Every time I go, this place gets worse. If it weren't for the gas points and the fact that it's across the street I would never come here. I'm typing this while standing in line for 15n minutes to buy one thing because they always only have 4 of the 14 self check out lanes open. I'm sure it has to do with staffing issues, but im sure kroger isn't offering enough money

Krogers are generally the worst stores in town. The highest prices and the least amount of time open (which seems to change weekly). This store is the worst of the worst. All managers should be fired. Last time I was there, there were no carts inside either entrance. I had to wait 20 people back in a checkout line. When I left an hour later there were STILL no carts inside either entrance. That's a sad thing to make a disabled person go hunting in the parking lot on a 100 degree day.

I bought a visa gift card for a family member. When they tried to use it the card wouldn’t go through. We called the Visa card company, they said it wasn’t activated and to call the merchant where we purchased it from. Merchant was Kroger’s on Brownsboro Rd store # 00224. I have my receipt which shows the Visa card number as well as the Visa card. It’s a match but not activated by the store. I called the store manager “Jennifer” She explained that she would take care of it just drop in. Easy fix, right? I stopped in a few days later with my documentation and she isn’t there. However, another manager is there, Erik. He doesn’t really know how to handle the issue so he calls his boss , Jennifer. So, Erik comes back to me and tells me that Jennifer doesn’t recall the 10 minute conversation that she had with me a few days ago. I was basically told that they really didn’t have anything to do with this visa gift card company. But, yet Kroger’s sells Visa cards there and they had no problem with taking my $100.00 to buy it. I asked them to activate it( I have receipts).. no, can’t do that, I asked for a replacement card... no, can’t do that and I even asked them for a Kroger credit.. no, can’t do that. Moral of the story, do not buy your gift cards from Kroger’s thinking that it’s the best place because of double fuel points and don’t count on a wonderful customer experience where you think that they are going to resolve their issue. It’s not happening here. Nothing worse than management not taking responsibility for their errors and employees mistakes.

The cashier did one hell of job scanning and bagging my groceries. My biggest issue was the store being understaffed. After a long day at work, I should not have to bag my own groceries. As well, the cashier should not be overworked. Management needs to schedule baggers and stop overworking employees (specifically cashiers). As a lifelong kroger customer and former employee, I have greater expectations for service. Fern creek kroger, please do better. Value your employees and schedule accordingly. No excuses.

I was here two days ago and had to get some produce for dinner that night. Anytime I have passed through this location, I’ve never been disappointed. The produce at this location is always great. The level of customer service is great as well. The store is always stocked.

Done with Kroger period, and I have been a Kroger Fern Creek customer for 25 years. They are a despicable, cowardly, woke company. I look forward to the day they really suffer $$$ wise and start losing serious market share. I now go to Meijers...and love it. First and foremost, because I don't have to leave work at 9:30pm, rush to Kroger, get there at 9:45pm, and rush through the store like a maniac as I get yelled at with constant reminders that they close at 10pm....and let me tell you, they really want you out of there lol. At 9:59pm they literally announce "you have 60 seconds to come to the checkout". It's rude as can be...and just disrespectful to the people giving the company way too much money for groceries. Zero excuse to not be open till at least midnight, Kroger tell us why? Also they never have what I need. So enjoyable shopping at Meijers, taking my time(open till midnight...gasp what a crazy idea) and they have everything I need. Oh and woke Kroger, in March 2022, has STILL not brought back the small carry totes, for those trips when you don't need a full size cart. Why not..oh let me guess, cuz cuz the Covid. Same excuse they use for closing at 10pm. Garbage company, good riddance.

Blonde women by the name of Karen sighed an walked away from me when I very nicely said “excuse me” she wasn’t doing ANYTHING. I said “excuse me where is the restroom” purposely walks away and ignores me. So I took the hint and asked another employee. Also just ignored me, this is absolutely the rudest Kroger I’ve ever been too, I’ll gladly drive out of my way for aldis, where they answer you questions and concerns. All I needed was the bathroom, ridiculous.

This is the worst Kroger I have shopped at. Issues I’ve has. Using Kroger pay I have had a cashier at self checkout tell me I had to pay grabbed my cart I showed he my receipt and she held me there looking at the register then let me go. Then I tried to buy cigarettes in the liquor store. The guy handed me the pack then tried to scan my payment method but failed the first time looked at me asked where’s the pack I said right here. Then he told me to give it back instead of trying to scan my payment again told me I can’t leave till I paid. Well duh!!! I jumped out of his line to the next on had no issue, I have experienced staff talking about customers to staff and customers as well. They did it to me today. I go in there to get what I need and that’s it. I can take my money elsewhere and I most likely will. I spend a lot of money at Kroger every month at this Kroger but I can take it to Walmart.

Great location huge produce dept.lots of variety in the deli dept .....

Convenient as well as helpful within customer service if or when asking for assistance for accidentally purchasing the wrong product.

I used the quick self check out. An employee I've encountered was nice.

Service was fair. Tube lady at the customer service desk was get nice and extremely helpful.

Purchased a money order at this store and tried to return to get my money back once I realized I didn't need it and wasn't able to. I had my receipt and the top and bottom part to the money order and still they wouldn't take it back.

This Kroger is pretty busy most of the time. Alot of drive thru traffic but this shopping area is usually crowded.

I always liked Kroger's, but I'm new to this area. I bought a watermelon and a cantaloupe and they were both bad.

Filled out survey for shopping on 6/12/2023 and was told could not apply fuel points because less than 7 days. Last survey 6/5/2023.

Closing too early every night is unacceptable. Is Kroger apart of the CCP? Don’t worry I’m writing reviews for all retail and grocery stores!

The online shopping was a nightmare.U all should be firing who ever is managing that dept.

Conner at the bakery was super sweet to my son. My son was a little restless and Conner gave him a Spider-Man ring. That cheered my son right up and made my shopping experience so much easier.

After giving up wasting 45 minutes at Walmart went next door to Kroger. Omg. What a difference. In and out. Self checkout machines work. No problems. Why do I keep going to Walmart? Seriously, I'm not fond of torture.
