We
reserved
a
room
with
a
King
bed,
whirlpool
tub
outside
of
the
bathroom
with
a
fireplace
&
when
we
arrived
they
had
us
booked
for
a
normal
king
room.
Working
nights
&
a
7
hour
drive
we
had
been
up
over
24
hours.
The
front
desk
couldn't
help
us,
so
we
spent
the
next
2
hours
on
the
phone
with
Choice
Hotels.
After
the
first
hour
the
gentleman
said
he
had
us
booked
for
the
right
room.
Giving
the
hotel
attendant
the
new
reservation
info
it
still
wasn't
the
right
room.
We
were
transferred
to
customer
relations
&
she
offered
us
12,000
points
to
not
take
it
any
further.
We
refused
&
was
told
the
room
we
reserved
was
available,
but
only
for
3
of
our
4
night
stay.
At
this
point
we
excepted
a
room
we
did
not
want
or
the
room
we
had
not
reserved.
We
were
given
a
confirmation
number
to
speak
to
a
manager
&
when
we
called
they
said
that
confirmation
number
wouldn't
pull
up.
We
are
diamond
members
&
want
to
be
refunded
all
of
our
points
for
the
stay,
but
was
told
we
could
only
get
half
our
points
back
since
we
did
stay
there.
This
was
a
Holiday
weekend
&
the
biggest
rival
football
game
of
the
yr
in
Louisville,
so
we
accepted
a
room.
The
hotel
was
run
down,
the
lady
doing
breakfast
was
very
rude,
&
there
was
a
broken
down
car
with
flat
tires
&
car
parts
inside
sitting
in
the
parking
lot.
We
couldn't
use
the
whirlpool
tub,
because
it
was
disgusting.
We
bleached
it,
but
the
water
was
still
orange.
We
will
never
stay
there
again.
