I love staying here every time we're in Louisville. The location is great. Walk to the mall and they're building a Top Golf. The free hot breakfast is always good, the cocktail receptions, the facilities, etc. If things break down staff bends over backwards to fix it. Terry is always helpful and friendly, literally all the time. Brittany is an absolute sweetheart always happy to help with a smile. You will not regret staying here!

Great Hotel, Friendly Staff. Enjoyed a stay at this location on recent business trip to Louisville. Great workspace and Technology = Internet, Phone, TV services all worked great. Friendly service from check-in to check-out. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location, service is poor. Breakfast they include is sub par at best and the staff is not friendly. Room was clean, but shower in one bedroom leaks on to floor.

Great place to stay! Huge fire pit to sit around while enjoying your two free beers at happy hour. The rooms are quite large and the beds and pillows are phenomenal! Great customer service! The only place you need to stay if you are in the Louisville area!

It’s honestly the best hotel in the area. Great location, amazing staff that will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, good food, clean room, updated kitchenette and bathrooms. Oh and smart TVs, solid internet, and larger than average hotel gym is a added bonus.

Always a fantastic stay!! The room is always very clean and supplied with everything one would need for their stay! Staff are always pleasant and willing to do anything for you. Breakfast is amazing every morning and fresh and not just a continental breakfast like other places. And also if you are so lucky to be assisted by Brittany E. she is the very definition of southern hospitality. Always willing to offer help deciding on a place to eat or things to do while on your stay. We have stayed twice and every time is the best experience we've had and encourage you to treat yourself to this amazing place!!

Just great. I love the layout of the rooms and all the staff were great. I missed breakfast by 10 minutes and Victor and Maria were nice enough to give me some eggs and orange juice. Excellent hotel in a very convenient location.

Loved this hotel. Nice rooms, could have been a little bigger for a suite. Great breakfast, nice pool very secluded off the highway. Close to the mall and restaurants. Just make sure If you pay ahead of time the don’t double charge. They did to me but fixed the problem with no issue.

The staff at the Residence Inn has been super helpful and extremely friendly during my stay. Everyone at the front desk and the manager are always warmly welcoming to both me and our company. From encounters I have seen at the front desk, the staff goes above and beyond for all of their guests. The breakfast / dinner staff has also been more than generous and sweet to not only people from our company but every guest. They have been greatly accommodating and considerate regarding our company's bookings and meetings go. The location of this Residence Inn has honestly been one of our favorite parts since it's close to so many restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms are also amazing, they are extremely clean and well put together.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The staff is top knotch and so vested in making your stay as amazing as possible. I stay here every time that I visit Louisville.

My brother was getting married so the wedding party party all stayed there on Saturday night after wedding we were all in the lobby till really late and could not of ask for a better front desk agent. Angela was so kind.so helpful. Just in general a great worker. Never once did we ask for something and it was not full filled. She went over and beyond for us. Its a great hotel. Not many places you can get the service that Angela provited for us ..

Stopped by here in the middle of my trip. This is a really good hotel. The staff was friendly and my room was ready early. The room was clean and big. The breakfast had a decent selection. I would recommend stopping by here if you are in the area.

This has been the absolute best hotel experience I've ever had and I've spent a lot of time in them. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. Hotel is very clean. The best is that they don't make us smokers feel like second class citizens!!! They have lots of outdoor space with plenty of ashtrays! I cannot stand it when a hotel says I can't smoke in my room but doesn't offer me a place to put my cigarettes outside. I try my very best to be a respectable smoker but if you don't give me an ashtray on your grounds they go. Not Residence in!! They have thought of everything! Even basketball and Cornhole. Will definitely be my go to hotel from now on.

Room is clean and look new! The front desk is very helpful. And extra point that they have basketball court ,indoor heated pool to keep my kids busy while we are staying here.
