I came today 1/7/23 and my food was delicious! Started out with the boom boom shrimp. Perfectly cooked! My date got the chef salad.. it was huge! He ate every bit. I got the dubliner. No cheese, toast on the side. Such a hearty dish! Will be back soon. Our server is Lacey, come see her when you want good service and good food!

So very disappointed in this meal! I have added pictures. I paid $28 for this ($4 for tip). I ordered online for pickup. There was no Caesar dressing for the Caesar salad. No chips for the buffalo chicken dip, which was supposed to be a "shareable" side for $8.99 (see pic). The only 2 good things I can say, which is why I gave 2 * instead of 1, is that the staff was nice enough and the steak was cooked right.

Worst restaurant experience ever. DO NOT BRING YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!’ Ordered online. Food was to be ready @ 2:30. Waited over 40 minutes and still not ready. Could wait no longer. Food was over $43. Called next day to get refund. Said they put back on card but they did not. It has been close to a month. Still no refund. Called corporate office to no avail. Kept playing phone tag. You can only leave a message. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE! Nasty attitudes.

We visited this location during the BOA competition at Cardinal Stadium. They were inundated with a lot of us from the event, and I know they were overwhelmed by us descending on their location en masse. However, we were promptly seated and the server, Charlotte D, took our drink orders immediately. She kept our glasses full during the meal and took our food orders quickly as well. My food and my son's food did not come out with everyone else in our party (there were 11 of us) and they worked to rectify it quickly and were apologetic. However, mistakes happen, and it certainly did not affect our experience at all. Charlotte did an amazing job with our group and we made it back to BOA for the second half of the event. Great Job Charlotte!

Sara took really good care of us. My chef salad was very tasty. All in all a great experience. Haven’t been to beef o Brady’s since the one in Elizabethtown closed, I was happy to come to this one while I was in Louisville.

I had a very pleasant experience at the beef O'Brady's in Central station Louisville kentucky. Charlotte AKA Charlie was my server and she was outstanding. Never let a drink be empty had food on time always had a smile was pleasant. She had a smile on her face the whole time was very accommodating I couldn't have asked for better service. I recommend the beef o Brady's by University of Louisville college Central station

Where do I even start? The affordable prices? The friendly staff? The outstanding food? My experience at Beef o Brady’s was one of the best dining experiences I have ever experienced. The staff was welcoming and sat me down quickly. The food was served fast and it was hot and fresh. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection. At one point I had a mental break down in the bathroom, but a lovely kind worker named Roger saw me and made sure I was ok. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend anyone to try it out.

Food is really good everytime I eat there, but it can take a while to get it out to you... sit close to the bar if you're drinking and you will usually get reloads in time. Can be short staffed, but you will get pretty good service

My son accidentally left his Yeti water bottle and when he called to ask if was in their lost and found was told 'we saw it but now it is gone'. They did offer to look for it and call him back but no one ever bothered. Obviously someone on staff took it and couldn't even be bothered to wait a week to see if someone claimed it! This was after the some of the slowest service I have ever received.

Was very disappointed due to the serving size. Should of been put in their kiddie section of the menu. Purchased the trio fajitas i thought the trio meant the meat part not the flour tortillas. ( they only gave us 3 of them). The food was good but heck just not enoigh for the price.

Yesterday May 15th between 1 - 1:30 I met with my property Manager. At Beef O Brady the hostess told us we could pick our own table. A very panicking agitated server told us we had to move she was the only server. We explained to her that we were only discussing documents and she insisted that we move because she didn't want to forget about us. She was very persistent about us moving she stood there and waited until we both stood up. After going to her section she tried to overly her reasoning behind her frustration. She did not have many customers we ordered to go but even with that she was very urgent to come back to the table for tips or the check. Maybe this server was having a bad day. She definitely lacks customer service.

Server acted like he didn't really want to be bothered from the time we walked in until the time we walked out! Very disappointing service but the food was great. Horrible first experience for me and my entire party of 4... None of us are likely to go back. Good service goes a long way!

I normally don't complain but my family and I picked up dinner from beef o'bradys on central. It was one of the worst meals we've ever had. The Reuben sandwich the bread was burnt and it had no meat on it. The steak Quesadilla tasted like taco and was dry. The Philly steak sandwiches had tons of fat. We spent enough money thinking we would get good quality. Unfortunately no one ate but the garbage can.

The food here is great! And the service is even better! Our waiter, Roger, is super. They helped make our anniversary night x10 better! Thanks!

Everything was really good. Food portions are perfect, more than I expected for the prices. Our server was tremendous!

Food was excellent. HUGE shout out to our server Katlyn (sp). She was a rock star n took very good care of a large group of us. Bravo to her.

So I've literally just called Beef 'O Brady's no real ringing just hold music, and it hangs up on you. I thought to call another Beef Brady's and the same thing for all of them. This will be the 3rd restaurant I've tried calling and can never get anyone to at least pick up the phone and acknowledge potential customer. Answering phone calls are apart of a business. I'm sure I'm not the first to notice this, obviously you can afford to loose business.

It was a little dirty, I'm thinking no big deal they are probably understaffed and were busy. When I opened my menu it was super sticky. Server was decent. The food was nothing to write home about though and super over priced. I got chicken and it was good and my drink was great. Hubby got steak and shrimp, the shrimp was undercooked and the steak had no flavor. We both left half our food and didn't get to go boxes. Went to Cheddar's paid pretty much the same amount and we got way more food and it was delicious.

Food was good. Couldn't get a mixed drink because they were short staffed but other than that it was good

My family came in last night, a newer young lady Ashley was our server. Service was astonishing for a "new gal" she took the time to take my daughter to the restroom and stayed with her until done. Our food was amazing and we will definitely be returning!

The atmosphere was cold, both in temperature and hospitality. They were very professional and polite, however, I have had better wait staff. The waitress we had didn't seem to care if she did her job or not. We went for lunch. The portions were very large and filling. The flavor, however, was average. It left something to be desired. I got what I paid for. My children enjoyed themselves though, so we will go back if they want to. By the way, use the restroom before you go. The restrooms are closed, even to customers.

I went around 2-3 in the afternoon to get a bite to eat. My boyfriend and I waited at the door around 5 minutes before we were acknowledged and seated. There seemed to be only one waitress. She was very kind and seemed to be doing her best. Once we got our drinks, the cups that the waters came in were visibly dirty, remnants of food, etc were on the cups. We debated on going to a different restaurant prior to ordering because of the unclean glassware and delayed service but decided not to. Our waitress came and got our order, and our food was out 10-15 minutes later which was great. The food was good, I ordered half a sandwich and a salad, and he ordered a grilled chicken wrap. Both were good, and we were pleased with the food. As we were leaving we saw a dead roach in the doorway. The food was good, and our waitress was wonderful considering she was the only one and had to serve 10+ other tables and bartend. I feel like this place could be great with better management and a cleaner environment.

When I stopped in for lunch today I was promptly greeted with a smile. Charlie D. was my server and I couldn't have asked for a more tentative, pleasant, energetic server today. The food came out swiftly and hot. Compliments to the cook for a Great juicy burger. Highly recommend it. Thanks Charlie and the rest of the staff.

Our server was very nice and extremely helpful. The food was very good but took. My blackened fish and salad was very good. Browned angus steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli was alright. The terriyaki chicken wings were good. We would have given the food a five-star, but wing appetizer came with dinner. Food took a long time.

Waited over an hour for our food and never received it. After an hour and 15 minutes we left. Our waitress appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. After we received our drinks we never seen her again. A family of 8 came in after my family and had their food within 20 minutes but they had a different waitress. I’ve always heard good things about this restaurant and others had recommended it. Needless to say we will never be back.

Ive always liked beef's, the food great, weather you wanna sit at bar and play keno, drink a beer an eat or eat at a table or booth. TVs everywhere, the atmosphere is great. I luv the watterson sandwich. Each day they a something for happy hour that's on sale like wings, sliders.

We arrived for dinner at 8. We had a big party of 16. We did not get drinks for 10-15 minutes, then it was about 20-25 minutes before our server even took our order. Did not even ask if we wanted any starters. Then as we are taking our order the server then tells us the store was out of wings and steak. After we had already been sitting for about 40 minutes. We decided to go ahead and order what you were not out of. Our apps which were mozzarella sticks did not come out for an hour after ordering then we were told it’d be another 30 minutes for the meal. We come from a family and servers and we are the last group to complain about things but tonight was ridiculous. I understand places are short staffed but notices should be on doors about items you are out of so guests are aware. Instead refills took several reminders for our server to get and overall communication to your guests was absolutely horrible. I’m so sorry you all are short staffed, I understand getting employees is so hard, but I’d suggest letting customers be aware of items that are out and that you are not only running with one server (which we were told) but only 1 stand in the kitchen too… we would not have put our order in if we had known that as well just to have avoided anyone becoming upset because we know when your short handed things take much longer.

Would leave no stars but was not able to. Service was terrible tool forever to get our drinks food or anything that was asked for, even after asking several times . To which we were given attitude being told that there sorry we are frustrated. Everyone's meal was missing something even after being asked if everything was OK and then claiming to go get the items they still didn't come . Had to remind server over and over again. The bar tender which I'm told was manger was also not making drinks busy talking to the customers at her bar of which we're only two. There were two servers one bartender and 4 table but they we're unable to get anything to the tables or refill and make drinks . The waitress was very snappy when she was asked about things and got frustrated quickly very forgetful and seemed to be confused . Worst server I have ever received.

This place was awesome! The atmosphere was awesome & the food and apps were great. We were taken special care of by our waitress, sara 10/10 service. She was very attentive and made us feel so welcomed.

Wonderful experience. The bartender Veronica made this happen with her upbeat personality and really cared about us as guest. Our drinks never went empty and she was a delight to talk to. The food came out fast and was hot. We will definitely return.

One of our first time date nights since moved to the area .perfect setting great starter dishes even though the sides were served dry and some cold like rice and broccoli it still was good date.

Celebrated my 64th birthday with my daughter and granddaughters on Wednesday evening. The appetizers and the food was amazing. Our server was very attentive and did a fantastic job. Thank you for my birthday dessert it was amazing, also our server sang happy birthday to me. Way to go Beef 'O' Brady's

Very slow to take my preset, then forgot my bacon. Then the bacon was under cooked. I ran out of soda and never got checked on. Won’t be coming back

Kimberly is a FIRECRACKER!! It was like dinner and a show with her energy bringing the whole experience way up! Service was quick and friendly, food is always fresh and tasty! We love it here :)

It took longer than normal to get my food. They forgot my son's fries and brought the salad out after the steak dinner came out not before. The waitress we had was very polite and apologetic for the mess up.

Typical sports bar food. Something for everyone. Prices are reasonable. Most of our party got wings and seemed to enjoy them. I got the Prime Rub Garlic sandwich which was good.

We were offered one round of drinks. Had to go up to the bar to get drinks on our own. Food was dropped off at our table & never seen the waitress after. Chicken was dry, needed sauce but no one came out to ask. We went to the bar to get ticket & she stated” I am not your waitress” There was a fly in one of the long islands we got.

Really loved the Mai Tai! The glasses they were served in were beautiful

We asked how the fish and chips were and tge waitress said they are popular lol. My wife couldn't stomach eating them and I had to force myself due to being hungry but let me tell ya if your 12 years old and like fish sticks then here ya go. Worst fish and chips I've ever had hands down and you guys need to just not have fish and chips if that's all you got!!

This is a good place to visit we enjoyed a good meal, we had the Brady's hamburger and the beer, we also had Mexican salad, it was very good taste so Chefs and waiters in this place are doing a very good job, thank you and we will come back soon.

Overall atmosphere was nice, 2 of our 3 ordered were wrong. We had no silverware when the food came out, our salads came out at the same time as the food. I personally ordered the surf and turf, the grilled shrimp was good, but had no flavor, could have used a lemon or something to flavor it, the steak was tough, fatty, and cold.
