    We get our dogs groomed here on occasion and they always do a great job. We took them there most recently for pictures with Santa. We left with new dresses and a Grinch costume for next year. PetSmart is our go to for most things for all our our non human family.

    They tried to overcharge me more then what the price was when I booked the appt. My pyrenise did not even look like he was much more then trimmed and did not smell like he had just gotten a bath. I explained everything in survey sent to me. Overall experience was bad. Wasnt like this when Faith was there. Will not go back to that location.

    Kelsey is a saving grace ! My 7 month old, 6lb kitten had been spayed today at a local clinic and we were sent home with a cone to put on in the comfort of our home. The cone ended up being too big at 10cm so I went not once but twice to PetSmart. The second time after a purchased inflatable cone didn’t work I was desperate. I had an associate help and after some hissing and growling we gave up… Kelsey came past and I asked if they would be willing to help after they shared some care instructions. When I tell u I left that store with tears of happiness and feeling grateful. Kelsey must be a cat whisperer as she handle Mel without fear, with whole calmness and confidence and we are FURever grateful and we are thankful.

    While the employees and selection are outstanding, the main problem in this store is the maintenance. The handicapped stall in the restroom was out of order and there were ZERO paper products in there. Furthermore, the floors and sinks had mold and crusty dirt. There were used feminine hygiene products laying on the sink (bloodied) and the floor appears not to have been mopped down in months. With the PRICES of the items in this store the least they could do is hire a janitor or cleaning service to clean the dirt and grime on at least a weekly basis. Very bad business and reflects on PetSmart's opinion of their high-paying customers.

    They always do great. A man was leaving crying who just had his yorkie groomed. He was putting her down the next day. That was a bitter sweet moment and showed absolute love and respect for his lil one. It was very moving. My thoughts go out to him in this very difficult time

    They closed at 7 PM yesterday. I got there at 6:37 to try to buy one item. Just as I started to look for it, a young man asked me, "Are you OK today?" which struck me as an odd question. In my world, that question is usually asking about someone's ongoing health concern or an ongoing situation. I said I was fine and he immediately left. I could not find the item I needed at all. I looked for an employee but couldn't find one. I went to the cashier lane, which had a "closed" sign on it and waited. Two other customers came by and asked if there was no one there, and I said, "Apparently not." Then a cashier came in from outside and started to wait on someone else. I told him I had been waiting for quite a while, and the other person told him I was first. So he asked me what I wanted. I told him I was looking for a specific item and asked whether they were out of it. He said it should be in a specific aisle and summarily dismissed me to wait on the other person. I told him I had already looked in that aisle, but he ignored me. I went back to look again and did not find the item. I went up the front, where there was now a line. I called to him that I was still unable to find the item I needed, and he said, "It should be there." I asked if there was anyone to help me, and he said they were all closing up, and the item should be there. I went back one more time and was still unable to find the item. Since I was being entirely brushed off, rather rudely, I might add, I left at 6:55 without getting the one item I needed and without getting any assistance. Really, I was there long enough that someone should have helped me find the one item I needed or told me it was out of stock, if in fact it was out of stock. I didn't duck in just before closing; I arrived 23 minutes prior to closing.. Very poor customer service. I probably won't go back there for myself (I do go for other people from time to time, as part of my work) again. I was neat and clean and conservatively dressed. I don't smoke or drink, and I was, as I said, clean; I didn't exude any bad or unusual odor. I don't know what his problem with me was that he didn't feel like I was an important enough customer to actually wait on me.

    Went in there to get a certain kind of fish and I ask the lady if they had that type of fish her answer was to brush me off with if we have any they’ll be over where the fish are, wouldn’t even try to help me, left there and went to petco where I got excellent help on everything I needed, will not go back to petsmart on hurstbourne

    PetSmart Hurstborne has the worst groomers! Nice people but not experienced and they do not know how to truly groom! My dog was shaved down SO short and that is not what I asked for, and it's winter so she's freezing! The hair on her paws is long and uneven, I had to shape her feet myself and shape her face which was also uneven. She had long hair hanging from her back side, how could someone not notice that?! I gave them a second chance after the first horrible groom my dog received a year prior, so shame on me for the second!! 60.00 wasted. I do not recommend.

    I took both of my dogs to get groomed here for the first and last time. I’m very far into my pregnancy and took in one dog at a time since that’s all I can responsibly handle- my lab does not enjoy being approached by other dogs while on leash and unfortunately while I was filling out paperwork, the groomer allowed a young pup to approach my dog. Meanwhile I’m trying to handle my dog and keep her away from the pup as she was visibly and vocally upset by the pup coming into her bubble. I even let them know that she was uncomfortable and the groomer continued to talk to the pups owner and not have a handle on her. After the grooming appointment, I noticed that my labs ears were still dirty. I came home and ended up cleaning them myself (picture below). I agree with the review that said the people are friendly.. originally that gave me some hope that things would go well.. but they either have very little grooming experience, don’t care or just aren’t organized enough to know what each grooming appointment needs.

    My experience at pet smart was amazing as always. Which I always love seeing the animals that they have. But this time I purchased one. Where I was signed up for there rewards program I got a bearded dragon for $39.95 instead of $79.99. which is going to be another great member of our large family. Btw I'm the only human in this large family. Lol

    Very good shopping trip. They have a wide variety of cat foods and treats. Enjoyed looking at the kitties for adoption. I want to take them all home. They were so sweet. Could have done without seeing the tarantula...

    Wrong Place to go to if you're trying to adopt a cat. I've been going in there the last 2 months to adopt a Cat. It's a huge Red Flag that I wanted to adopt 3 different cats but was denied handling them first. How is this different from going to a car lot to buy a car but not allowed to drive it first? What a huge Turn-Off. I feel So Sorry for these Beautiful Animals being held in aquariums instead of true homes because of this type of practice.

    They do not open at 7 AM as their website and Google Maps say. Showed up at 7:45 after checking their website and they don’t open until 9. However, the gentleman that worked at the store did go ahead and open up a register to help me out, which I appreciated.

    Three stars because customer service was great! But losing 2 stars because of all the dead fish. Come on now, you have employees to discard these and why are so many dying? I only took a few photos but there were more dead fish.

    Kelsey has been our saving grace. We signed up 3 months ago with the hope of correcting Buster’s behavior and we’ve seen significant improvement since working with her, whether it be a class setting or private session. She’s informative, creative and very professional. Thanks to her we’ve been able to break our troublesome pup of some of his habits such as: disobedience, barking, and impulsive acts. Thank you Kelsey for your work thus far, and we look forward to continuing our training with you.

    The place itself is great, impressive selection and variety. Pets are allowed in. The staff is polite and professional, generally give the vibe that they really like animals. The particular guy who attended to me recommended the wrong size harness for my dog though so not 5 stars.

    I love petsmart!! They have EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF FOR YOUR CUTE FUR BABIES. Staff was very helpful, just very nice. I love suits like this. You guys, they have everything you could dream of for the kids. Sorry, my kids are cats. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!! cats and dogs can eat like people now. Like real food. It's fabulous! And they have it!!

    There was a large puddle of pee on the floor with a wet floor sign over it. I was with my dog at Banfield for at least an hour and it was never cleaned. There were multiple PetSmart employees walking over the puddle and never stopped to clean it. They were not busy. It was just left to dry on the floor.

    I wish I could be given you a 5 but even with the 4 it's pushing it the store is exceptionally clean employees is where the problem comes in please stop following people around like we're stealing not all of us are thieves. We work hard for our money back off a little bit

    Took my doodle mix here to get groomed because I was impatient to wait for her original groomer. So I booked with pet smart grooming. Biggest mistake I have ever made. 😭 they shaved her face there were knicks under her chin like they cut her skin and it scabed up. Uneven pieces on her snout. They didnt even cut around her paws like they said, or shave her sanitary area, she had a knot behind her ear and one on her belly, she did not look brushed, and they did these weird bangs on her. I could have done this myself and 10x better. I'm so sad, everyone who has seen my dog is shocked how poorly groom she was. I will never be back to here or recommend anyone. I was warned by a friend not to go here. I should have listened. 😭 the only plus the lady I spoke to on the phone sounded nice and act like she knew what she was talking about. But the grooming shows differently.

    One location on Hurstbourne Ln was out of supply of "Fancy Feast" food. Never had enough or totally out of Fancy Feast that my cats like. I inquired and was told "it is the fault of company. Not correct. They now have a fair supply.

    I just had an excellent visit to this particular Petsmart. I was looking for something unusual and the young man working the cash register was able to help me right away. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the store and it’s products. We will definitely be back. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name but he was very helpful!

    The employee who boxes up your small pets was shockingly rude and almost let our new mouse out into the store while mumbling about us under her breath like we weren't capable of hearing that lol? I think Rachel was her name. Feel free to be rude to me but when you almost cost an animal their life I become less understanding. We also purchased a cage and it was totally broken in the box... Everyone else who we encountered there was polite and helpful.

    If you want to turn your dog into a monster then welcome! Do not tell the worker how your dog should look after a grooming. Either way, they will do what they can. Don't waste your time, money and nerves here.

    Seemed okay. They forget one of my pets collars. I don't live that close to this office. I think they nicks my bully toe area and didn't tell me. It swelled for several days. I didn't call as I know things can happen. They wouldn't mail the collar so I had to trek the 20 miles back. Next time I will book a place closer to my home.

    Great prices however they do not carry the same pet food in-store as they do online. I was a little disappointed. Somethings I wanted like pet waters were located on the top shelf.. unreachable for someone 5'6. I left without buying this item. Huge selection of pet related stuff.

    They're always quick to bring my order out if I've ordered it for curbside. They no longer have my dogs food, which is a bummer, but hardly anywhere does anymore. When I take my Dane in for grooming or to check things out, they are always so helpful and patient. Highly recommend!
