I traumatically had to get my engagement ring cut off. I was almost 100% sure the ring was ruined. But we went in on a Sunday and I’m not sure of the guys name but he was very helpful and told us the ring didn’t look too bad and that he could get it fixed for us. We were pretty much in and out once he confirmed our account info and resized my finger. I was able to get my ring fixed for free and back in my possession within a couple weeks. Highly recommend this location.

I went to Kay Jewelers at Oxmoor Center in Louisville KY and I got the best service from Isaac. I needed to order a charm bracelet and he was able to get it for me by Christmas. He went above and beyond to make sure I got this bracelet. I will shopping more at this location

I shopped around several well known jewelers trying to find one to design the engagement ring I wanted for my gal but never came out feeling comfortable with what they came up with . Then I went to Kay Jewelers in Oxmoor Mail and sat down with Greg , who listened to what I wanted , took the time to find what I ask for and there was no question of my decision to order the ring from him. I had never ordered a piece of jewelry in my life and was very nervous about the entire idea. The ring came in as promised and though it was beautiful to myself you never know about what your gal will think. I proposed while on vacation a few days later , she said yes and loves the ring! Since then , I’ve been back twice more for other purchases.

The center stone in a ring of mine was loose, I hadn’t bought it at Kay’s and was just browsing when Greg approached and offered to clean my ring (it needed it!). He then tightened the stone for me as well. Best customer service ever and as soon as I’m the market for a new piece I will be returning here 1000%! Just the nicest folks ever.
