I have seen Melissa Davis twice, as a new patient and she is pretty awesome! She genuinely listened to my concerns and immediately worked with me for a resolution! Everything went quickly, yet smoothly and I didn’t feel rushed!! I didn’t have to wait for my appointment, I was called back immediately both times and Melissa was in my room within a minute or two. She asked me lots of questions, addressed my concerns and quickly worked to resolve my concerns, while making sure that it was the correct course of action for me. Not only did she take the time to thoroughly address my dermatology concerns, she asked genuine questions about the hysterectomy I had a few weeks prior. She is warm and friendly and seems to take great interest in her patients. Her medical assistant is just as kind and fantastic as Melissa Davis is. The office is very clean and orderly, as are the patient rooms. I am very pleased with my experiences thus far!! I would definitely recommend Melissa Davis at Associates in Dermatology!

Dr Michael McCall Jr and his staff are exceptional !! The attitude and friendliness of everyone helps make the experience so much better. Everyone enjoys their jobs and enjoys working for Dr McCall. There's just something about the atmosphere in this place. A great group of people working together for a guy they love and respect. Doesn't get much better than that. I'm amazed with Dr McCall's skill level... I am still amazed how well my face healed... Thank you all !

Dr Owen was so kind and attentive and she answered all my questions! Loved meeting her for the first time and I will definitely be back!

Very good experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule appointment, friendly appointment reminders. Courteous and friendly staff and nurses and superior care from the doctors. Comfortable, clean waiting area with refreshments available. I received easy to follow post-op instructions and was even given the surgeon’s cell phone if I had any questions afterwards. Dr Brown called me personally to check on me the following day and I couldn’t be happier with the overall care. It’s no wonder Dr Brown has been voted as one of Louisville’s “Top Docs!”

The whole experience was quick and pleasant. Though the appointment went great I am still waiting for the visit to be finalized to be able to see it on the online portal and the medication the doctor mentioned she was going to send in still hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy.

Dr McCall and Kara Mudd were excellent The only thing I have been Disappointed with is the staff not getting back with you when you have a question! You never get anyone on the phone and then you leave a message and it’s days or not at all with a return call. Other than that……great experience with my skin care. Dr McCall helped me make the right decision with my skin issue and his assistant Lexis was so caring and loving! Great atmosphere and they all said they love working there!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Kartha. She was very thorough in exam of body for potential skin cancer. She answered all my questions and concerns. She completed 2 biopsies and was very compassionate and told me each step she was taking in the procedure. I felt a little lightheaded and she provided care and reassurance that I was OK and would be safe if anything happened. Very personable, professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services.

This office runs like a well-oiled machine! I check in, sit for a couple of minutes, my name is called, so I go back. I speak with the nurse, she leaves, then Dr. Callen arrives almost immediately after that. Usually, I am in and out in 15 minutes or less. Dr. Callen is awesome! He always listens to my concerns, always answers my questions, and he has a great sense of humor. I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Callen!

Everyone in the office was professional and welcoming. Mandy is so pleasant, makes you feel like she really cares and encourages questions, etc.

Dr. McAllister is very respectful, polite, and professional. I have not trusted my skin with anyone else for twenty years. Her staff is efficient and lovely. As they transition to a new system, they are handling it with aplomb and patiently helping customers navigate it.

From scheduling an appointment to check out, every single person I talked to was lovely. I had some anxiety about going but Melissa made me feel at ease. So glad I chose this practice when looking.

Dr. Donovan and her assistant are the best. I have been seeing them for a long time and always feel like I have had a good check up of any skin issue and especially those issues that might arise after being a sun worshiper in my younger years.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Burris for years, although, with this visit there had been about a three year gap. I waited less than 10 minutes to go back to an exam room. I met with a technician immediately who asked what my reason(s) were for visiting. Dr.Burris came in within just a few more minutes - very timely. She took the time to do a full body scan, listened to my concerns and addressed me needs right away. Time is valuable and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Burris is a friendly, straight talker with years of experience. She provided answers to all of my questions and common sense instruction with any possible follow ups. I recommend her and this office.

This was our first visit and to say that my daughter and I were pleased is not enough. The receptionist, medical assistant, and doctor were the kindest and most helpful. The doctor was extremely smart, attentive, and knew exactly how to help us. She even educated us on a couple of other things to help going forward. So thankful you opened this office!

I saw Shelley Schuler for the first time and had a wonderful experience. She was on time for my appointment, very personable and knowledgeable about my concerns and the reason for my visit, and she did not make the appointment feel rushed. She provided clear instructions for next steps and made me feel comfortable regarding everything we discussed. Not only was Shelley fantastic, but the nurses that helped during my appointment were professional and so kind. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great practice. Bit of a wait but once I saw the PA Emily Lutz (a very competent sweetheart!!!!) she addressed my little skin issues, froze them off … gave me the routine “use sunscreen” lecture and I was on my way! I will be returning for yearly skin checks with her and continuing to use protection from those damaging sun rays!!! 🙏

I recently received a call from this clinic and was informed about their policy of charging $20 for no-shows or late arrivals. While I understand the importance of managing appointments, I found their approach to be quite rigid and inflexible. It felt like a lack of consideration for patients' circumstances. This policy left me feeling uneasy about the clinic's customer service. I believe a more understanding and empathetic approach towards patients' scheduling issues would greatly improve the overall experience. Clear communication is essential, but there should also be room for understanding individual situations. I hope the clinic considers reevaluating their policies to create a more patient-friendly environment. Everyone's time is valuable, and a compassionate approach can make a significant difference in the way patients perceive a healthcare facility.

Highly recommend. Dr. Davis and the rest of the staff are always pleasant. Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable and thorough with her examinations. Plus, I never have to wait very long, unlike all sorts of other medical professions. Very refreshing!

The staff at Associates in Dermatology are always professional and cordial. We see Dr. Schadt and she ask great questions and listens thoroughly. This has provided a great outcome medically and emotionally for my daughter. We are so grateful to have been referred to her.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The staff took their time and listened to me and explained everything that would take place for my time there. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedures. I received excellent care and I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. McCall Jr. He was awesome!

Dr Shorten is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough in her examination. She found a dark spot on my scalp, and did a biopsy, and will notify me of the results. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a very knowledgeable, and caring physician.

Dr. Ashley Brown was fantastic and easy to talk to. She addressed all of my concerns and performed a thorough overall skin check. No lengthy waiting which was appreciated since my appointment was in the middle of the work day & I had to get back. Overall great experience.

Easy and available parking with quick access to office. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I was taken to the exam room very close to appointment time. Doctor came in right after nurse completed questions. Very pleased and I felt they listened to my dermatology issues. They were welcoming and ready to help me decide what to do.

Pleasant experience! The girls in the office are kind and nice! Had a bit to wait for Dr. Hayden; but I know it was a busy Monday! She is always pleasant and understanding!

Doctor Schadt is the best. She quite literally saved my life (no joke) and has the best bedside manner. All the staff there is great as well. They’ve cared for me very well in the past year and a half after my ordeal.

I was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever met. The office was amazing with all the comforts of home. Dr. Brown is very personable(and funny) as well as very professional. I highly recommend this office.

These guys are an incredible team of professionals from the receptionist to the surgeons and everyone in between. Very thoughtful and attentive providing detailed information on each step of the procedure. My only critique is that they appeared to be overbooked for the day and I spent a lot of time waiting.

The appointment went quickly and efficiently but not rushed. My concerns were addressed immediately and even taken care of at the appointment! I thought I would have to schedule another appointment due to what I needed. Office building appears updated inside. I had a bit of a wait time, but not more than I had planned for. Staff were friendly as well

I’ve seen Dr Courtney Schadt for a couple dermatological issues and she has been very helpful in diagnosing and treating me. There is always some trial and error but Dr Schadt takes her time, goes over many different options for treatment, does testing if necessary, and always makes follow up appointments to make sure the treatments are working. I would recommend anyone see Dr Schadt if they are concerned about skin issues and want the best treatment.

Dr. Owen was great. She listened, discussed, suggested, and never acted like she needed to scurry out. The staff was great also. Dr. Owen went above and beyond for me and it is appreciated!

Saw Dr Courtney Schadt July 28 at her Audubon Medical Center office. She has been my dermatologist for several years and I have complete trust in her. The staff, to include the receptionists at the front desk and the medical assistants, are courteous, friendly and professional. Dr Schadt is an excellent dermatologist, listens attentively and has a relaxed, friendly demeanor. I can highly recommend her and her staff!

I feel comfortable having Dr. Schadt as my Dermatologist for 6 years. She has abundant good energy and always provides a thorough head to toe exam. Her communication skills are exceptional. More importantly for her patients, she is a gifted listener. You will come to trust and appreciate her medical knowledge. Thank you Dr. Schadt.

I arrived for my appointment 2 minutes late.....when I was supposed to be there 15 minutes prior to the scheduled 8:30 appointment. There was no mention of of my late arrival. The person working the desk politely took my insurance cards and in exchange gave me 5 forms to complete. I was only finished with 1 page when they called me back and immediately started my examination. The examination included a assistant, Medical Doctor student and Dr. Shadt. They performed a very thorough examination and took 2 biopsis. I was finished with my examination and completed my paperwork in a total of 35 minutes. It was unbelievable. Fantastic customer service.

I saw Melissa Davis and she was so kind! EVERYONE in the office was very friendly and that makes a patient comfortable and at ease. It was a busy time when I checked in but the girls at the desk stayed calm even dealing with the phone ringing and a pushy patient. I would recommend this office with confidence!
