Do not go to this place unless you are willing to pay quite a bit for their service. Most dentist offices take you insurance and you usually are not out of pocket; however this place runs your account and you will pay the difference upfront from what they determine. I have two different dental insurance companies and I can never get out of there without paying a large chunk of money for their service. So the facility is nice, but you will definitely pay for it. If you think your going to walk out with just providing your insurance card, beware of their services. Then you will most likely be placed on some treatment plan to get you back in the office. Be Leary of the 5 star reviews, most of the names on here have only reviewed 1 place. Kind of sketchy if you ask me. They may be real people, but then again there is verification.

Was told 1 price was charged another, no apologies or explanation, no wonder the waiting area was empty, the whole hour we were there did no see another patient. The dentist was polite, I guess bc he planned to screw us. Only use this place if it's an EMG. Or u will be reamed.

Quite possibly the worst cleaning I have ever had in my life. I get cleanings routinely, every 6 months & have never missed. Spent more time picking & stabbing my gums than cleaning. I have always had amazing gums & high compliments on my flossing multiple times a day. Large shock to be told I am on the border of gum disease due to my “little to no flossing”. When I informed her I floss multiple times a day she then spoke to me like a child, demonstrating how to floss & that I am obviously not doing it correctly. I was later told that if I start flossing “the right way” that I can reverse this disease that is about to take over my mouth. I will mention that this diagnosis came aft spending half of the visit picking & stabbing my gums, & that this was the diagnosis because of my bleeding… I tasted no blood nor had blood on my fingers when touched. I was never shown this with a mirror. I asked if there is anything treatment wise that can help she said no, just flossing. Fast forward to the actual “cleaning” where she spent possibly 3 minutes with the grinding toothpaste for my entire mouth - without rinsing. Could not clean, suction & rinse. Literally would do half of my mouth while I am tasting the unpleasant sand like texture to then squirt water in my mouth & ask me to “swish around & rinse”. Never in my life. For that swish rinse to only happen twice, that is how quick my “cleaning” was.

I have been going to Affinity for 20 years. Dr Smythe was the best dentist I’ve ever know. Since he retired this practice has gone done hill and we have left. Dr Riley preformed a crown on me and my mouth will never be the same. I no longer have a bite that fits. I went in for adjustments and after she filed away “more tooth than she was comfortable with” a healthy, non-crowned tooth, then she suggested invisiline to fix the problem, since she couldn’t. What?!?! I was denied braces my whole life due to my “perfect bite”. Now she wants me to spend $3000 on braces for a crown she messed up. A crown that cost over $1000 to put in. Do not walk away….RUN!!! Worst dentist ever. It’s a shame what she did to a such a great a trusted dentist office to me and my family. We will not EVER be back. One star was too many!

Absolutely the best dental office I've ever been to in my lifetime! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel so at ease. As soon as I walked in each time, Tiffany greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile, making me feel so welcome. Makayla was the assistant who took care of me for each and every visit. She was such a delight! So personable and caring every step of the way. Beautiful girl! I would highly recommend Affinity Dental to anyone, without hesitation!

Through past experiences, I was afraid of procedures beyond cleaning. Had a front tooth resorb, so now I have an unsightly gap. Dr. Riley was informative and helpful and supportive of my decision. Knowing my fear, treated and assured me of a fearless experience. A crown/bridge, veneer procedure later, I have the nicest smile I've had in 30+ years. Her office folks are the nicest and most talented in the industry. Empathy, understanding, and compassion seem to define this office. I'll be a patient for life. I've smiled more in the last two days, than I have in the last two years!

Today was my first time at affinity dental and the appointment went so well! My hygienist and dentist were very pleasant. The environment is very clean too.

Very friendly staff. Great and knowledgeable Dentists and Dental assistants. They make you feel at home, atmosphere is nice.

Terrible experience, terrible staff. Spent over $1600 for something they never fixed. They made mistake after mistakes after mistake. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else. I went to their office at least 4 times so they could try to fix the mistake that they kept making. Nothing they do is in house, they are a Terrible terrible company and I hope that they get shut down.

I have very high anxiety in regards to going to the dentist and was extremely nervous going in for the first time, but everyone there did a wonderful job of making sure I was comfortable. Dr.Rylie and the dental assistant that worked on me were very sweet and patient, and checked in with me often which I really appreciated. The facility itself has a very soothing ambiance which is nice, too. I went in for an exam hoping to make a treatment plan and they were able to do a root canal and set temporary crowns for me that same day, which was a relief and also greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend going here for dental work!

Such an awesome experience! I never usually say that about a dental appointment but I was very impressed. The entire staff is so nice and the assistant that worked on me (Mayakla) was awesome. Doctor Rylie is so nice and informative. She explained everything to me, listened to my questions and answered them fully! I highly recommend this practice.

I have had some bad experiences in my past which have created high anxiety about going to the dentist. I was recommended to Dr. Smythe a few years ago and he is Awesome! He is so relaxed and patient with me. I was saddened and frightened to hear of his retirement. The high anxiety started again trying to find another dentist then, I had an appointment with Dr. Rylie. She took some of the fears away as well. She listens and is just as patient with me with my fears. I can't speak highly enough of all of the staff at this office. Thank you for helping me get back my smile 😁

I had a great experience today having a wisdom tooth extracted. Leading up to the appointment, the office staff (Christy and Michelle) took the time to answer all of my questions each time I contacted them. Dr.Caleb Ruth was the Oral Surgeon who, along with McKayla, performed the extraction. They were both fantastic! They were always asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Affinity Dental in Dixie highway as well as Dr. Caleb Ruth.
