I went in to get four things done. They lost the paperwork for two out of the four things. The first visit they stuck me six times trying to get blood and failed. The second visit they drew blood and then lost it. Now I have to go in a third time to get my blood drawn again. This place is the worst. If you do have to go here. Make sure to get paperwork from them and read it before you leave. Make sure it’s yours and is complete.

When I arrived at this business for a pre employment physical and nothing more, it was 9 am. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. There was only 4 people waiting when I arrived. By the time I was called back to a room the room was full. People who arrived after me were seen and left by the many. My visit took all of ten minutes. The wait was ridiculous. Then, when they finally got me back to a room, I waited another 30 min to see a doctor. Very inefficient. Obviously, the way they run things make people upset often because they had a printed piece of yellow paper on the wall about aggressive patients being asked to leave lol. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service as well.

I was very impressed with the level of care and kindness by the staff and also the doctor. I did have to wait a bit but the doctor gave me her undivided attention for probably at least 20 minutes. She wanted to make sure that she completely answered my questions in ways I could understand. She was a very empathetic doctor and I was greatly blessed to have been seen by her.

I went there to have my TB test read. they were 2 hours behind. Concentra desk staff approved me coming back later in the evening citing they are less backed up. I returned a few hours later due to their approval for a later TB reading. The emoyeer would not accept the Concentra decision for me to return at a later less busy time, so the Concentra decision cost me the job. My offer was rescinded by the employer. I would have stayed for the original reading had Concentra not approved a later TB reading for that same day.

My company nurse set up a return to work appointment for 11:00 am . I checked in at 11:00 am and waited until 2:00pm to be seen, my review only took 15 minutes. So as u can tell I am not at all happy about this. While I was waiting I heard one of the ladies at the front desk telling people there was a 3 to 4 hour wait. So my opinion is that there needs to be more help or make it more efficient .

1:30 appointment, go to the back at 1:45. I then sat in a backroom for 90 minutes listening to the staff cut up and people leaving because they were waiting for +2 hours...... I'm still waiting. If your looking to work for a place that requires 0 work ethic, here it is. Government Healthcare at its finest!

There is no organization in this location I signed in at 9:30pm I check back in at 11pm the lady working The registration desk was very rude stated she didn’t have my paper work. I notice People that came in after me were registered and seen while I was still waiting there. My son got into an accident I tried to step out side to take an emergency call the reception lady was very nasty told me to go in the bathroom and talk. My testing was to be completed before midnight and I explained that the lady at the registration desk intentionally put my information in wrong in which the back office staff had to manually put it in because she refused to correct it. I apologized for even coming to that location the customer service in e front needs more training because they are very rude and arrogant.

I always go at night to get my DOT physical taken care of. So convenient and don’t usually have to wait as long. Always good service but their paperwork process needs some TLC. 2 years in a row they couldn’t find my stuff but a lot of people work there. I almost couldn’t get my physical yesterday because my paperwork from my doctor got scanned in and was not where it was supposed to be. They are always nice and professional though.

Went in for a drug test at 1145 didn't get to do the drug test until 130, it's now 250 and I'm waiting to get an x-ray, don't come here if you have a kids or a life. Be expected to sit here all day. Had to leave yesterday because I was in the waiting room for 6 hours and didn't want to put up with it anymore.

I had a work injury around 3 AM and was sent this this location by my boss. The ladies at the desk were super nice and helpful! The first doctor really didnt seem like anything was wrong, so I didnt think much of it. I came back the next day due to additional symptoms. I was yelled at by holly because I didnt go to the ER, but I was told to come back to concentra by my boss.. they called the paramedics and even the paramedics were confused on why they were taking me to the ER. Im younger and Ive never had anything like that happen so I didnt know what to expect. So rude for her to yell at me when I was doing what my boss told me to do. I came back for a follow up check with someone different and I have to say paul is one of the best physicians at this location! Very sweet, helpful and so understanding! It’s definitely a hit or miss at this location.

Very bad, terrible place. Nasty waiting room floor. Staff is terrible also. They wouldn't let my wife go back with me to inform their so called lady doctor. They claimed the reason why was because of covid, yet no one in waiting room nor the staff including the doctor were wearing a mask. That's proof they are not that concerned about covid. They were just trying to hide something from my wife. I will never go to this place again no matter what nor would I recommend anyone else to go there. My advice is to go someplace else as this is not the only choice in Louisville KY. I had to give them 1 star but in all honesty they don't even deserve 1 star.

Holly is THE WORST medical “professional” I have seen in my life. She spent not even a minute evaluating my injury and cleared me for work even though I disclosed to her I still experienced pain doing my job. She spent the other 10 minutes BERATING me and accusing me of lying. Literally walked away as I was still trying to talk to her. Didn’t disclose her credentials or her name upon seeing me, didn’t even have some kind of name tag on. Also didn’t even tell me what additional care I should take with my injury either. If I weren’t required to go to this place, I wouldn’t ever go again. Completely disrespected and made to feel like not even a human being.

Since I can't give 0 (zero) stars, I'll give 1 (one). I was told I would be seen in "a couple of minutes"... 2 HOURS LATER, I was finally seen. Since I was going for a drug screen, I was holding my bladder to the point which it hurt to stand or walk, but did they care? No. The tech made it a point to write on my report that I was insistent on getting the test done. Of course I was, I felt like I was going to burst. But again, do they care? Nah.

Sam got me back right away but with a standout attitude I have EVER come across working in Health Care and being on the other side of it. She was very genuine, the way she explained things, in such a caring and sincere manner, she was super funny, and very professional I was so impressed I've told so many people about her in my experience there. I undoubtedly know that I will never forget Sam and how kind she was to me. Thank you for being the person you were Sam.

This place is awesome. Very professional.. I had a drug test an as always went in didn't have to stand in line no time lady says can I help you and I said yes ma'am I'm here for a drug screen. She says okay come on over immediately got me scheduled in sit down for about 10 or 15 minutes done my paperwork straight in for my drug test and done absolutely love this place I've been there several times in the past and it's always the same with recommend it to anyone at any time.. they're really busy but they're on it . They're very considerate of everybody's time...

Staff is very nice, but the waiting during the day is very daunting. I waited an hour and a half for a drug screen and wasn’t able to wait any longer because I had a prior commitment. When I went back during the night hours there was technical difficulties with the computer system and nobody knew what to do to get it up and running. I would recommend for the facility to get a tv monitor that shows where you are in the queue, so that everyone can see where they are to limit the frustration of the wait times during the day.

Staff was super friendly and as far as wait times, they do pretty well being a small urgent care open 24/7 who also deals with work well patients too. I went at 11pm and was out within an hour and a half. They are one of the only few urgent cares open 24/7 within Louisville and the surrounding counties. Coming from a nurse, I am proud of this facility and feel as if I received great care!

Very clean facility and friendly staff. Opened 24 hours and wait time after check in isn't too long. The paper work is longer than the wait time, I'm not sure if e-check in is available but would be helpful to speed the process along. Wait time between triage and seeing the physician was speedy. Wait room and parking is a nice size to handle high volume.

What a friendly atmosphere. From the time I walked in, I felt like my care mattered. You could tell that everyone loved their job. Pam took the time to make sure everything was done with precision and care.

This place is a×× backwards and then some. 2.5 hrs for a simple drug test. Concentra is taking on way more than what they can handle. Just look at Google reviews at all locations.

I cannot speak more highly of this place. I came in frantic late at night. The front desk person was a gem and calmed me down saying they would take care of me. I was helped quickly and couldn’t be more grateful as both healthcare workers went above and beyond to find the correct paperwork I needed.

came here for a work related injury from UPS, finished sign in a little after 3. Waited over 2 HOURS just to be sent back to the room and be told I have to wait ANOTHER HOUR TO SEE A DOCTOR? Why is there only one doctor doesn't make any sense and why make me come back there if they're not ready to see me?! Left after that and didn't get any treatment for my injury.

Hey there! My experience at Concentra Urgent Care was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, and the process was quick. Overall, it was a positive experience!

The people work there was very nice and efficient I only had a little wait time Nina Brock did my test was very nice and polite she also needs a raise so with that being said thank you very much for putting up with my little old self lol hope I made her laugh have a very blessed day

Very friendly staff, went in for drug screen for pre employment. The lobby had a lot of people in it so if I figured there would be a long wait. I was there no more than 15-20 minutes. Friendly,professional, and quick timing .

I was set up through my work to get a physical, drug test, and some blood work drawn. There were only 2-3 empty seats in the whole place when I checked in. I was handed paperwork by a very sweet lady and was told it may take about 1.5 hours to go through the whole process. I finished my paper work and was called back shortly after for my vitals, drug test, and blood work. My nurse was very friendly and had a great attitude. I had to go back to the waiting room for not very long- maybe 10-15 minutes until a room was available with a doctor. I was called back and the doctor was so nice and thorough. Once finished, I had to wait for an extra paper to be signed with the check out receptionist and she was conversational and made the short wait entertaining. Yes, it took awhile (about 2 hours total) but the care was exceptional.

I have always had great experiences with Concentra near Fern Valley Road. I called and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. The medical assistant at the front desk was very polite. I was back and in a room within 10 minutes. The doctor came in and asked me why I was there and what symptoms I was having. I explained it all to her. They did a urinalysis and found out that I had a kidney infection. They were able to give me the antibiotics right then and there. They said they were going to send my urine off for further testing and would call me with the results. I highly recommend this medical facility! Dr Hill and staff are wonderful!

My visit was for a medical evaluation. Office staff was friendly and help except for having little or no knowledge on how to get the paperwork figured out from they agency I’m trying to get hired with. Techs were equally friendly and helpful but one Tech did not know how to read height, weight, eye exam and put incorrect information on my medical form going to the hiring agency. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable but did not understand the sleep study information from my medical records. I give them 3 stars but they is a ton of room for improvement.

Positive: the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The process of the screening itself was very smooth. Negative: the wait time was over two hours, plus another half hour between both parts of my screening. Admins, please please hire more staff.

My only complaint was my wait time...4 hours! I had pre-employment things to complete and they don't allow appointments for this. However, they are open 24 hours so I should have gone in at a less busy time of day. Overall, the staff was friendly and service was good. The doctor was super nice and efficient.

My visit was very good. The clinic was very clean and the personnel were very friendly and professional. They also were very attentive, not only to me but to the other patients that were there. The only drawback was that the wedding was a little long but that is understandable. I Hollywood recommend the clinic to others who need medical assistance.

The ladies working there were very friendly and the wait wasn't too long for a Saturday morning. However, they did not give the results as all other locations have, that I've been to at least. It was the filthiest medical care facility I have ever been in. This was a simple pre-employment drug screening. The bathroom was nasty. Hair and urine all over the toilet. Aren't we still taking COVID precautions and cleaning between patients, especially in a medical facility? Furthermore, isn't that the moral and precautious measures to take in a medical facility?

I have been getting my DOT physical the past two years at this location and I will always come here! I had the most effortless experience this year! The staff was ridiculously fun! Best physical ever!!

Long waits even with appointments. Once you are seen however they are really nice. They can give you meds right there so you don't have to run anywhere else. Love that there 24 hr.

Fast, polite, friendly and professional service. Staff was very efficient while still being knowledgeable and thorough. The ladies at the counter were great and seemed happy to be there and to help however they could. This was a well put together team. Too often you walk into a place like this and everyone seems miserable. Those places always want to rush you so they can get to the next person and dig themselves out of a hole or simply don't care and you can spend hours there. This was honestly a refreshing experience.

Every staff member was extremely friendly, from reception to physician I was treated with kindness and customer service was excellent. However, the wait was REEAAALLLLY long, 4 hours total for a physical, drug screen, and TB test. The provider did state that it was an unusually busy day with a notable rise in occupational injuries, so it may have been a one - off. Other than wait time, I would give this location 5 stars

I arrived just before 2pm. They were very busy, but were very helpful filling out the paperwork. Everybody was great! They were very efficient but I didn’t feel rushed.

I had a 11:30 appointment. I arrived at 11:15 and got checked in without an issue. Once I got called back and put in to a room it was already 11:40. The nurse said that the doctor had a couple people in front of me and that it shouldn't take to long. I sat in the room for an hour without hearing anything from anyone. I finally stepped out and asked the nurses how much longer it would be. They said that the doctor still had two people in front of me and that it would still be about another 30 minutes to an hour. At this point it it was already 12:55 and I had another meeting at 2 and couldn't wait. This is not the first time I've been kept waiting with no one communicating with me.

Do NOT go here. Even if you're within walking distance. This place is extremely unsanitary. Most of the staff are unintelligent and arrogant. It takes 4 plus hours to see two patients and not because they aren't playing on their phones or anything. Along with that, I was told that I wasn't experiencing any pain even though I was visibly injured and in pain. You're better off having a child stop the bleeding with duct tape, smh

I brought in my referral from work and they had me fill out paperwork, sent me a phone questionnaire, and then I was good to go. They called me to the back but my one complaint is that the worker up front never gave me my ID back. I had to ask another woman who FOUND it in the copier. My ID was paper form so maybe she thought she could keep it? I was not pleased.

Don't have any other plans set for your day for a good 4 hours. Also, I only drink water! I do manual work and soda isn't healthy. My pee is always the same color and I watch my hydration. I took 2 different drug test that day! The Con- Cent guy sent my test out to the lab. Well the lab calls me wakes me up. I'm already working nights and pulling 12s everyday. claims I deluded my sample and if I don't retest asap, they will false positive my test to my union. Again I took two different drug test that day! The other test I gave for the job I am already working had no issue with my sample and passed me. I don't like it when I'm being threatened over the phone about loosing my really good job and my money. I have nothing to hide and if I did, I'm smarter than deluding my sample. And also not dumb enough to risk my union job. The lab shouldn't be demanding me to retest behind my unions back. That make me think they are trying to get more money out of the unions just because. My 4th amendment rights are being violated. I hate sounding like a Karen. The person who called me also hung up on me. This is twice in a row in different times they've done this to me. I don't have the time to retest the 3rd time for another week.

Having a 24/7 urgent care is a blessing! They were up front about the wait times, which I didn't mind at all since it was the middle of the night. The facilities were clean and the staff were all very nice and understanding

The initial visit was great when my finger was actually smashed open and bleeding very bad. They got me back immediately and got me x-rayed and stitched up quickly and the doctor and staff were very friendly and appropriate. My follow up visit was ridiculous, some of the staff was not professional at all and I had an appointment which I was on time for and I still sat in a room waiting for the provider for almost 2 hours before leaving without being seen.

The women at the front desk checking you in are super rude and not very courteous. They look and talk to you like they think that they are better than you. I’m definitely not a fan of that place. The nurses I had on the other hand were the complete and total opposite. They were very friendly and helpful especially the nurse from Alabama. She’s super nice.

This was the worst experience with a medical facility that I have had. First of all I NeVER saw the actual doctor, only the MA. While there, my blood pressure was pretty high, no one ever addressed that. They did X-rays at my request. The X-rays did not show anything detailed. So they advised me to take ibuprofen 3x a day and see my specialist as soon as I can. They did not give me any home care instructions, did not prescribe any medicine, no nothing. I spent $145 for the MA to feel on my knee, ask a few questions and then come to the conclusion that I would probably need a knee replacement. I was very dissatisfied with the service and I will NEVER go back.

I am realistic in understand difficulty with staffing. Waited over an hour as a walk in for company annual requirements for Lab draw UDS and fit testing —- would prefer option to schedule appointment and be serviced sooner
