    This might honestly be the worst McDonald’s in the world. Too many times have I got food that has clearly sat there for who knows how long, and the heat lamp has turned the bun into an non edible disk. The orders are correct about 85% of the time, forcing you to dig through your order to make sure it’s correct. . I’ve avoided leaving a negative review, but this most recent time where we ordered 4 meals, all of which weren’t edible, I was left with no choice but to warn others. With several options in this area, avoid this location at all costs until they hire decent workers that can deliver a consistent product.

    Do not eat at this McDonald for dinner.. this staff is rude! The food is cold! They mess up on orders! They don’t even give you a total.. they’re just at the first window with their hand out! My French fries were cold and soggy.. it takes them forever to take an order.. the staff is mostly African guys that are rude and lazy! This used to be my favorite McDonald’s to eat at night.. I don’t know what has changed in the past month but it was never this bad! PLEASE SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! My kids got happy meals with no toys and cold food and I paid for it all! When you try to check your food before leaving they rush you to move out the way! Not to mention they get the order wrong. They never go by what’s on the receipt at all! Just lost a long time consumer! No one answers the phone when you call.. they can’t be that busy doing nothing !

    Apparently the employees here don't speak to the customers!!! I pulled up to the pay window and the employee just stuck his hand out without even telling me the amount. So I had to ask . And that's all I got was the amount due. No hi no nothing. Then I pull up to the next window my sandwich was handed to me out the window and done no hi , see ya.... NOTHING!!!

    This my 1st visit to a McDonald's in many years and would not have returned, but that's what my grandson wanted for lunch. I used to like getting their food; but, my my, how things have changed. The French fries were soggy and tasteless. I ordered grilled chicken chicken sandwich and received a breaded fried chicken sandwich, which was cold, with 2 tiny pickle slices that only cover 1/4 of the sandwich. I received a large coke when I ordered a large diet coke. My grandson didn't mind until we got home and he didn't get the toy that was supposed to come with it. He got 6 chicken nuggets and he didn't complain. My sandwich and fries were not edible. It really was zero star meal. Sad, so sad.

    This place is a full-on zoo. Management needed to babysit these kids!!! Good thing I checked my order before driving off...everything was on my order that was plain. They even took the time to slap the grill slip with my order on it. Had to go back in to the nonsense a 2nd time. The kid didn't apologize, nothing. Acted like it was MY fault. Kids in there laughing, shoving each other near oil & food. It's nothing but a party at 730pm on Sunday. Fix it, manager!!! Last time for me.

    I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I placed an online order, a lady said have your order number ready, we will be with you. Waited over 10 minutes, nothing. There was a ton of cars sitting waiting. I drove up to the drive thru window to just get my money back, there was nobody even in there at all. If they were, they weren't in the kitchen doing their job. Never got my money back either. Calling corporate tomorrow to just try to get reimbursed.

    Cold fries. Sat in line for 30 mins asked for light ice and it seems i purposely given extra ice as well as the carbonation being off in my drink.

    I order here alot on mobile app due to it being close to my job. I go for other employees as well I've been maybe 8-10 times only one time has the order been correct on night shift before 10 pm or after. Only once did I call back to get the food replaced they would not answer the phone for 15 mins then I had to ask 3 times to speak to a manager. With a receipt my order would not be fixed he act as if he couldn't understand English. I'm not saying that in a negative way it's straight facts. Very unprofessional and I haven't returned since. I've managed a McDonald's in southeast My for 5 years never would my boss allow this to happen especially repeatedly and with food and receipt needless to say my and my coworker now spend our money at taco bell or White Castle 🏰

    My daughter always I mean always gets 10 chicken nuggets an a large fry an the app let me say is just fabulous vibes on quit handy but the employees anymore are, not exactly rude well hold on some are extremely rude but there's no smile, have a nice day, how to see you again, choke on the last fry 😔 I mean nothing im surprised my food wasn't just thrown at me. I mean I total understand the business of a restaurant especially McDonald's but for me to tell the employee of a place that is supposed to know for a smile with hospitality to have a wonderful day an I getting nothing back but a drive thru window shutting in my face makes me kinda angry but my daughter's loves her some McDonald's especially the one on fern Creek on bardstown Rd. Always have hot Fry's the the lady that I think calls everyone baby, she has a Strong Latino accent really had my daughter's day day by just saying you're welcome, with a smile to have a good day an called her baby put a smile on her face

    Went through the Drive Thru about 10am. Could NOT understand the man at all. He could not get my order right. I kept telling him what I wanted and the confirmation Screen was wrong everytime. I finally pulled away and went inside to tell them that the man taking my order could not speak English and could not get my order correct. Only to find out that the lady at the cash register could not speak English and did not know what I was ordering. I finally went around the counter and pointed to their menu to show her what I wanted. When it came it was wrong. They finally got it right but their OJ tasted like orange water. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

    I wanted to order from a person and was approached 3 times from the same young lady with absolutely no eye contact, nor any kind of acknowledgement. 10 minutes later, I decided to order from the kiosk and waited 5 more minutes and then, I had my order with assistance from another customer and I was on my way. Don't lose touch with your customers, please!! Just seemed like no employee really cared if you were standing there or not!! Several looked at me and quickly looked away.

    Either shut this McDonald's down or fix it. This is the worst McDonald's in the entire area, fries aren't cooked all the way ,everything's cold. This is ridiculous. I can go down to the one off Hurstbourne and get hot fresh food,but it's not close to my house.

    I take a bit of my time to share my bad experience with the person who took my order. He is a shocking person, who does not do his job well.. Apart from listening to music, I did not take my order well when I got to the window I understood why

    Mcdonald's is mcdonald's but this mcdonald's is always out of something rather it be the fountain machines, the milkshakes or driving all the way there at 3am after placing a mobile order just to be told to cancel the order because they didn't have what I ordered. I'm not faulting anyone who works there it might not be they're fault 🤷 but what really makes no sense is the amount of staff they have behind the counter and cooking and still all the problems listed above? ehhh I rather go somewhere I can actually get my order. just saying 😂💭

    You know there's nothing like working an overnight shift and ordering on the app getting there 30 minutes before they switch over to breakfast and then getting told "yeah we're closed" mind you this location is open 24hrs I tell him "but you guys are open 24hrs" it takes him a minute and then he says "yeah we close for 1 hour to clean up" after which I just say okay and pull away and as I pull away I see someone at the window getting their order. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this location ever

    Order our food and ask for fresh fries. Fries that are not sating under the light because they are alway cold. But anyway, when I got home and got our food, the fries looked like they dipped them in grease, and they weren't done. Don't know about anybody else.I pay to have my food hot. And if I order fresh fries, I should get what I order. Not what they are trying to get rid of at my expense.

    My experience with this McDonald's was at first a three-star experience being the fact that they had forgotten to put items on my order in my bag. However they didn't give me any complication on fulfilling my order completely when I came back through the drive-thru line and explained what I was missing. Most McDonald's seem to have an attitude when you address the situation especially missing food or anything of that nature but I was surprised to see that the employee working the drive-thru line was very considerate to my needs and did not give me an attitude at all and I was very grateful for that. And the food actually ended up tasting better then most McDonald's so it overall was a good experience.

    There is nothing like ordering and not being given the total and instead being instructed to drive around for the total and not having an attendant at the window. The second window attend kept sticking his head out of the window, so after a couple of minutes, I pulled up. He asked if Noone was there and said he would check on what's going on. So, I paid him the ridiculous price for my unsweetened tea. Really? It's water and a tea bag; not sugar or carbonation, which has to cost more.

    Food and timing is alright since you can't expect much from a fast food chain. However, I asked for my receipt at the first window, where you are to recieve your change after payment, and was not given one. The guy who works the cash register told me that the receipt would be given with the food but it was yet to be seen. It would not make sense as to why the person giving you your meal would also give your receipt. You recieve your receipt when you pay for your food anywhere regardless. Also, if I am paying in cash, how would I know if I am receiving the right change? Once again, this is a fast food place and I don't expect much but the least you could do it offer the bare minimum service.

    Love the new frozen Blue Raspberry Fanta! And plus this place is so clean and aesthetically awesome! They don't have 2 for 6 all the time, but that's besides the point. Pretty good overall!

    Ordered through the mobile app and was charged, but there was an issue with the system and it wouldn’t process. The employee working refused to give me a refund or a contact number to get my money back. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Will never be back.

    Order two mcdoubles 1 large fry. They have 1 patty on each and frys are soggy. Try calling and they won't answer phone. How hard is it to count 1 patty 2 patty put it on a bun. Up date. They finally answered phone after 10 minutes. But of course "manager" barley speaks English and acts like he has no idea what you are saying. I am done with this place.

    This is typically the fastest drive thru in the city. I love that they are open 24/7 and they don't give you the "the machine is down" excuse when I order a frappe. Friendly staff on nights as well. Thank you.

    Staff was rude, rang up incorrect order then shut the window in my face before I could ask for receipt at the window. Once I pulled up to the next window to receive my food, it was wrong, (of course), and they would not correct my order because i did not pay for the correct meal which I originally asked for. I told staff that the previous worker rang up my meal incorrectly and I would happily pay for the additional food, they instead refused to help. Everytime I come to this location something is wrong with my meal, order, and staff are always rude.

    We go in after midnight. The burgers or fish are always hot. The French fries, even at that time of night, are super hot! The employees are friendly and our order is always correct. They definitely know how to keep the line moving and the food delicious! Our go-to after midnight, always!

    I only gave a star because I had too this stir has plenty of workers and is advertised as 24 hours and I rudely get told they are closed upon arrival to drive thru ...and its not just this one many of the employees at serval of these locations are doing this it's unacceptable. If u can't get ur employees to work you don't need them or need to update and change hrs of operation.I give this location a zero star rateing and will not return.too top of off all the employees r sitting in lobby around table doing absolutely nothing all on ther phones if management checks these reviews check the camera footage at 319am-322amand before 10/11/22

    A for effort I guess I have several issues with this McDonald's. I order here every day and I have seen several strange issues. First off the other day I had a lady working the register who looked at me and got red in the face and said I can't count. I didn't make a huge deal because she was very embarrassed I could tell. Now other than that I think the team is extremely friendly and I swear they work non stop or live there or something occasionally they take to long to get food or late at night they might be smokin and passed out but otherwise I like iy

    A week before I went back to this same McDonald's, there was a girl running the drive-thru who could not understand English but she could not speak it too well and could definitely not comprehend my order which was very simple, she came off saying something totally different on both of my visits, it dawned on me that the management does not care that this same person is working the drive-thru which makes it very difficult to place a simple order for a cheeseburger small fry and small drink, they did nothing to ensure that customers won't get frustrated with this person instead they left her there and so I left the drive-thru and I will not be ordering from them anymore since it's clear they do not put their customers first, what a poor business decision that is!

    Always fast service in drive thru and havent ever gotten my order wrong. There is a girl that works the speaker in the drive thru that is really rude (i havent heard her in a while so hopefully shes gone). Other than her this place would gotten 5 stars.

    The new frozen coca cola drinks are absolutely amazing, but after trying the minute maid varieties I was not as satisfied. Hopefully they will improve in the future.

    Very sufficient and good customer service. I was short to cover the full charge, but the cashier did not make it an issue. Got my food and my daughter was satisfied with her happy meal ☺️

    Placed an app order on Saturday at 11:40PM…… no one in the restaurant. Yet there were cars in the lot and called the store phone. I’m beyond upset due to spending $18 & not receiving my food. Will someone please reach out for a refund.
