    I love McDonalds but when you get a wrong order like, NO SAUSAGE on your sausage mcmuffin, that’s an issue. Tried calling the store ALL DAY and no one answers! So you can’t even voice your concerns about orders because they don’t even answer the phone!

    Unfortunately the only thing consistent about McDonald's is their inconsistencies. There is nothing more frustrating than going to a fast food restaurant and the food is cold. Apparently I got someone's leftover food because the burger 🍔 was burned and a cold Big Mac. I'm just over ot and it's my fault for expecting better. 🤔 and No I didn't eat any fries 😕 that's how they were served.

    Except interior design, this location sucks really. No cords to charge phone, restroom always dirty, full of homeless people, no fountain drink machine. That skinny white dude working cashier is rotten from inside, how they let this kind of people do customer service. 😑

    This right here don’t even make no dam sense they tried to give me a free meal which they should of gave me free to eat for a month look at this dam meat on 2nd and Broadway

    Ordered through the app for pickup. Three items were left out of the order. The iced mochas were not blended with a huge amount of coffee syrup sitting in the bottom of the cups. Left out straws and napkins. Management wanted us to drive back immediately for replacement. Did not give name. One of the worst experiences at a McDonald's

    I go into this McDonald's and it was quite busy. I ordered my items on the kiosk and paid at the counter. The man who took care of me was pleasant. I ordered 2 items. (Coffee and pie). Coffee was awful. It didn't taste like the McDonalds coffee that usually Delicious and the cream; Yuck. I also didn't get my pie because there weren't any ready!?! I took a substitute and it didn't taste fresh. That's a big NO going to this McDonalds again

    This McDonald has been remodeled since the last time I was in there. I like the new look. Place was pretty clean. One of employees was cleaning the dining room while I was in there. The employees were very friendly, but the young black man working the register needs to watch his language on the front line. My sausage egg biscuit was pretty good.

    This is the best McDonald's to go to in the whole city because it has two floors. It has been newly renovated / remodel and you order on the first floor, and if you like, you can walk up to the second floor to enjoy a better view of our city!

    I’m sick of this place. My fries are cold as usual, my nuggets as well. I live literally around the corner. This location is the worst in the city. The employees are loud and rude, always have an attitude. The lines at night are slow as molasses yet the manager is on his phone scrolling, the lot is full of homeless people and this is the “premium “ McDonald’s located in the heart of Downtown. I’m so tired of having to go back to get my order fixed I’ll never go again but I want my refund… in fact I may sue this place for gross negligence.

    The food tasted like it was old and the service was awful. The cashier in the drive through was so curt, it was bordering on rude. You could tell she hates her job and interacting with people. The only reason I went there was because my son has stage 4 cancer and is barely able to eat food. He thought he might be able to eat a parfait. I ordered one and the lady cut me off mid sentence said in a really snotty tone that they don't serve those any more. Every time I talked, she cut me off and I could barely get a word in edgewise. Then, I just ordered french fries and nuggets. They were cold, hard, and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I may as well have just thrown some money out of my car window. His mouth is really painful because of the radiation treatments he's getting. We thought fries and the inside of the nuggets might be soft enough to eat. They were so old, hard and cold that they hurt his mouth too much. We ended up throwing it away. Then because he was once again unable to eat something, it made him burst into tears and he cried most of the way home. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.

    My friend and I have eaten here frequently the last few years. Sometimes, it was hit or miss. But lately , very pleased hot fresh food, and get our orders right. The people in drive through are very pleasant , nice, sweet, friendly people, especially the very aesthetically pleasing , easy on the eyes handsome friendly young man Javier. He does the orders quick, prompt, efficient, but if there is a wait, I don’t mind if he’s working , whether we talk about playing bingo or asking how I’ve been. Means a lot. Give him a raise! :)

    The crew that’s working right now at this very moment..needs a refresh the real os watered down that’s blasphemy to mcds tea I’m use to the fries are cold and my original chicken sandwich was missing pickles. Other than that this shift needs to tighten up its 7:30pm December 12th 2022.

    The food was good after it was sent back. It was cold. The service wasn't bad, it was right after rush. They were training someone. So it was alright.

    When you order the person doesn’t even actually listen to you, and when you try to talk to the person you are paying he ignores you ! Worst service I’ve ever had, my food isn’t right and it’s pointless to go back for them to make it right when they don’t care in the first place! Avoid this location at all cost

    Take the time to drive to another location. I come to this McDonalds weekly as it's close to my work place and 9/10 the order is wrong. Check your order before you leave. It's the most inconvenient drive through in the city, and regularly, they ignore special request, give you other peoples' order, and just have a general lack of customer service.

    The food was good. The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was AMAZING. But the drive through screens were busted and outside looked... Much less appealing. It definitely wasn't a great atmosphere. So overall? Alright ig.

    Just stopped for a cone, and fortunately, the ice cream machine was working! In and out quickly with a smile. Although there were no trash cans inside the restaurant. Wierd, I know. Maybe someone can explain?

    This McDonald's is terrible. Occasionally you do get a nice employee (like the young men in the afternoon or the lady on thirds) but that is literally the only good thing I can say about this one. The food is terrible, the service either awful or non existent, their supposed hours are hardly followed. Forget ordering after 2am if you aren't door dash regardless of if you sat in line for 45 minutes, then they're closed from anywhere between then and 5am, they'll outright reject any mobile orders after around 2 as well. Ice cream only works around lunch, doors only open til 8ish, and if they ignore you at the drive thru for 20 minutes they're going to tell you they aren't taking any orders so save yourself the wait. They do have plenty of annoyed eye rolls, rude attitudes, and hostile behavior towards customers if you're looking for that. All that plus the prices have gotten ridiculous... I'll just stop there.

    This McDonald's on 2nd and Broadway is horrible they are more concerned about someone using restroom than about customers i understand that they have homeless population but put the lights in like thortons did where drugs can't be used and buzz customers in to wash hands before they order my order and my sons order was messed up 3 times by time we got order correct then our fries was cold why not re-do the whole order??

    Waited for 11 minutes just for a drink. We even had to ask for it. Ordered and asked for unsweetened iced tea and got a sweet one. Worst McDonald's experience ever.

    This place as well as every other McDonald's down Broadway is terrible. There is always a issue no matter which one I go in to. The service is the worse part, the workers are so rude and nasty. I'm constantly seeing workers doing nothing but playing on their phones and not taking care of the customers. I can't keep count of all the times my order wasn't correct. I love breakfast from here so it sucks I have a issue everytime I go to one of these locations. The lobby is never open when its supposed to be. On this trip I was trying to get in the lobby but it wasn't open and it should have been. Especially since the workers were standing around taking selfies and pictures together.

    The food was standard. Atmosphere was...tense, except that's too strong of a word. I'm not sure what word to use. It's in a downtown city; they keep the restroom locked to prevent abuse/over use by non-customers. Service: I stood by the counter with another party waiting for attention. Guy in the back just leaned on counter scrolling his phone. Another employee walked past us, scrolling her phone. About the worst I've had at a McDonald's. They did eventually make my order correctly, so there's that.

    Food is always hott and cooked thoroughly like it's supposed to be. Staff isn't extremely friendly but that's not really a concern for me when it comes to going in the drive thru. I just want my order timely and correct like everyone else, lol.

    Excellent server. Plenty of workers. Looks like a fun bunch of people to work with. Ice cream machine was actually working. Food was good except order missing 2 hash browns. As always, one only finds out when one gets home with the food. BUT!!! One SHOULDN'T have to double check if their order is complete. EVERY McDonald's is guilty with this.

    The most disrespectful, disregarding, and inconsiderate McDonald's I've ever been to. They got upset when I brought my extremely over cook, hard, breakfast burritos and watered down orange juice back... Orange juice that I NEVER said add ice to. And instead of giving me the $7.18 refund I requested... Shut the window in my face, then brought back two cold uncooked/unheated breakfast burritos and another cup of orange juice with ice. Too much attitude and not enough customer care!

    My food was fresh and hot (Cook to order). Kudos to the folks in the kitchen! However, the cashier named Chris was rude to me and another customer. He had an attitude about buzzing me into the bathroom before my order. Then he gave a gentleman a hard time about getting ketchup! Yes, KETCHUP! If Chris can't do his "customer service" job respectfully, he needs to work in another industry!

    Average McDonald's. Nothing really stands out. Employees are always unenthusiastic. Not surprising due to the location being downtown. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it seems like it's been sitting for a while. The best factor about this McDonald's is that it's location is too convenient

    The service was good at the cash register,but that was as far as it went. My food was cold. The restroom floor was so slick footing was nearly impossible. To top it off a man was asking customers to buy him coffee and trying to fight them if they didn't.

    Waited in drive-through for 15 minutes. Got up to the speaker and the worker asks me to wait. He takes 2 orders from the other line, emptying that line out. 15 minutes later still nothing. Was still waiting until someone else pulled up in the other line and the worker took their order immediately. Couldn't speak for the food seeing as I never got to order after waiting 30 minutes.

    This McDonalds has gone down the toilet. My sandwich was missing ingredients, they placed onions and ketchup on the bun, put a bun on top of that, and then put my patty on top of that? Also, didn't get a straw and the person taking my order was yelling at someone in the restaurant while trying to talk to me as well. 0/10 on every level.

    First, the coke machine was broken and was given a canned pop. They got my order wrong so I had to return to the store and go in. The woman working the pick up area was only interested in getting new orders out. When I tried to get her attention, I was told to wait a minute. When I finally got my order corrected, I asked the woman to throw away the other food. As I was walking out, the woman said loudly "No I can't throw these away there's a can right there. I had already left them on the counter so I continued out the door.

    They are fun people WILL make you laugh BUT the orders we ALL wrong with a lot of customers so I just grabbed what they gave me and left but the entertainment was awesome. It must be nice to work in a fun environment like that. Inspirational!!!

    My order is never right I pull up there because it's convenient for me they are four min from my house but convenient isn't always good. My boyfriend had two strings of hair in his burger and they have had to refund me BK twice for messing up my order I received a cash refund BK on one order mistake and never received my refund BK on my debit card for the second mistake I think my last time there was my last time!

    The restaurant is ok the area in which the restaurant is located is somewhat unstable and unsavory due to the current drug and homeless epidemic in the country. Which is no fault of the business for our current state of the world we live. Now in retrospect to that I understand business is deal with a lot of disrespectful behaviors or people loitering or being destructive and their property and that all is unacceptable and I understand but it does not give them the authority to treat all people who may have a backpack or bags or a look of homelessness or assume that all people would like that and I'm not saying that this restaurant does it that much but they have been guilty of that and I understand they have to respect their paying customers as well as their establishment but they have done it but I noticed that this is a trend in many locations all over the city all over the world but regardless of their current status of homelessness or drug addiction or anything State whatever up down or good or bad Rich poor big no matter their color none of those things should anyone be mistreated or misjudged or treated in differently just because it because even they could be a paying customer that are coming with respect and treating The Establishment with courtesyeveryone should be given the same amount of fair treatment and great customer service call should not be punished due to the accident this is the means of a positive prosperous business and that is how you earn the loyalty of true customers because one day you may be down low and the next day you may be on your feet you never know just where you may be one day that customer that you treated with respect and dignity that may have been at the lowest lows or homeless or drug addicted they may change their life around in one day. Be your boss or they could be a business owner or they could be a blessing that you never knew you had all because of treating each and every one of your customers with the same great customer service
