I was in the fitting room and an older lady was managing it. While I was trying on clothes she was complaining to a white lady and saying “they” as in POC are leaving their clothes in the dressing room. Then I walk out and this black man was being very respectful to the lady and she looked at him crazy while he was talking and snatches the Clothes he puts on the rack immediately. This is the second time I’ve been here and saw an older lady (can’t remember if it’s the same one) talking and treating POC very disrespectfully. And the thing is she didn’t look white to me.

Really nice store with so many options. You can come for one item and end up getting other things. I do wish it was a little more organized but with the staffing shortage every where it’s understandable.

I purchased a bedspread for more than half of what I would have spent at any other store! I was also looking for a picture for my bathroom, but their selection was rather limited. I always enjoy shopping there.

This location is too busy to enjoy. You can never find parking and it's too crowded to enjoy your shopping experience. Everything is always picked over and I very rarely leave with what I went for. I've been multiple times on different days and different times and it's always the same way. Last time I was there some lady literally pushed me out of the way to get a clearance item she wanted on a majorly crowded aisle. They always have a long check out line but that does go really fast because they do staff their registers well.

They have a very good selection of clothes for the whole family and home goods same store you can find a-lot of beautiful things

I normally wouldn't deduct a star for for a place being hectic and packed. I didn't help by going during a pandemic, but I really surprised by the sheer number of customers on a midday. They need some help managing those numbers. Other than that, they had plenty of merchandise. Parking is an issue, which makes sense, with the crowd. Prices for men's clothing were fair, but the inventory was low. But, given the crowd, some of it was to be expected. However, the whole area looked neglected compared to other parts of the store. The store brand is easily one of my favorites, but this location can do better and will, of that I am positive.

The combination of both these stores in one location is a dream. Store IS HUGE, selection constantly changes. The great majority of clothing is top brands at great prices. There are also many off brands which are actually made by the Big Names specifically for Marshall's, TJ Maxx ,(eg; Denim and Flower) so it's still high quality goods. I almost always find something there.

Great deals, always. The store is clean & the associates are friendly. They have everything down perfectly, as in if you see a giant line, don't worry. It always moves quickly.

It is beautiful, clean, comfortable. There are many choices of good clothes, things for the home. My wife love T.J. Max has very nice Kitchen items and decorations.

If you have toddler boys or younger do not shop here there is nothing for you the store is set up for little girls and women there was only one rack for boys in the entire store. If I could give a lower rating I would it is getting very frustrating trying to find clothes for my grandson.

Great prices however a couple employees and managers are racist. They assumed I was stealing because of what I look like and I was taking too long in the clearance aisle. I am a reseller and have to check pricing on several platforms so it takes a little longer shopping. One employee stayed in the aisle with me while the other was on the one next to me. I over heard the manager speaking as I walked away on the devices talking informing others that I was approaching the front to check out. While they were too busy watching me, an older white lady ran out the door with a cart full and they missed her. They clearly was watching the wrong person. I recommend this store if you want great prices but don’t mind being the prejudice.

Love this store. However, because I love it, as many others in The Louisville region. It is often too full or too many people to enjoy the shopping experience. Louisville needs a second HomeGoods.

It is one of the biggest tjmaxx locations and seems to have great stock and options. But be prepared to wait in line. It is usually pretty backed up when I go, but they commonly have several registers open at once and do an okay job of not having you wait too long.

Awesome store, awful parking lot. Got some amazing things from the store, then came back outside to carts pushed into my car. No places to put carts outside so people just put them anywhere they want

I haven't been in this store in a long time and I probably won't again. Overall, it's not bad. The store was clean, fairly well laid out until you get towards the back where the shelves are with like pet items, frames, cookware and such. I am disabled and it was literally impossible to navigate. I spent more time fighting to get around to shop, plus the throngs of rude and oblivious people who acted like it was an Easter Morning egg hunt. I don't blame the store for the people, but I do for the lack of navigatable space. Then the check out. Geeze, you line up like cattle until you hear this automated message telling you what register to go to. Thankfully, my hearing still works or I might be still waiting.

Wanted to try on a dress and the lady was really rude. I didn’t see her sign behind all the carts and mess everywhere. The dressing rooms are dirty and the smell is so disgusting I had to run out.

Nice and organized store. Customer service was great. They really kept the line moving fast too. Great selection of everything I needed.

I can't stand this location. This place is worse than the hectic atmosphere at Costco. It's always busy, no matter the day or time, there's no parking available and it's impossible to navigate the store with a cart because the aisles are skinny and everyone just leaves their cart. So stressful coming here

I come here to find quality items for anything from beauty products to fragrances to clothing,handbags, and home decor to spices. Every time I come, I know I'll find something different, nice at good price. The store is nice clean and the staff are curtious.

I went to TJ Max on Black Friday but there were really no discounts, I felt it was a fraud! But nevertheless I bought a blouse and a nice bag.

During my last visit, I was charged twice for an item due to the cashier double-scanning the item. When I went in for a refund the next morning I was told that I'd have to wait for someone to come in and review the security cameras and that I'd have to come back later to get my refund. This is a lot of hassle when I don't live near the store and it's always crowded and hard to get in and out of. Be warned that their cashier's don't pay close attention when scanning and you will be treated like a thief when they make a mistake. It's unfortunate because I like to shop here but this is obsurd.

Great selection and typically very clean! Love that they rotate the store and try to give shoppers more space (widened aisles for the holidays). Always busy!

You will find what your looking for and much more. Good quality items! Prices were about 15$ more than average d/t holidays. Great place to walk around and window shop!

I won’t give a 1 star either. I got a shirt from from them and it didn’t fit so I went back to the store with the receipt and tag. They said the shirt has been worn and smells like deodorant. I don’t think so that’s a valid reason to be at because that shirt might have worn many times in the dressing room and the smell stayed on it.

It's a great place to shop. They have a huge selection of name brand clothing from designers like Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Karl Lagerfeld, Kenneth Cole, Levi's, Calvin Klein and more. They also have furniture and decor for the home. They carry sunglasses, watches and jewelry too.

This place is a grown woman's Disneyland:-). Everything you could think of related to clothing, shoes, bags, beauty products, home decor, jewelry and the list goes on, can be found here. The cashiers are fast and there is always someone willing to help if you have any questions.

My wife loves this place. She is big fan and based on the items , brand and price I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy clothes, home decor items, kitchen items, outdoor items etc. They have good collection in terms of bags, clothes and home decor. Few things are overly priced though. You have to keep looking for what you wanna buy.
