The staff was so kind and I had excellent service here. I was given a beautiful mother of pearl eternity style ring - the outside was entirely set in what looked like epoxy and the mother of pearl chips could have easily fallen out if the ring was messed with too much, but it was just too small to wear properly! I took this ring to two other jewelers begging them to attempt to resize it - all it needed was a shave down on the inside, but no one would even try because they didn't want to be held accountable if it broke. I should have just come to From The Vault first! They agreed to try and resize my ring "at my risk" (yes, that was written on the work order and I was absolutely fine with that! I was desperate to get this ring resized). And they were so careful with my ring - they shaved down the inside just enough for it to fit on me and it held up in one piece! I can wear it now and I'm so excited for that. The best part was, the fee was surprisingly low! I was expecting a much higher price point than what I got ($30). I'm taking my business to From The Vault from now on! Beautiful selection, beautiful store, wonderful people.

The staff at frm the vault not only fixed all four prongs for me, but they were also able to evaluate the stone for me. In my whole life I've never seen this ring look better! This jewelry shop is amazing. My fiancé and I came in after procrastinating getting our wedding bands just a couple weeks before our wedding day and Phyllis and Graham were SO kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The ring was made beautifully with time to spare. They even were able to make a beautiful pearl pendant necklace for me less than a week before the big day. I highly recommend this jeweler. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Both my engagement ring and wedding bands were purchased here. Two years ago my engagement ring needed repair and once again the staff did a fantastic job. They also helped clean and restring a pearl necklace after we had a house fire. I will absolutely continue to use their services in the future.

After inheriting some rings from my great aunt and grandmother I needed work done on several pieces to make sure they were safe to wear. Between having a band engraved, a loose center stone set back, and having the prongs redone on two different rings, I could absolutely not be happier! They are shining like they’re brand new even though they are from the 1930s-1950s. The engraving is perfect and they had everything ready within a week. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back for any jewelry needs I have in the future!

A five station bezel set necklace that was rarely worn was turned into a beautiful white gold bezel set ring band. Extra gold sitting in a box for years was used to set the diamonds, making a ring that will definitely be cherished for years to come. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the vault! After purchasing my engagement ring elsewhere I was unhappy with how high the diamond sat up on the ring but was unable to get the initial store to fix this issue. When I came to the vault they immediately said they could correct the height of the ring and delivered! They were speedy while still being efficient and paid attention to detail. Graham even put a small diamond on the band that had fallen out back in and preformed an appraisal! The price was also fantastic and you couldn’t beat it. Can’t recommend this place enough, you will be in great hands!
