The staff is generally over dealing with everyone so don't expect much in the way of great service. It's next to impossible to get a dental appointment if you don't speak with the right person on the right day. The OB/GYN doctors and staff are the best and the mental health services are just okay. Beautiful building and rich history behind it though for those who care lol

I love the fact that you are welcomed here no matter your race, gender and color and those staff at the front desk, they are swift and smart. The care givers are like ‘a second family’. They are the best at what they do.

Very clean . Friendly staff that treats you like family. My kids love their nurses and doctors and I do to .. This is where I went as a child , so this is also where my children go when they are sick or need dental work. Also have great security (Boss security) to endure a safe environment for you and your family .

I'll admit, they helped me a lot... financially. Bad part is, doctors come and go, they give you no notice before or after your doctor leaves. I usually found out when it was time to get prescriptions renewed. Couldn't do it without seeing your provider, if your provider has left they have to find you a new one. I've gone upwards of a week without my meds. I basically had to see a new provider 5-6 times in a little over a year, each one prescribing a new med, and not being there to follow up on it. Next provider just refills without making SURE you actually need it. I am slowly transitioning to a new facility and have already been taken off 3 of these meds due to it not being good for me.

I have been lucky to have great PCPs. I feel that the nurses and staff really care about me as a person. Any problems were easily fixed. They are very busy and you will have to wait on the phone or in line but be patient, it's worth it.

The doctors and medical assistants are amazing . Office is very clean. My only concern is when checking in downstairs, the staff is rude and seem to be more concerned with their cell phones then checking people in.

Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was awesome! Took a while to get registered as a new patient but so worth it! If you don't have dental insurance or you have Kentucky Medicaid this is the place to go. Not only do they accept Kentucky Medicaid but they offer a slide scale for dental work. They can do cleanings extractions and fillings. My son needed a referral to an oral surgeon to get wisdom teeth out and they provided a referral to an orthodontist at U of L dentistry was where he would need to go because their prices were extremely reasonable and they do payment plans! For a dentist to know that is really surprising! Most dentists that we've seen over the years you have to talk to somebody at the front desk to tell you any of the information on rentals. Usually the dentist defers to someone else for info on rentals.

Great place to go to they have everything that you need and there great employees great doctor if there something wrong with you go there but get your medicine at Walgreens 👏👏👏👏👏👏❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍

Neighborhood health center/clinic . Keeping out of the ER isn't a bad idea for anyone . Offering programs from weight loss to smoking cessation and sometimes Zumba and yoga , along with other community services,along with basic health screens and vaccinations . Leave the Emergency Room for the emergencies please . Qualified staff is on hand with a pharmacy in the building .

Went here for a dental check up. They told me they wanted to fix one filling I didn’t have and give me two more. Your appointment takes place in a pod of 6 other patients being serviced like cattle simultaneously. The patient next to me was told while under sedatives that they were going to extract one more than planned of his teeth and did he consent? That’s bordering on malpractice. After i saved up money, I got a second opinion from a dentist in st matthews who told me I have ZERO problems, for whom I happily paid out of pocket. Don’t go here unless you need emergency attention and have no other recourse.

My Dr. Is AMAZING. So thorough, attentive, great bedside manner and truly cares about the patient, spends time with you, not just a visit with their NP. Scheduling department has a HUGE gap to fill on correctly booking appts, getting their calls in for referrals ordered by your PC Dr. As far as my Dr's ☆'s, it would be 5++++. Office staff, 2☆. Makes it hard when rating. :-/

I had to go and get a tooth removed I am not a big fan of the dentist at all. I have to say for $30 they did a really good job at removing my tooth. Especially when I have been to other dentist and they always want to send me to an oral surgeon. I have to get out a bigger tooth on the bottom Monday I may be back on here to change my review after that LOL I'll keep you posted. It's really not a bad place to go to at all and it was also very clean.

So rude. The nurse practitioner bumped into my son and did not even acknowledge the fact that she did it.She was very aware that she bumped into him. I felt very unwelcomed. However the woman at the receptionist desk greeted me kindly and guided me to where I needed to go. Overall if I wanted to get treated like an animal I would have went to the Humane Society instead of the family health center clinic.
