I was amazed to hear that a battery replacement would cost $49.99. This price is due to the actual watch brand and battery. I found a place that replaces batteries for high end watches. I walked out paying $8.

Fast-Fix is my go-to shop for any jewelry repairs I need. Their turnaround time is always extremely quick, and the prices are the best in town. Before I took my first resizing to them, I called around… Fast-Fix was half the cost & three times as fast. I’ve used this location for years with every repair, battery and band replacement. Their service is excellent, quick same day repairs at a reasonable price. Went in recently and was impressed with their COVID precautions. Their manager assisted in finding the perfect band for my Movado watch and was extremely appreciative of his help. 5/5 would recommend.

I went to the location at mall st. Matthews to get my diamond cut rope necklace repaired and was told that there would be a 3 week waiting. So I decided to come to this location on Hurstbourne and was told I would have my necklace in a few days so if you need your jewelry fixed I suggest coming to this location

Went there at 3:45pm to have one link removed from my watch. There was a girl busy cleaning out the closet while the guy behind the counter waited on me. He told me I would have to leave it over night bc he had 8 other watches ahead of mine and they closed at 5pm.... if that was the case wouldn't it have made more sense for closet cleaning girl to take the orders so he could work on the watches lol fast fix my a..

Very helpful. So far they have: Restored a sterling silver cross for me. Repaired a bracelet that was a gift to me from my husband and resized my wedding band. Very thankful to know the service is wonderful!

I brought in a ring to have a guard inserted. In the meantime he repaired a broken chain on my bracelet. He didn't charge for the repair of the bracelet . I will be back to do more business with him .
