Smells like electrical problems in the main hall of floor #3. The "continuous fan" option didn't work in my room, so the lack of white noise made sleeping difficult. Very clean and modern otherwise. Nice breakfast, nice front desk person, etc.

We stayed at this property in room 216 for a quick stop on our way to Nashville and checked in late. The room was extremely dirty and appeared to not of been cleaned. The bathroom door had black fingerprints on both sides, toilet had stains inside and a thick layer of dust on tank lid, microwave had dried up food on the inside and out, sink drain was broke, beds sucked, and our room smelled musty. Everything was either out of order or broke. Ice machine broke, orange juice dispenser at breakfast broke. I booked this hotel because of the 8.0 rating. I wouldn't give it a 1.0. I brought all these issues to the front desk manager but he didnt seem to care. He did credit my card $17 but I shouldn't of paid a dime to stay here! Don't stay here. There are other hotels in the area to choose from! 11/26/22 finally got a reply back. Your correct this is very disgusting to pay for a room like this! And not give a full refund!! Poor customer service to make this right for my family! And to tell us they were queen beds...more like full beds.....not upfront and honest with customers!

Stayed there a couple of times due to the convenient location. The rooms are not cleaned properly and always smelly. The manager, Spencer, always have an attitude like someone has done something to him. He doesn’t like to be “bothered” by guests. Feels like he doesn’t like to help at all. The machines are very old and cannot accept any application payment or card, so instead of helping you with that, he would send you to look for coins, and will walk away in your face. Unpleasant experience with him specifically, the entire staff are friendly.

Overall this was a decent hotel. I would return. My only complaint would be the breakfast could have been a little more fresh and the bed more comfortable, but over all very clean, friendly, welcoming, and quiet.

Very nice property. Our room was comfortable and appeared to have had recent upgrades,( ie. shower). The bath linens were very soft!!!! The bed was conformable. Breakfast was average, but good. Hotel is in good location for eating and shopping. Definitely worth staying on next trip👍😁. Only notable thing, TV remote was broken and had been taped.

Arrived from NC at 3:37am, for a room. The clerk was professional and friendly. Housekeeping honored my Do Not Disturb sign. Had no problem asking for towels for the three day stay. Exceptional experience. Thank you, Sleep Inn.

This is a decent hotel. Overall, it’s in good shape, but the carpet is old and stained. The first room we were given smelled like chlorine and the A/C was loud. The second room had a quiet A/C, but it had a stale perfume smell that never went away. We had two rooms booked and the other room was fine with no smells. Breakfast was good, but no biscuits and gravy. The location is safe, very quiet and near gas stations and many restaurants. The staff and manager are very friendly.

It was clean, and that was my main priority. If it wasn't for the price, about $175 per night, I'd stay here again. Breakfast was meh, but it's food. Free shampoo was garbage, and towels were the size of hand towels. Ended up getting a decent one when I asked room service. Beds were very comfortable, but they had very small pillows, though they were nice.

This was a very nice place to stay. A place needs to be perfect to get a 5, and this was still a nice place nonetheless. Reasonably priced for a nice comfy room. The hot breakfast was nice...not a large variety but still a nice way to start the day. I would stay here again whenever in town

The location was convenient to Louisville which was a plus. However, my room appeared to be partially clean, the carpet had not been vacuumed very well, and the refrigerator in the room did not work. We hung our towels up in the bathrooms to be used again but housekeeping collected the towels anyways and failed to give us clean ones. When we asked housekeeping for more towels an attitude was given. Lastly, the breakfast area is very small and gets overly crowded in there and they had limited food items with two hours of breakfast left. Don’t let the 8.6 out of 10 rating fool you.

The desk clerk spoke softly and when asked questions it seemed to irritate them. I realize I was staying here using my reward points, but they could have been more courteous. Some may find this comment vain, but they are supposed to recognize when you are a diamond member with Choice and they didn't. The room is clean. It has a spacious shower thanks to the way it is designed with a round end. It has the basic needs for an overnight bed.

The rooms here could use some updating, but because they kept everything so clean it wasn't a big deal. The only "issues" I found was the corner of the AC unit on the wall and one of the blinds was broke so it couldn't be moved. The breakfast was good and warm. Nothing spectacular to write home about, but you got what you paid for, per say. The breakfast workers were really nice. The female even let some track and field kids get food a little after 10 although that's what time breakfast was supposed to be over. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area. We never felt unsafe.

The overall stay was pretty good. Rooms were great for the price point and location wasn't too bad. But the main takeaway was that house keeping stole my brand new airpods which were still in the box. And they said they'd call if they'd found it, but to my surprise... they never "found" my airpods.

Check in was easy and attendant super nice. Room clean. Nearby Mexican restaurant recommended and was perfect. I was going to give five stars until the morning. Sign said breakfast 0600-0900. Many guests were in lobby area at 0600 so they could get on the road. Dining area had no lights on, coffee was not made. At 0610 the breakfast preparer walked in with two sleeping children. Should there not be a back up plan if the breakfast attendant does not show? Very frustrating. We ate somewhere else, so the money we saved by staying here was used to get coffee and meal☹️

Our room was clean but there was sooo much noise from the rooms above us and on either side of us that it was difficult to get any sleep. Additionally, our room was very near the laundry and someone was drying tennis shoes in the night. Very noisy. The bathroom is quite small and there is no place to sit anything in the shower other than a small soap dish. The fitness room was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The staff was very nice and helpful but I don't think I would stay here again.

One of THE best places I have EVER stayed!! My little therapy dog was welcomed. They treated her as well as they treated me, which means everything to me. I would have been unable to visit with my Michigan friends if it wasn't for dog friendly Sleep Inn. Spencer is AWESOME. And the staff is phenomenal!! I will absolutely ONLY stay here when I visit KY!🙌

The rooms were clean, but the rest of the hotel is in disrepair. The breakfast was extremely understocked and always out of something. We stayed here 11 days and their juice machine was never stocked, and rarely had syrup for the waffles. The on-site laundry was also in bad shape as the dryer did not get hot. If we hadn't booked a non refundable I would have left.

Nothing special, but ok for the price. Rooms are ok. Breakfast not the greatest. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean

YOU HAVE TO BE 21 TO RESERVE A ROOM. My husband and I booked a room through this hotel 3 nights prior to our arrival. We went to check in and were THEN informed that you had to be 21 to reserve a room. We reserved our room through Priceline and it had no indication of the age requirement, nor did our conformation email and the hotel check-in itself had nothing stating the policy. We also later checked on their "home website" (choicehotel) home page and it also did not state the policy. Wanted to put this out there in hopes no one else has to stumble across this. The hotel itself is nice, and thankfully in the end we were still able to get the room we reserved, but would like to see change in how this policy is publicized so that future potential customers don't have to go through it. This hotel is nice in price and cleanliness and we do hope to eventually use it's business again for any further trips.
