    I order some DoorDash from them and it was HORRIBLE.. My bowl was not a bowl everything was smothered I had one scoop of rice

    Literally the most dry burrito I’ve ever eaten. How is a burrito even dry???? It was a steak burrito. The food was not warm as well, seemed as if it sat out for awhile. Just go to chipotle across the street

    Stopped at this location because it was one of the few things open at the time. The food was alright but the service was pretty awful. The young lady that made our food wasn’t overly nice but kind enough however she had to call the cashier over from where she was lounging at an empty table in the nearly empty restaurant. As she rang our food up, she was short and clipped when telling me the total and gave me attitude when I asked for a drink since she had not asked if we would like anything else. I also would have liked to order dessert but she cut me off again by curtly telling me my total. She could not care less about her job. As we ate, we witnessed nearly the entire staff, including the out of uniform cook or manager, conversing, taking pictures and videos and smoking on the corner outside the front entrance. Overall the staff looked like a bunch of bored high school kids that couldn’t be bothered to offer a smile and a “please enjoy!”

    I was met at the door at 7:55pm, by a rather intimidating black man who put his band in my face and told me he’s closed. I asked why and he said he has to close to clean. I asked if I could make an order for when he reopens and he replied in a rather arrogant tone, did you just not hear me. Don’t worry, I will not be back to this or any location for sometime. It’s not like the food is ground breaking, however it is a good idea for a craving. It wasn’t the closing that was the issue, it was the way he spoke, his manners, and condescension. I’m shocked this location is still open; I’ve never been happy with their service.

    I was looking around for places that are open a little later than usual and came acrosd Qdoba. I stopped by and ordered a chicken bowl. The prepper seemed attentive, but it later turns out was not. By the time I got around to eating I found out that no chicken was added to my bowl. I was even charged for it as well. I had thought the prepper put chicken in the bowl. The bowl was still good, but I did not appreciate the inattentive demeanor. Side note: I eat with my hands sometimes.

    Update! After customer service reached out and asked for a second chance. We came back and the difference was night and day. The young lady the took our order was pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there! The food was awesome. See my photos!In stark contrast to this visit that preceded it. Went here to grab a quick bite. When we walked in the man behind the counter told us it would be at least 20 minutes before we would be able to order. We asked for water while we waited. He obliged and gave us two small cups. He then went about his task which appeared to be organizing or cleaning up. As we got our waters two people walked in and got in line ahead of us. No more than 10minutes had passed, yet he began to take their order. We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere.

    Absolutely the worst QDOBA I've ever been to. To-go order of a burrito...no salsa, sour cream, etc as ordered. Ordered a dessert, they were out of stock. Thankfully I checked the bag at the pickup counter and asked about the dessert. That's when the cashier told me they were out. I asked for a refund. She looked at me like I was crazy as reluctantly process the refund for my order. Had I not checked they would have let me walk out the door paying for something I didn't receive. Basically I paid over $12 for a tortilla with rice beans and chicken. I'll never go back.

    We were told we they would be closed for 15 minutes. So we tried to go somewhere else but we really wanted qdoba so we went back. As we set to just sit and wait the workers were like you have to leave for us to clean up nobody can be here. I Said you may should lock the door and they stated we don't have to lock the door. We Said we have never seen this and the girl stated you don't have to come back. It was very disappointing since we were here for a national convention. There was about 10 people behind us and they were all turned around.

    The manager deserves praise. Today I went to this location for lunch. When I was leaving, I noticed a homeless man searching through the street trash for food. He said he was starving and I offered to buy him a meal. We went inside and the staff could not have been more kind and respectful. The manager is an amazing woman who took care of this poor man. It warms my heart to know that there are people in the community like her. I really appreciate this store and just wanted to share this wonderful experience, it was truly humbling. Thank you.

    The food is great, as per usual with Qdoba. Unfortunately, the staff at this location is really bad at following directions for online orders, particularly for tacos. I've had too many orders messed up because they assume everyone wants cheese or sour cream. One person started getting annoyed with me asking her to remake three sets of tacos that they messed up. If you order in person, they're probably fine. If you order online, you really need to check it before you walk out the door.

    This place is a waste of money. I went there on my lunch hour and spent most of that hour standing in line waiting to place my order. No, there wasn't a long line. Actually, there was only one person in line in front of me. What was the problem you ask? The three workers behind the counter decided to stop serving and just walk around and talk to each other and stand around slowly wiping down the counter top with a dirty rag. There were about 12 people in line behind me but did they care? Not at all. They took their time to do things that had nothing to do with serving customers during the lunch hour rush. Then once I was waited on, the attitudes from the workers were ridiculous. Sorry I bothered them. Plus, the food was awful.

    The staff could not have been more apathetic or less interested in serving the public. Garbage was piled high at every station while staff members were seen taking a break. It is questionable whether we will patronize Qdobas again. Just received an answer from Qdobas management. It reads, in part, "You should expect nothing less than excellent service when you stop in and our dining area should always be up to our standards. We'll pass this information off to the manager at our Louisville store to ensure that this is fixed moving forward." Interestingly enough, this kind of empty response can be seen going back 4 or 5 years. I'm not impressed with a form letter type of reply.

    I don't know if employees got an attitude or having a bad day, my food certainly was made with an attitude. This is the only thing I order from Qdoba and today it was horrible, rice was hard either old or under cooked IDK I don't work there. Something was supper spicy nothing I ordered was hot so explain that?? Then when I call "Ken" wanna act like he cant remake it. Okay strike 1 Qdoba your days of me ordering is numbered. Management check your crew. I didn't apply to work there you did. Do your JOB.

    Don't waste your time or money ordering from the app, They are probably actually closed, will take your money, and won't answer the phone to address the issue. Corporate is just as unhelpful. Thank goodness for the Jimmy John's across the street, or my entire lunch break would have been a waste

    The rice in bowl felt as if I am biting pebbles. Horrible staff attitude, no greetings or whatsoever. Won't go back again, need my money back. Will stick to chipotle anyday.

    I come here often and I never had the staff kick us out before closing. My family and I walked in 45 minutes before closing and they told us they won’t be serving anyone else and to leave. It was rude and we were all very disappointed that they said they close at 11pm online but they couldn’t serve us. The people in-front of me probably waited in line much longer than I did so I can’t imagine how they felt. Probably won’t be going back.

    I ordered a fountain drink and got lemonade but it was water the counters looked like they have not been cleaned in a few weeks, some workers were not even wearing gloves and they even had a child working behind the counter.

    Lady at front is awesome - they only had three people running the store and she had an amazing attitude in the midst of an insane staffing shortage. She was positive and had great service. Wish I knew her name so I could give her a personal shout out! I’ve been waiting for about 15 mins (and probably will be waiting longer) for my food but I don’t even care because she and the rest of the team are killing it. Please promote her if she’s not already a store manager she obviously should be for keeping such a level head during a crazy rush.

    Not much work done by the employees. Four of them sitting in a booth together watching TV on a phone, all of them eating and chatting it up. Meanwhile the five people in line waited while the one other worker made orders. I was told no taco shells. When I finally received my burrito and drink noticed the self serve drink station had no straws and no napkins, still four workers sit doing nothing, few new customers enter the line. Not a good situation...

    I paid the regular price for a bowl online. I picked it up and brought it home and when I opened it, they gave me literally half of what I paid for. I called and they refused to do anything about it unless I drove all the way back and brought them the bowl untouched.

    Had 2 free burritos from my rewards I ordered online they were out of queso when I went but the girl gave me 2 more free ones so I was happy cause I barely had anything to eat for a few days and that helped when I needed it not sure if it was an accident or on purpose but I appreciated it. Service was a little slow and there was 3 people working and they were all doing different things so it didn't bother me at all I was in no rush definitely the best one I've been to so far and will definitely be going back when I can.

    The staff was extremely unprofessional- and lacked emotion towards what the customer wanted. Food quality was the worst by far of any Qdoba location I’ve visited. The cleanliness of this location was disturbing- tables were not cleaned, and the soda fountain was leaking water all over the counter and floor. Would not recommend anyone to visit this location.

    I went yesterday and I got the beef bowl and it was really good. The 5 Stars is for the great service and great food. My one complaint is that when I went to the bathroom the hallway had flies flying around.

    4pm Thursday 8/18/22 We opened the door only to be literally screamed at for opening the door because they were CLOSED!!!! That was the experience in it's entirety. Rude unprofessional. I won't go to that door again , ever. Went Chipotle... delicious.

    Had a mobile order, went in when it said ready to be picked up and was told they havent been getting any mobile orders. No problem. Couldnt get wait to get a refund while i was there as i was in a hurry tried calling the next day and no one answered. Called 15 times there and another 10 to corporate still now answer. Emailed corporate and no response. This all happened july 25th and still havent received a response, had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Its a shame because i love qdoba but this experience has made me not want to deal with them again.

    I was going to order food from here but the staff was quite literally shuffling their feet as slowly as possible and glaring at customers as they came in. We were second in line when we walked in and after the people in front of us waited over 5 mins just for a few items, we decided to just grab drinks and leave. The drink station was covered in trash, the straw and other bins were nearly empty, and the attitude from the employees was just awful. One exclaimed, “I ain’t going no faster than I want to.” out in front of everyone, with literally almost no line when stores all around them had lines out the door serving people.

    Honestly it had been a long time since I attempted to eat here but historically it has always been very good. Today I walked here arrived at 10:45 (they claim to open at 10:00) and they didn’t have anything ready. After waiting for 5-10 minutes to be waited on I could only order about 1/5 of the items on the menu. They were still nice but really?? I left and will get lunch elsewhere.

    I live around the corner. Been here a dozen times. They are Always out of something whether it’s lettuce or steak etc or they get your order wrong. Staff is rude as well. Say thank you. No response and short with you. Worst Qdoba ever
