This was one of the worst hotels I've experienced. We left the hotel because we were not able to get any sleep, even though it was a non-refundable purchase. The noise was outrageous. People were yelling all through the halls. They were completely understaffed and overwhelmed. The woman helping us ended up walking away in the middle of getting us a key....so we had to get in a new line and start all over again! There was a weird, negative atmosphere. They had the oddest hotel layout we'd ever seen with no signs to help. It took us 20 minutes to find our room. We talked to another woman who could not find her room for over an hour with 3 small kids, and the staff did not help her. If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would.

Best part of the hotel was the pool. My kids enjoyed it because it was big. We had to shower in another room because our room didn't have hot water. They were willing to give us a room on the second floor but we had already unpacked and I didn't want to pack and haul our stuff up a floor. Hallways and rooms smell, and I think the rooms could have been cleaner including linings. I think they need to remodel and upgrade and this hotel could possibly be a nice hotel.

Room was damp and flared up my daughters asthma. I suspect they have a mold problem. Hotel restaurant took several hours to order and get our food. There were individuals that were not belonging to the hotel that snuck in and jimmied the locks to the pool, making it easy for children who shouldn’t be playing around the pool to gain access to the pool easily. These individuals then took to yelling at my husband because he fixed the lock. We asked several question from the ONE staff member that was present on the weekend and we were told “I don’t know” or “we have to wait until the general manager gets in on Monday”. We asked for towel refills at the pool and we were told that the hotel does not provide towels for the pool - even though there is a rack for towels and a bin for wet towels. It was hit and miss if the rooms had a refrigerator or microwave. The toilets didn’t flush properly. This hotel has several things it can do to improve upon itself.

I enjoy the Arcade Expo here but parents need to control their kids better or better yet leave them home. Not everyone wants kids running into them while they are running around. Also, some of the adults need to lay of the Alcohol as well. Ruins it for everyone else hearing them cursing and stumbling around like fools.

This hotel is very outdated and in need of a renovation but we decided to make it a stop because the location works for us and we've been to it before. On a past visit we were given the impression that renovations were in the works. They also had a free breakfast which had a large selection and is fairly good considering it's free. This time around the room we got seemed worse with numerous stains on the floor and a broken in room ac/heat unit. The shower rod was coming of the wall and the hot cold water were reversed in the bathroom. The molding around the mirror was falling apart as were the luggage carts. The entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke though it was less noticeable in the room. And they also did away with the free breakfast which the rep failed to tell us when we booked. The staff and service are good, though everything else outweighs us wanting to stay again. We will be cancelling our reservation for our trip back and finding somewhere else.

The conference centers open under another name. It doesn't appear that the hotel is open. I'm here for an event and couldn't even get another table for the food. Seems like this would be the good, last place on Earth, to have an event.

Room was good. Lots of remodeling going on so hallways were dusty and messy so if that's a problem I wouldn't stay here for awhile. Desk clerk was nice, we requested extra blankets for our son and he immediately got a couple and took to our room before we even got our luggage out of the car. Was located in a very good area. Price was good. Beds were good. Room was clean.

Worst hotel experience of my life!!! Called 3 times to confirm there would be a roll away bed and was assured each time there would be. No roll away bed and one of my children had to sleep in a chair. Key cards didn’t work to let us back in our room the next morning and had to wait for 10 min for someone to show up at the front desk. When someone finally did arrive hey immediately started helping another customer that just walked up and completely ignored my presence. When I mentioned it I was greeted with a nasty attitude and some very choice cuss words as they insisted they weren’t the one that’s problem anything was because they weren’t working the front counter, yet there they were. Breakfast was a joke, barely enough to feed 2 people and only offered muffins and nothing else. The place was under construction but that doesn’t excuse the fact that there was garbage everywhere inside and out and their pool had been closed for over a year. I called the manager and left a message but of course he didn’t bother to return my call to address our complaints. Never staying at another Ramada, ever!!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and I work in customer service as well. They should consider retraining their staff!!

This place is gross, shower is extremely outdated, room smells horribly of mold and mildew. The floor has tons of dirt and debris on it... this place is gross. People at front desk are incredibly slow aswell.

Had a great time. Went to participate in Special Olympics bowling. It's an older building but rooms were clean, well stocked, beds were really clean and comfortable and staff was top notch. Beautiful older building and the pool area was really nice. It's also quiet and close to everything. I'd stay there again over a newer place because of the great atmosphere. I've stayed in some rough motels / hotels in my travels and the Ramada is very nice. I'd give 10 stars if possible!

Close to all the places we had to go. At check in there was a little bit of wait but our clerk was new and trying her best to check in all of us (Special Olympics athletes and their families). Our room was very clean, beds with 3 pillows each was very comfy. Maintenance was in room when we arrive & was replacing the sheer curtains. I mentioned that I love coffee, he asked if it was enough I said maybe. In 5 minutes he came back with 5 more packets of coffee. That's what I call awesome service. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.

The location of the place is very well surrounded by gas stations and restaurants. So if you need something that for some reason isn't at the plaza then those places have got you covered. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The service was great and if we had questions they would help. But what threw me off at the start was a worker there marked the wrong room number on the map she gave us and we got lost really quick. That was about the only thing wrong with the experience overall pretty good and I would love to come again.

Great rates. Great location. Quiet. Clean. My only complaint was that we, for whatever reason, we were put in handicap accessible room. The shower had no outer edge at all. So, since the drain was very slow to drain, the whole bathroom was a pool of water. Who wants to stand in a puddle of water with the hair dryer? Or slip and get injured? We will stay again in a different room!!

Was there enjoying the Arcade Expo that comes around every March! So far I've been 6X missing the past 2 years cause of COVID and I just didn't hear anything about it the following year. However this year was fun playing some old school pinball machines, new pinball machines, as well as Arcade games from the past 30-40 years, and some older/newer Console games. They had games from multiple generations of Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation, PC, Atari, and many others that transported me back to when I had no worries in the world except being a kid! If you're ever in town during the 1st couple weeks of March it's definitely worth swinging by to check out for sure!

Need an inexpensive hotel in the area for an event I was attending. Found this gem. The room cleanliness and service not only met but EXCEEDED my expectations. The staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome. Will definitely chose this location when I am in the area in the future.
