Property was clean and had a great location. Close to food shopping and local convenience. The lobby said you some updating. The hot breakfast in the morning was good. The convenience of having a microwave of in in for fridge would be great for people staying longer than a couple of the days. Over all good for the value.

I have stayed at many extended-stay hotels, and this is the first one that has made me feel welcomed, cared about, and safe. This was due to the front desk agents being knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly; the cleanliness of the grounds and building; the amenities; and the surrounding environment of the property in general. At check-in, I was even given a recommendation about a close-by vegan restaurant, when I mentioned I probably could not eat much of the dinners provided M-Thursdays. My room was exceptionally clean, and well-stocked. Traveling with my cat, I always need extra towels for her stay, and the desk was happy to give me the extra as soon as I checked in, and...with a smile. The hot water was hot, and the shower pressure was good. Bed and pillows were very soft and cozy, with clean-smelling and soft linens. The room smelled very fresh - no lingering odors of cooking smells. Hallway doors did not slam, when shut by other guests. (I get very weary of that when traveling.) Breakfast/dinner area is stocked with meal supplies and all condiments, that are accessible to guests 24 hours. The eating area extends to a living-type area with couches, computers and a large screen TV. Location of hotel is in a very safe environment, with many shopping, restaurant, and green areas nearby. The only negative is the guest in the parking lot who blared their truck boom-box late at night for about 15 minutes. My first experience at a Hawthorn Suites, was a very positive one, and I will look to book at another, when I travel in the future.

Great stay for the weekend. Don’t stay in room #224 though. All you’ll hear is a ring from the new boiler they got. We switched rooms and didn’t have a problem afterwards. A bit disappointing for the advertised breakfast. There’s no protein except for some eggs. Everything else is just carbohydrates. Otherwise it’d be five stars. Excellent price.

Decent hotel. I probably won’t be staying here again with all the other options around, but it’s good for the price. Pros: • Clean • Comfy bed • Courteous staff • Spacious room with a desk to work • COVID-friendly breakfast which included breakfast bars, donuts, fruit, etc. Cons: • Walls are paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbors did. • Our bathroom sink was gross and smelled bad because overflow hole was moldy. • The second floor (including our room) smelled a little like smoke. • WiFi is free, but slow (only ~5mbps). I don’t know if it would be reliable enough to work a full day on.

Overall it was a great stay. Great location and amenities. Mattress was a little firm for my taste but not terrible. Walls are a little thin and we could hear someone in the next room snoring off and on throughout the night which wasn't ideal. Also found a couple hairs that weren't cleaned up from the previous guests but nothing to get upset about it. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out process. Would recommend if you're in the area.

This place was accommodating to myself and my cat when a nearby "pet friendly" hotel refused us because my pet wasn't a dog. The price with the flash sale from the website was better for a hotel with an extra star. The room was clean and well equipped for my one day stay, as well as extended stays. The kitchenette would be convenient for anyone who wants to cook for themselves. The surrounding restaurants are plentiful even though they mostly close by 9 on Sundays. Breakfast was nice little addition.

Staff is extremely friendly. They offer breakfast and dinner and it’s actually pretty good. Room size is decent and they are a pet friendly hotel without the pet friendly smell. Decent price for the amenities offered. Nice location right off the interstate. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Our room smelled like an Indian restaurant. I like Indian food, and I realize the smell is probably hard to remove, but the maid should have quarantined that room. The bathroom was clean. The heater / air conditioner was very loud, and created quite a tsunami on the bed. I guess overall it is a typical budget priced Motel. The place could use a remodel. They do keep the grounds very clean, there was an ashtray outdoors by the entry door near our room that got emptied twice in the one day we were there; and even though it was quite cold out, the maids were out with their sweepers cleaning the parking lot. They have an electric car charging station that uses up two very valuable parking places and I bet it's never been used for its intended purpose, I wish corporations would realize if you have an electric car you don't need what is essentially handicap parking, in fact you probably appreciate physical fitness and wouldn't mind parking at the end of the lot. I guess this would create a wiring problem, though.

I did a quick overnight stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice and I didnt have any issues during my stay. I will add that I chose this hotel based on the reviews claiming they had very comfortable beds. Maybe I got a room that didn't have one of these "comfortable beds" yet because my bed was very UNCOMFORTABLE and squeaky.

The room was really nice and spacious, and the mini kitchen really added convenience for storing our food from the car. If our stay was longer we would have definitely made some meals! The only downside to our room was one side of the bed was practically up against the wall. Making it really hard to get into bed from that side. Overall our stay was great, the staff was really friendly, and a added bonus is you get to meet doggo's in the hallway, because it's pet friendly!

The hotel was very clean and was just newly renovated. The rooms where clean as well. The only thing was the bed is kind of firm. Breakfast was good, and guess what!! they also feed you dinner Monday through Friday, 5 to 7. You can not get better than that. The two women that cleaned our room, Brittany and Meesha were GREAT! Thanks ladies for taking such good care of us. I would stay again.

Clean rooms and hotel property, overall quiet location, just a step from great food and services, staff tend to take their jobs very seriously and address issues if any arise. Rooms come with a kitchenette which even includes pots and pans, silverware, etc. (The hotel even provides an ironing board and iron in each closet!) Although I’m not a breakfast person the hotel provides a nice breakfast as well.

I have no complaints in any area or department, I am impressed with my entire stay. My suite was set up like a 1 bdrm apartment with kitchen. Living room and full size bathroom. The price for the week was under $400/wk which covered the room, a hot breakfast everyday and also a large n hot dinner Mon thru Thurs. Plus they were pet-friendly to my 50+ lbs hound dog. Everyone of the staff members were all very warm, friendly and helpful also. My only thing I wish they had was a pool, if they had had a pool, they would be the perfect hotel in my eyes! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future also!
