This place gets a bad reputation sometimes, but my experience has always been good. Terry has always been helpful, nice, and respectful. I've never once seen any type of bug at this location. While somewhat dated it's always very clean. That's why I keep coming back. Don't ever let anyone else fool you able this place. They do absolutely everything they can do to make it a great stay and as affordable as possible!

Horrible. Reserved a queen bed. Got a full size. But was told their logic makes it a queen. Curtains don't work right. Carpet sticky. Tub doesn't drain. Cigarette burns and crack pipe burns everywhere. Floor tile in bath tore up. Writing on walls. Layers of paint pealing off. TV mount at ceiling level. Poor lighting.

Friendly service. Very nice size room for cheap. Had a huge bed, couch, refrigerator, microwave, desk and the other things that should be there. Carpet felt disgusting u cannot walk without shoes. Questionable area and people just roaming around. A man was staring and moving closer as I stood outside I had to go inside then had to shut the blinds because he stood in the parking lot staring through my window and eventually he was sitting on sidewalk beside my room. When he finally started roaming again I walked back out and he walked toward me. As I left he left. Nice place for good price but watch your surroundings.

The guy working there was very good in managing and handling things/concerns. Good customer service!! The amenities provided at Red Carpet Inn is good, but more priority needs to be given to the cleanliness. Apart from bed bugs, didn't have any other complaints.

The front desk was EXTREMELY rude. He threatened me, screamed and cursed. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet. The house keepers were all dopes up. It's ok for a cheap place for a night but not suitable for children

My room was filthy. In the sink it looked like chewed up food was spit in it. I turned on the light and it fell completely down. The tiles on the ground were missing chunks. The whole room reeked of a smell. The ceilings appeared to have mold growing from them. Everything about this was terrible.

A friend and I stayed here while attending a local concert last month, appreciating the value in terms of price. We found that the location was excellent as well, with plenty of shopping and dining options close nearby. Unfortunately, we got terrible sleep during our stay due to some of the long-term residents of the hotel who seem to thrive in the wee hours of the night, yelling and such, even after the local police showed up. We were put in a room not only by the longterm rooms, but also directly by the stairs, so I do wonder if the entire Inn has guests like this scattered, or if the Inn considered separating guests (short and long term) to the greatest extent possible. We leveled with the front staff about the issue, asking for some kind of refund (full or at least partial), and were told that we had paid for the room and everything that occurs outside that door is outside the allowed expectation of our patronage. That sort of rubbed us the wrong way, to say that we paid for the room and we were supposed to just deal with anything that happens outside. All that to say, stay for the location and price but hopefully you get a good room location or can sleep heavier than we could.

Definitely not 5⭐ but I've seen a lot worse places. The employees are all friendly, rooms are a bit outdated but clean, haven't seen bed bugs but have seen roaches. They are remodeling as they can ~ haven't seen a remodeled room yet but any upgrade is just that ~ an upgrade

The reason why this is only getting one star for overall performance at room is only 1 star service is only 1 star and locations. Only one star, no consider thi. I'm expected a whole lot more from East end Red Roof Inn to be top-notch top of the line best red roof in there was. Unfortunately, the TV was bigger than the bed was and we were nervous to even get on top of it. As well as the carpet was absolutely disgusting. We couldn't even really lock our door so I was very nervous about that. There's a lot of diversity in this area and it's the Eastern so I was very disappointed in the quality of everything. About this place I mean it was disgusting on the outside. It was disgusting on the inside. And there needs to be a manager put in place supervisor whatever to make this place alive again. Otherwise it's just kind of they're gonna run into the dark into the dirt

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wish I could give 0-star review. This place was extremely horrible and ridiculously overpriced. Everything was disgusting and beyond repair. They should have felt ashamed for charging people money to stay at this biohazard place like this. The reception didn’t seem to know what she was doing either. The worst experience ever!

Front desk lady was lovely. Also, Stupidly put room keys next to my phone and they deactivated. While my husband was getting new keys the housekeeper saw me waiting by the door and let me in the room so I didn't have to wait

Despite how I feel. I use hotels/motels regularly and I must say for the price they are asking you really can't complain..The (NO BUG) Factor was what did it for me..Everytime I have stayed at this location I've seen no bugs in my room and super hot water. Not to mention the location..WOW...Needless to say for the price. Count on the RED CARPET INN getting my money. Progression for this place is in the works so expect nothing but greatness in the years to come..GOOD JOB GUYS.. KEEP IT UP..

First off I just wanna say the front desk guys Keenan and Sai were amazing they worked with me on the rate amd that’s something you don’t get anywhere! Thanks guys!!!! The rooms are a little out of date but the bed was soft there is a fridge and microwave in the room which was a bonus so I could actually go buy food to make and store it properly. The bed was soft and it was very comfortable. Shower was hot and the towels were clean. If you need a reasonable priced hotel with no thrills this is worth it. Again thanks 🙏

It was the place to go if you're trying to save money and still be in Louisville! Right next to Malibu Jack's and 8 mins from downtown! We had absolutely no problems. Very friendly and all the staff were helpful. Thanks for the good vibes.

Couldn't even sleep. crackheads roam the parking lot at night looking for something to steal. I had one come up to me that has been walking the parking lot for hours with a trash bag full of stuff yelling yo all night and I told him to get lost. Caused more problems.

Crummy motel room, affordable with really nice staff. The rooms aren't the best but they're a place to shower and sleep. The tub didn't drain but management said they were going to handle it. Honestly if you have something to do in Louisville this place isn't the worst. It's close to Starbucks and a bunch of restaurants and like I said it's affordable and the staff was amazing.

Well we have been here a few weeks and we started to have trouble with our key cards. So every single time we left we had to go get the person from the office to let us back in. Well this morning the man in the office wasn't happy to see me even though it's not my fault the equipment doesn't work properly. I was flabbergasted by the way I was treated. I work in customer service and I WOULD NEVER EVER take this approach. I'm going to attach the video of the incident to this

The desk service that actually books rooms booked us for a double bed for an entire week, yet only had a double for part of the week. Only had a working TV for 3 of 7 days. And the management here will straight up lie to you. Customer service will send you in circles. Better to just avoid this place alogether.

Sai and Stacy were both extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak with. Sai was respectful and knowledgeable, with many tips and suggestions about the surrounding area. Stacy actually checked us in(we arrived during their shift change, so we were lucky enough to meet both individuals during our 3pm checkin) and was a absolute delight to chat with. She was very thorough, making sure to ask which of the three buildings we preferred on the property. She even gave us some much appreciated info regarding which of the rooms were equipped with their new smart TVs and extremely comfortable pillow top beds. Overall meeting these two employees was the highlight of our stay and the main reason we decided to book all of our future stays at the Louisville Red Carpet Inn!

Has a lot of potential. Estimated 9k weekly based on all their rooms at capacity, I think it can really be a nice hotel with a little work.

First place we stopped and with no hassle and no hidden fees, we had room key cards in hand and were in the room in no time. Keenan at the front desk made it so smooth and easy for us, he deserves 2 really big thumbs up for professionalism and excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend this place if you're on a small budget.the convenience holds its value

I just recently stayed there and was ate up with bed bugs. Do not waste your money. The lights didn’t work. The water that fills the toilet kept shutting off and the floor was wet and smelled of mildew. I have requested a refund and will take it as high up the chain as I need to this is disgusting and so disappointing. Waste of money!!!!!!

A huge shout out and love to the amazing customer service and kindness this place's employees have. Welcoming, sweet and kind. However, the owner needs to work on upgrading the place and clean it more. I felt something tickling my neck turned out to be a huge bedbug that was feeding on my blood, OMG i laughed so hard and couldn't sleep all night Dirty toilet that i had to clean myself. I understand the price is what you get, but come on, add extra 20$ on the bill and get it cleaned with a coffee maker and call it another lovely day at the Red Carpet Inn, again, thank you ladies for the beautiful smile and lovely soul.....

Sai and Sarah were very pleasent and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I can recommend Red Carpet to all. Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. A staff member noticed me leaving my room with my luggage and carried it to the office even. I had a very pleasent stay here.

The guy behind the counter was simply amazing. I got stranded an hour away from home with a flat tire and they were more than willing to help and even offer a discount. The rooms are not bad. They are not dirty. They have a cute little tv and mini fridge

I got ate up by bedbugs. Room was infested bad I had to throw my clothes away and walk down to my car towel for more clothes and there’s two TV remotes in there and they didn’t work.. The employees were very nice and gave me another room immediately. No questions asked. They did have a really good hot shower with really good pressure. It was very close to the highway. I
