I took a set of wedding rings to be sized. He gave me a certain date and time they would be ready. I realized a few days before they would be ready that we were leaving to go out of town the day they were due to be done. I called and explained the situation to Akbar N. He said he would due his best to try to get them done earlier. The day we were to leave he called and said he could have them ready in a perfect time for us to still leave on time. He did an fantastic job on my rings and I am very satisfied!! I would definitely recommend his service. I feel he went above and beyond to make a very happy customer. I had links taken out of two watches and got my wife’s wedding ring cleaned and polished. Decided to get mine done as well. He did exceptional work on our jewelry. Very nice as well. This will be the only place I’ll take my jewelry to in Louisville!

Nice work at a fair price. Would have been better if they would have been better had they communicated they were having a problem sourcing narrow, black ladies watch bands. But they did comp me for the fact they kept me hanging in limbo for so long. Bottom line: they are good, but Louisville's too small a town for them to stock everything...

I just want to say that I come to fast fix all the time because I trust the care you give my jewelry and the gentleman that did my rings. This time did an amazing job and I'm very impressed and I will be back.

Special edition Harley Davidson watch was a gift from a special late relative. After seven days watch was ready. Assembled with missing hand. Face and movement pressed in case crooked. Possible damage. I was given friendly advice to take H-D bands and place on another watch. That is an easy FAST and FIX solution! I would much preferred " Sorry sir I am not able to fix your watch" ....before the damage.

The Gentleman there that does the work is kind and very detailed. This is my second time going here for repairs and its only because of him (Sorry I don't know his name)

I’m happy with the solution the store gave for the inconvenience we had before! I arrived 5:37 to pick up my ring and they are closed! The site say they are open until 6pm! It’s the second time I have the same problem in this store! 😡

I have used Fast Fix for watch battery replacement, ring resizing and had the prongs on a ring inspected and retipped. I was very pleased with the customer service, quality of work and the very reasonable price. I will continue to bring my jewelry to Fast Fix.
