Very displeased with this location. This is the second time we have arrived at the time of our order pickup and the store won't answer the phone for check-in and we were the first car in the lot, checked in by mobile app and two cars arrived minutes after us and we served last. This location is racist and the only reason I was treated this way is because I'm white! Avoid this Walmart!

I went here to get a few camping chairs and got 3, 2 of which I knew the price and the 3rd I was going to check the price up front(since there were no working price scanners to be found anywhere). After checking the price, I realized it cost too much for this event and set it beside the checkout. I paid for the rest of my items and left the store, forgetting to ask the associate to remove the chair from my receipt. I left the store and went directly to my car and went home with 2 of the cheaper chairs. After realizing my mistake, I called Walmart to get the money for the chair that I did not receive or even leave the store with. After several days and spending several hours on the phone, I was not able to reach anyone. I finally went out to the store and told the customer service about this situation. After waiting for an hour for someone to come talk to me about the cameras, they refused to do anything. They checked the footage and said that I did not take anything out of my cart and refused to refund me despite both me and my girlfriend remembering taking it out of the cart and it never showing up anywhere. So now I'm down 50 dollars for a chair that I never received that was left by the register. Probably the worst customer service experience of my life. Not only were the people impossible to reach, but after driving 30 minutes to get to the store they straight up lied to my face. do not go here if you ever see yourself needing assistance from customer service

I've came to this Walmart 3 times and will not be back. Staff is very lazy and rude. If you ask for help you will get attitude regardless how nice you are. I placed a order for a apron on Saturday, I go to pick up on Monday, I checked in 30 before I got there and waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes with one other car. I canceled my order.

Pickup/delivery has really went down hill. A few months ago I would get my orders no problem. Now, my pick up orders have been severely delayed, and I’m currently 4 hours past my delivery window for my groceries and I need some of the items for dinner. I understand delays, but to not contact the customer for an update after a four hour delay is unacceptable.

My daughter ended up vomiting while we wait waiting in line to check out I asked 2 cashiers for napkins and they didn’t have any available and didn’t even bother to call anyone. I had to send my oldest for napkins in the women restroom and they was out. I had to send my brother in the mens restroom while I went to customer service and tried to get help. All they did was give me napkins. I cleaning it up as much as I could and still no one that worked their came to help at least to disinfect it. I payed for all my stuff told the cashier again that someone needed to mop it because you can clearly still smell it and to clean up the bacteria but no they still didn’t care. 😡

I really love my one stop shopping experience. I have a routine when I go first stop is the nail salon… the ladies and gents are so friendly. Next stop- groceries… almost always have what I’m looking for. Third stop I call it specialty shopping : gifts for my grand baby; outfits for my kids; houseware; occasional electronics::: One place I do not use much is the pharmacy; noticing my shopping patterns::: Oh I do enjoy the home and garden section. Needless to say I usually can spend about 2 to 3 hrs there, that’s why I enjoy going by myself🤣🥰no pest🤣🤣 and I spend over $250 easy… So I plan my trips::: Store is clean most of the time; I generally have issues with the women’s bathroom and can’t understand for the life of me how can some women be so “nasty”… I do report such incidents to a staffer. Self check usually goes smoothly however I loathed having to check myself out. Why have a shop if I have to do everything myself; Great Customer Service is important to me🥰

These people are rude and lazy. The supposed supervisor told me she can't do anything to help me. I wanted to return a pair of pants and I got the receipt but they had to close customer service early today so she couldn't help. Meanwhile she was working hard at doing nothing and holding up the counter. All the while running her mouth to her friends and staring at her phone. That's why I hate Walmart and wish they would all just shut down. The shelves are constantly empty and the employees are rude as hell. So just keep paying them to stand around and socialize, Walmart because that's all they do!!! Hate the Walmart!!

The only reason they earned a star is because of the cleanliness threw the shoe department and the aisle’s weren’t cluttered as they would be in past experience’s Staff experience was very rude about closing time as well as not wearing masks or following social distance mandates. Horrible communication skills from floor staff at closing time I will escalate this matter to whom it concerns promptly.

Missing products leaving empty holes throughout the store. Employees clearly dgaf. They are very apparently only present for a paycheck while doing less than minimal work. If the next closest Walmart wasn't 30minutes away with traffic, I'd never shop at this location again.

I used to like going to Walmart until the practically made it self checkout. They are giving jobs away that people could be doing. I have to check my stuff out and then get stopped at the door to show them a receipt to show that I paid for the stuff. It is a lil ridiculous. Some people buy their groceries there and if they have a lot of groceries they more than likely have to self check themselves out. I have only seen one lane opened in a long time that had a cashier. Also their bathrooms are always horrible.

I recently bought a tablet, it doesn't work, it downloads quickly, I went first and they told me to only take the box, after I took the box the older lady with white hair said that I couldn't exchange it that I needed the receipt, they didn't want to give me the money back. Go back, tremendous scammers who are these starving people here who work there in customer service, don't buy anything there, that Walmart is a scam, the people who work there in customer service mainly the gray-haired older lady who can't stand a one more year of life is a tremendous bad person

Usually always has what we want. But the lines to cash out are ridiculously long. That would be my only complaint. Occasionally they don't have my cereal. If they don't have the peach cobbler Pop-Tarts anymore. I wish they had those two items every time I go to the store. I go to the store once a week. This stuff is usually knowledgeable. I wish they still had where you could check the price instead of having to find a person to check the price.

I used pickup to get diapers for my baby. They substituted the diapers, and normally I am completely fine with substitutes. If they would have substituted with a different brand, same size, that would have been fine. Instead, they gave me the same brand but a different size. My baby wears size 3, and they gave me a size 6, which I definitely can not use at the moment. I usually get an email when something is substituted so I can approve or decline it, but I recieved the email right when it was time to get my items, and the time frame had expired. I usually don't go to this Walmart because of issues in the past, but thought I would give them another try since they are the closest one to my home. I was highly disappointed and will drive out of my way to another Walmart from now on.

Never enough cashiers line open Hard to find someone that works there.if you find someone they say you can look that up on your phone. If I wanted to look that up on my phone I would have order the stuff on line Your lucky if you go to the Walmart on Outerloop and New cut to use the money center if they have 2 people working it most times there is just 1 and quite a few times money center and customer service will close an hour sometime 2 hours early.

Getting ready to cancel my membership. If Walmart can't make grocery deliveries, maybe they should stop saying they do. One time I would understand. But multiple times is wrong. Especially if you can't talk to anyone.

You WILL check yourself out. Only self-check out EVER. Don't come here for big orders unless you want to do the labor yourself. Walmart doesn't pay its employees a fair wage, keeps them from getting benefits, has the customer do the labor themselves, and still their prices go up every month.

Returned an item & the lady at the counter couldn't have been nicer & helpful. I then did my grocery shopping. Don't care for self service checkout but a worker named James helped me with the heavy stuff.

Walmart is the majority of peoples store of choice because you can get basically everything you need there. I just wish there wasn't always such long lines everytime I go there. At least open up ALL the self-service registers, not just a few. They were put there for customers who are in a rush, just grabbing a couple things or want to run in & out quickly.

When an employee was around, they were more than helpful! But I was in the fabric section to get some fabric to reupolster my dining room chair and I stood there and looked for somewhere in that area for at least 15 minutes. Never found an employee in that area.

Store seemed very clean and organized today, low stock but it's after the holidays. Found a few great items I didn't plan to buy. Overall good experience.

I really like going to the bashford Manor Walmart but it has become like some kind of circus act there now anytime you walk in I don't understand all these people have two or three buddies full and the line is wrapped around almost the whole store and I work seven days a week and can hardly put groceries on my table but these people don't even seem like they have jobs and are pushing 223 buggies up to the cash register

The renovations are wonderful but our elderly need help checking out. They shouldn't be directed after asking for help to a self check out and then told "their Momma won't always do for them."

  • 3/5 Rebekah N. 5 months ago on Google
This location had plenty carts just not very clean. The employees were polite. I had one who didn’t speak English very well but still was helpful when finding the products I needed. It was pretty busy but plenty of self checkout lanes. Ended up leaving my bag by accident. When I went back it obviously wasn’t there but customer service did give my money back. I do think if you have to self check out $200 worth of products the receipt checker at the door should obviously get on a register. The Team leader at this location was obviously Missing in Action. I watched 8 employees page for him.

Stocked well(resession/no money out here), prices 2-3x's the amount then what they were previously for some items. (Scooters $150 halo) ive been buying these and other style scooters from Walmart every year.

If you’re going to make the entire store just self checkout at least let us be able to get our items. $30 film behind a glass case that you can’t buy till 730. Even though multiple managers are there that could unlock that.

Even though they were very busy on the Sunday they always have enough self scans and regular check that make it through check out quickly. I know they were busy but they never have bread it seems like they could stalk better throughout the day especially on days they know they're going to be busy. Did not have a staple on the shelf was kind of disappointing

Now that they have you going through your own checkout Lane's they don't even have those open either I took a picture of the mop because that's what I went there for

What can I say......it's Walmart. We went an hour before closing and they already had most of the store shut down. They started shutting off lights in different departments trying to rush people to leave at 10:15pm. Making their closing announcements back to back as well. They never have many registers open any time of day, but at this time of night they were down to 1 self checkout and 1 register. With a store full of people.

I couldn't believe the audacity of some of these employees. I was standing in electronics with one other customer waiting as well this morning. The card reader said press for assistance. I waited it out 3 times and no one came. All the while employees were walking back to the employees area in the back and ignoring me. So I called customer service and they hung up on me before ever saying one word after it rang for 3 min straight. So I walk back to the employees area and a group comes out and another group comes in so I say loud enough that they all could hear me "can any of you help me in electronics?" The first group straight up ignored me and kept walking. Are you kidding me? What is wrong with your employees that they could be so rude and lazy? Disgusting behavior. Thankfully the next group had two ladies that ignored me, but one said she would get someone. It still took ten min but I was finally able to get the 3 video games and lighting things I wanted. I've never had to work so hard to hand someone $180. Ridiculous. The African American female with long braided hair with blonde highlights (didn't catch her name so I'm describing her) team lead that was there yesterday and today at approx 9:30 am both days was helpful once arriving, but the 15 other employees who ignored me for 45 min are beyond rude and obviously need more training when it comes to customer service.

They always have at least and ido mean least 6 or backed up lines with 20 plus people in lines. Refuse to get more lines open with workers standing around. The self checkout has 30 customers . The wait to checkout was an hour. Ridiculous! Never go there on weekends. Again. Cashier's just standing around doing nothing. Instead of opening up other lines to try any get customers out. Even worse.try getting help finding a worker to help you. Good luck!! They seem to be hiding in the back of store .like I said Ridiculous!

There are a lot of empty shells. But then again we did go on a Saturday night around 6:00. And it is during the war in the Ukraine and the pandemic. So I guess we made out pretty good there's only a few things that we were not able to get.

I think the customers Walmart attracts makes the shopping experience a bit underwhelming. It being located on New Cut road also doesn't help much. Never had any issues with their staff though. Place stays reasonably clean and organized.

The pharmacy staff called my regular Walmart pharmacy in Omaha and transferred my (non-narcotic) prescription. Within 10 minutes I received a text stating that my medication was ready for pick up! They even offered a free Covid booster…terrific, friendly customer service! Thanks so much!

This place has gotten outrageous on their prices and I almost always have to check myself out because they never have checkers. Also quality of the food isn't great and shelves are always almost empty. This place has really gone downhill since COVID.

They never answer the phones and when someone is at the customer service desk they are rude and just hang up everytime. I’ve talked to two managers and they took a name and phone number but failed to even help at all with the issue I have.. Is this place not hiring new people when they desperately need too?!!!!

The food was fresh, but they could have let the fish cook longer. The inside batter was doughy.

  • 1/5 Mariona G. 1 year ago on Google
Every time I place curbside it’s an issue! I have received expired chicken from them! And they didn’t even want to take it back. I got up there when my order is ready and still have to wait for about 30. And they don’t pick up the phones.

Worst experience ever! I purchased a gift card for Walmart through my PayPal account, sent to a friend for gas. He called, informing me that the gas station can't scan the barcode. I went to help. I showed him about the Google pay app, we set his account up, only to find out that his phone doesn't have tap to pay capability. I added the card to mine. Apparently, Walmart gift cards simply show up as barcodes with no tap option. The attendant was very patient, yet unable to scan again. I decided to go inside to figure something out. I assumed I'd be unable to purchase a gift card using another gift card, but I attempted an anyway. After that failed at their self checkout (only thing available), I proceeded to money services to explain that I needed it transferred to a physical card to only be told that I cannot purchase a gift card with a gift card. I explained the situation, and the suggestion I got was to download the Walmart app and use it. After I told him I gave the app, but the gas station won't accept walmart pay, and arguing about it until another employee confirmed my statement, he basically told me that I was out of luck. Well, I don't give up so easily. I walked straight to grocery and grabbed the first thing I could find for the amount of the card, purchased it, and went to customer service, receipt in hand. There were at least 8 or 9 associates around the counter, chatting, giggling, ignoring customers. I asked if I could simply return the items, I'd even gone so far as to begin the process on the app and bring a new gift card with me. The girl behind the counter told me she wasn't trained for the service department, and went back to chatting with the others. I waited 28 minutes for someone to help. Another associates I asked told me the service department had closed. While she was correct, it had closed 7 minutes prior. Another associate (I'm assuming, noticing my patience dwindling, and my anger) asked me if she could help. Finally! I got the physical card and went back to get the gas. Horrible! It was pouring rain when I walked out. The employees here seem more interested in gossip than their jobs. The lack of willingness to assist from almost every single person I encountered was infuriating.

I went to Outer Loop Walmart to purchase tires on Black Friday because of the big Sales Event I ended up going to two different locations of Walmart looking for the tires that were advertised for Black Friday and could not find them and was instructed by management to order online I did order online successfully for Goodyear Tires but when I received them not only were they late but they weren't good year they were a generic Brands. Now after waiting 2 weeks to save some money. I have to take 4 tires back to return . Very disappointed. Walmart poor business ethics with very little respect for the good citizens in our community.

The worst customer service I have experienced in my 69 years. I went to a manager and also bad results. Then called the corporate offices and never heard back. I will only shop Walmart again if I can't find the product anywhere else! So from the corporate office down to the person on the floor terrible service. Don't use Walmart to shop.

  • 5/5 Edina T. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing customer service by everyone I encountered. Overall, very nice store to shop. I saw comments regarding lanes not being open closer to closing time. Which is expected considering they are closing. Most people shop during the day not at ten at night. If I go in anywhere at 10 at night I expect to wait in a line.

Horrible experience long wait lines to check out service members just in their phones plenty of help bad management only registers open where self check out took 30mins to check out one item photo shows all registers closed at the hipe of the evening at 7pm December 15th each self checkout had approximately 15 or so people waiting
