptionist. Which wasn't true. What was true was their cover up for using a substance not allowed in the hotel. And not wanting to take responsibility for it. There was no need to call the cops. They stood together and fabricated a story that I assaulted a person. When what I did do was go after the bottle of cleaning product and not the person. All I wanted to do was test it on my clothes again. To eliminate it from the search . I have no idea why they would be so secretive about the use of products or take any responsibility for ruining my lovely cotton outfit. 😒😒 this hotel should vet their staff better and have clear protocols in place for incidences like this.

    My husband and I stay at hotels often, at this point I’ve purchased a blacklight to inspect the bedding to make sure they were clean. Our room passed the black light test with the exception of some high use items like the coffee maker and remote. I always bring wipes so I just wiped those items down. The carpet does seem a little older and kinda sticky. Overall I’m really satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The staff was also really nice and professional.

    Bed Bugs in our room and management did nothing to help take care of the situation and no compensation. Did change our room however my husband moved all the stuff and did ALL the laundry so we didn’t carry Bed bugs home.

    I had a reservation made and confirmed on this hotel's website three days before my arrival. When I arrived on the night of the reservation, the desk clerk informed me that they did not have a room available for me. First, she blamed the computer system, then the cleaning crew. The hotel offered me no options and no assistance in finding an alternative hotel for the night. Then, to top it off, they tried to charge me for the room that they never provided!!! Outrageously bad. Stay away.

    Very comfortable experience. The front desk clerk, is exceptional at going above and beyond. Others, of her generation, should model themselves after her qork ethic. She made sure we had a great stay. The grandchildren loved the indoor pool. They had a blast, therefore so did we. The breakfast was great. Lots of meat & protein for us keto folks. Yum. Comfortable bed. The wife slept like a queen, and I like a king, in our big King size bed. 5 stars.
