Came here to get my husband's ring sized and engraved. The lady that helped us was nice but the shop didn't combine our two tickets. So we have to wait two weeks to get it resized and then send it off for an additional 2 weeks to get it engraved. Although it was the shop that messed it up, it was definitely frustrating. I do appreciate how nice the staff was about it and they comped the engraving since it wasn't done in the timeline as promised. It was cutting it close but it was still done before Christmas.

We were very disappointed in our experience with them. We had some jewelry we wanted to get appraised, and they acted as if we were an inconvenience for them. They were very unprofessional. We had a gold chain to get appraised and they very quickly said it wasn't real. Breanna didn't even test it. Afterwards we took it to a pawn shop and found out that is was real. We apparently were wasting their precious time. They won't have to worry about our business when we buy our engagement/wedding rings.

I want to start this review off by saying that Brianna (pardon the spelling if incorrect) is awesome!!! She helped my [now fiancé] in picking a ring that was perfect for me and helped in discussions surrounding financing,etc. All of the staff I interacted with at this location were great! We will be returning for any other jewelry needs we may have!

I have purchased several items from this location and all of the employees are great, professional, friendly and seem to know their jewels but I especially like Tonya and I would strongly recommend for anyone planning on buying any jewelry anytime soon to go see her. She went above and beyond because I tried on a variety of rings. She is very friendly, makes you feel like you have known her forever and personally in all my years of dealing with sales reps I have never had such a great experience, in my opinion she is the best and I will be returning in the future and will ask specifically for her. I enjoyed my experience. So ladies or gents next time you go to Kay's I suggest you ask for Tonya, she is the best.

This is a great place to get jewelry they have great quality items I have never had a watch from Kay Jewelers fail. Customer service here is great I prefer in-store shopping instead of buying online when it comes to jewelry but the employees are great the lady that took care of me knew what she was doing and had a great conversation about her job and what people wear nowadays and the way they were it they definitely have experience and know what they're doing. Great customer service!!!,😁😁
