We
arrived
for
dinner
at
8.
We
had
a
big
party
of
16.
We
did
not
get
drinks
for
10-15
minutes,
then
it
was
about
20-25
minutes
before
our
server
even
took
our
order.
Did
not
even
ask
if
we
wanted
any
starters.
Then
as
we
are
taking
our
order
the
server
then
tells
us
the
store
was
out
of
wings
and
steak.
After
we
had
already
been
sitting
for
about
40
minutes.
We
decided
to
go
ahead
and
order
what
you
were
not
out
of.
Our
apps
which
were
mozzarella
sticks
did
not
come
out
for
an
hour
after
ordering
then
we
were
told
it’d
be
another
30
minutes
for
the
meal.
We
come
from
a
family
and
servers
and
we
are
the
last
group
to
complain
about
things
but
tonight
was
ridiculous.
I
understand
places
are
short
staffed
but
notices
should
be
on
doors
about
items
you
are
out
of
so
guests
are
aware.
Instead
refills
took
several
reminders
for
our
server
to
get
and
overall
communication
to
your
guests
was
absolutely
horrible.
I’m
so
sorry
you
all
are
short
staffed,
I
understand
getting
employees
is
so
hard,
but
I’d
suggest
letting
customers
be
aware
of
items
that
are
out
and
that
you
are
not
only
running
with
one
server
(which
we
were
told)
but
only
1
stand
in
the
kitchen
too…
we
would
not
have
put
our
order
in
if
we
had
known
that
as
well
just
to
have
avoided
anyone
becoming
upset
because
we
know
when
your
short
handed
things
take
much
longer.
