Stayed here for 2 nights. Pros: location is convenient and felt safe, price, breakfast was great, bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, staff was very nice. Cons: pool was closed, coke machine out of order, musty smell at first in the hallway but it dissipated quickly. All in all I would recommend for the price.

Great experience and the rooms were very clean and well kept. Our only complaint was they should update their website that their pool is under construction because that was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Otherwise a great experience.

Remodeling is currently going on during my stay , which sux because the pool n hot tub was closed to guests , despite it being in perfect working condition!! Besides that my TV doesn't work when u want it too only when it wants too come on n off all on its own ,had to unplug it to get rest lol....rooms r very clean and I can't wait to come bak to this hotel when it's completely finished!!

Enclosed pool ares cold, pool to cold to enjoy, hottub luke warm. Controls for hot tub all the way across pool area, not even close to got tub. Accessible lift for hottub does not work.

The room was nice and clean. THEY REALLY WERE NOT " CUSTOMER FIRST" COMPANY There was three big events going on in town and they shocked it to all the visitors coming to town. The price was way ridicules to high. This Comfort hotel should had been a little bit better than those around them. We had to walk to back door to get in. The front entrance was closed because someone ran into the structure of the building. Of course all the parking in back was first taken. One guest even parked in the walkway to the door. People used handicap parking that where not handicap sticker on cars. ( Did hotel check) ??? When we call to make the reservation 3 months ago, they informed us of the front entrance. Why so long to get it fixed.

Lied on their room posting, then refused to refund me when the room wasn't what was quoted, ruined my romantic night. After reading other reviews, it appears they are running a scam for the hot tub room.

This place was ok. Pool is freezing and hot tub is barely warm. Rust is all over the pipes in the pool area (not healthy). Curtain didn't close all the way in our room. There were white dripping stains on the bedding, pretty gross. Wrappers and toys left under the sofa and microwave. Not very clean.

Came down to Kentucky from Virginia for a mother-daughter weekend. Room was nice and clean. Lots of breakfast items and a little store for necessities. However. It would have been nice to know that the hot tub was under maintenance. I had changed my reservation from one hotel to this one specifically so we could enjoy the hot tub. I checked twice on the hotels site and nothing was ever mentioned about the hot tub being out of commission.

I am a Choice Platinum member and this has been the worst experience that I've had. The curtains in the room are shredded and the bed is dirty, has all type of hairs and other dirt in it. Asked for clean sheets and the Front desk clerk says he does have keys to the laundry room and that the employee who has the keys won't be in til 8 am. I'm am tired but I am leaving.

Horrible service. Refrigerator in room broken. Breakfast was cold. Unable to use pool when I wanted. Good luck getting someone to respond to a call or front desk. Do NOT waste your money. Checked out early because it was that bad.

Hotel is undergoing major renovation, so things are a bit rough in the lobby and for access into the building. -1 star for failing to notify guests of the heavy construction however I'm happy to see it being done. I was a little annoyed by the emails this location sends to customers basically implying that we are terrible people if we don't give a 5 star review as it will affect their staff bonus. Take care of your own staff, or maybe just give them bonus out of pocket since you are the one causing issues for them. Either way, it's kind of rude and dishonest how the email was worded. Everything was clean in the room, with no other issues, so overall the stay was acceptable.

This place is CLEAN! The staff was very friendly. It's located close to I-64, but hidden behind a gas station. The room itself had lamp shades that needed to be replaced, a picture on the wall that was crooked, and carpet with exposed staples along the wall. The bed was comfortable. The location is under renovation; this was not explicitly stated on the site when I booked the room. According to a "please don't rate us poorly" email after my stay, the location had an "accident" and is working with insurance to repair the facility. The email also says the "Info and Policies" section of the website states that the location is being renovated. In other words, the fact that their facility is under renovation is buried in the "fine print." A "please excuse our dust" message would be more honest prior to booking. Or, an email regarding the renovation after booking would be helpful with the option to cancel at no charge if the guest is not comfortable staying in a location that is under (re)construction.

This is rated at 3 star which it definitely is not, it's a 2 star for sure. Has not been refurbished over the years, very poor furniture in the lobby area and breakfast area, room left a lot to be desired, very poor mattress, they used deep pocket sheets on a normal size king mattress and the mattress pad was not attached to the mattress......this causes the sheets to bunch up is one tosses turns throughout the night. I recommend one pass on this and find another hotel.

When I arrived I wasn't even sure the hotel was open for business. There was no sign, the front entrance was closed due to damage. As you go around the building, the stucco was damaged and falling of the building. Pool was also closed for repairs. 5/24/22 I want to add to my initial review. I gave a 3 star review because the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and courteous. I failed to state that the first time. I can understand that repairs are needed but the combination of damage at the front and side of the building and then no sign at all is simply not an inviting situation.

Haven’t even made it into the room yet…check in is at 3:00…fine…but when I show up at 2:00 to ask if there is any possibility of getting an early check in and your response “no because we have no rooms available”(add condescending tone), I know you are lying. Out of 200+ rooms, you are going to clean them all in 60 min? How about just be pleasant and tell the truth.

Obviously water damaged bathroom ceiling and walls. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling from the water damage. Their front entrance was closed for repairs. Their pool was closed for repairs. There was a large brown stain on the sheets. Paint chipping off things. They don't seem to care at all.

Solid budget hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of room. Good hot breakfast. I may have finally found a decent Louisville budget hotel.

We were a little disappointed about many things being under renovation after how many months now? The receptionist was a tad rude when asked if they had roll away beds. But comfortable beds. Near food and gas stations.

This is a typical budget hotel but unfortunately it was very dated, drab and just felt worn. The staff was friendly during check-in. Room was clean but not spectacular. The pool and main entrance was still closed for what was told to be a remodel. From other reviews it appears the remolding has been a very long process. All parking is in the back of the lot and you must enter/exit through the back entrance due to the remodeling. The 1 night stay was ok but in general the feel of the entire hotel was dated, worn down, dark and drab. It certainly needs the remodel to finish soon and for the entire facility. One perk was the location was very close to fastfood, convince stores and the highway.

This is one of those places that need some serious TLC or needs to be torn down and started over. I normally choose Choice Hotels but this one shouldn't be allowed to be a part of Choice. Rooms are horrible. The smell of old cigarettes and pot reeked so bad it's in my clothing. The only good thing were the beds were halfway comfortable. Will not recommend.

We were very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. The indoor pool that we wanted was unavailable due to remodeling. Parking was atrocious and the free breakfast was cold and did not have juice available due to the dispenser being broken. As for the accomodations the room was comfortable but housekeeping only provided clean towels and emptied the trash but does not make the beds or vaccume. We usually make Comfort Suites our home when we are away from home but this experience was way below what we have been used to.

Little inconvenient on this trip. The front entrance was blocked if so had to go around to the back to get in. construction project in the works. No problem with the room. It was comfortable and seemed to be clean. I would suggest the cleaning staff put the trash bags in the trash cans instead of having the guest make up the trash cans.

Stained sheets...switched rooms and still had stains but we put towels over the sheets because we didn't want to change again. 2 tics on the floor Air/room felt wet/damp/moist Breakfast was lacking, no scramble eggs, no tongs so people were using hands for bagels and pastries Wifi was good though Would never stay again. Would not recommend Not even worth 50 bucks
